I text her later in the day and I thought I would hear from her in the morning. She quickly text me back and asked me a series of questions and notified me that Anthony would be in contact with me in the morning. I told them I didn't want to discuss any other l cars I had a specific car I wanted, specific color, sun roof, and other requirements. I remember telling Anthony to not call me until he had the car I wanted and price I needed. Not one time did either one of them try to talk me out of the car when they had a couple hurdles finding it. Due to covid my car was stuck in California and it was going to take longer to get to the dealership. Anthony called me and said I would be happy to start a search over again and see what else we can find or we can wait. We ended up waiting and I got the car a couple weeks later. Each time I text or called him with a question or having a moment of hesitation he was patient, quick to reply, and always calmed me down. I have never had a dealership that I left and still wanted to keep in touch with them. I forgot to mention not only did they find my car but they were able to get 5 of the 6 requirements I gave them! Also I should mention he had this option for me in less than a week! This husband and wife team are fierce, extremely professional, and not your typical annoying sales team. I highly recommend you give them a shot on your next car buying experience. I promise you won't be disappointed and they will make buying a car an good experience!

Anthony and Patrick were super upfront and honest about everything, worked with us to get our trade-in paid off, and just took very good care of us in general. Patrick even made us a HUGE Batman decal to go on the back! When we got home, we realized that a 3rd party mechanic had not changed the oil. They didn't check, and we didn't check, as the mechanic *should* have done that automatically. Skyview sent us a check to reimburse us the money we spent on an oil change, no questions asked. The radiator blew up exactly 5 months after purchase, the transmission needed service, the spark plugs needed to be replaced, tie rod ends needed service, control arm needs service and the battery needs to be replaced (COMPLETELY DEAD). $2500 for repairs AFTER the extended warranty we purchased from them. This car is already a nightmare and I will be sure to get "someone" involved in this situation if I have to. We haven't even owned the car for 6 months! The radiator happened one week before taking a road trip, so we had to rent a car. So that's another expense on top of the $2500 service. I would never buy another car here. Don't let them sweet talk you into buying their junk cars.

After the service, both cars developed loud squeaking noises when braking. Even worse, the oil light came on in my Mercedes shortly after--I checked it myself and found the oil was only half filled. I had to buy oil and top it off on my own. When I brought these issues to their attention, there was no apology and no effort to make things right. I returned my Toyota three separate times for the brake issue, and they still couldn't fix it. Each visit made things worse--the noise even shifted from one side to the other. I also noticed concerning behavior while their mechanic was working--he appeared unsure of what he was doing and had to repeatedly ask the manager for help. On top of that, my emergency brake was left so tight after their service that I could barely use it. Overall, this shop showed a lack of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid wasting time and money.

I was told the finance manager was at another dealership working a deal, so nothing could be finalized that day, but I could test drive and mentioned that I would be in touch with Marco the next morning (he was out, so Atlan helped me on Sunday for the test drive) The next day, I was actively working the deal over Messenger with Marco, and clearly communicated that I had a same-day appointment to finalize my insurance payout and secure my down payment. I was in process and moving forward. I would be able to return late afternoon. While I'm finishing up the insurance needs, and sending over the letter I needed to provide about my prior total loss needed for financing...I see a message from Marco that 'I have another customer looking at the Passport'. I send the letter and say I'm just awaiting the payment links from Progressive, and will come after that...I could have been there within an hour. At no point was I told the vehicle was at risk of being sold, nor was I offered any way to secure it. Instead, as I reached out to Marco again, he sent a message stating that they sold it. RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME. When I raised the issue, the explanation given was that "the owner makes those decisions." That doesn't change the fact that there was a breakdown in communication and basic customer service. Passing responsibility doesn't address what could have been handled differently. What stood out most is that there was no effort to advocate for a customer who was actively in the process of buying. I understand dealerships move inventory quickly. I do not understand bypassing a ready buyer without clear communication and then offering excuses afterward. Because of that, I chose not to move forward with this dealership. If you're considering buying here, make sure you explicitly secure the vehicle immediately. Do not assume communication or process will protect your position.
