I'm really excited about the choices that I made and thank you to Brandie and Julie A, general manager, for helping me with all of these special decisions for my new glasses. I know that Eyemart express gives you so many more discounts compared to normal eyeglass places. I was able to actually get two pairs of progressive glasses, one will be for sunglasses and one will be for everyday. I just picked up my cool polarized progressive scratch resistant sunglasses today and I chose a very cool gran to cover rate my own sunglasses. They look amazing! M everyday will take a bit longer....but how fantastic to be able to get glasses in one or two hours. I actually got two pairs of glasses for pretty much the price of one at any other place. After visiting, I can clearly see (ha ha) why! The location is beautiful inside (so uplifting and spacious) and out (next to Betsy Caughlin Donnelly Park). The staff is friendly and highly professional. And Grace and Dr. Belaustegui did an amazing job with my screenings and exam. Everything was thorough and informative, from discussing my eye drops and ongoing eye care (wear your sunglasses and take long blinks!), to a whole eye scan that showed exactly what was going on in my eyes without needing a tedious and inconvenient eye dilation. Although I only needed a slight adjustment to my prescription, my new glasses are perfectly configured for computer use, which has already resulted in noticeably less eye strain! Meagan was also very helpful (and patient) with finding the new frames and walking through costs. Highly recommend! TIP: Plenty of onsite parking; take a little extra time and walk through the park while you're there.

The online access and AI phone system said pending or shipped ... which clearly they hadn't. It took multiple calls to get answer. It took well over 2 months to get my glasses. That was at the start of the year. Now, 4 months later, the plastic covering over one of the arms slid off and is lost. I went in to get another one. After a few minutes, they asked me to come back later. Hello, I can't drive without my glasses. 25 minutes later after 3 staff people looked at them, they handed them back, said they couldn't fix them and maybe I can over the plastic for the arm online. I asked them why they didn't order it for me, since they slid the frame. They said they couldn't and just stared at me.
