When I called the store for a refund for the missing item, I was told they don't issue refunds, only offering to replace the item on my next order and directing me to call Chick-fil-A Cares for a refund. Chick-fil-A Cares said refunds are at the store's discretion; however, if the request is made through them, the store will honor it. They requested a refund and then received a call from Wayne Chick-fil-A customer relations. After re-explaining the situation, I was told they'd speak to the store manager and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since. Posting a review only got me another offer to replace the item on my next visit, but I don't plan to return due to the poor service. This experience has been disappointing, with unclear policies, poor customer service, and nonsense red tape between the franchise and corporate.
