He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Office check in was quick & efficient. One girl intakes in the front space and another does the initial check-in. Very clean office. Relaxing music. Dr. Mendoza is awesome! He is very genuine and knowledgeable. I unfortunately have to use bifocals now but DR let me know what to expect. Eye exams are extremely personal because it's face to actual face. I'm glad that Dr. Mendoza cares so much and is easily accessible.

She takes quality time with you to explain what she is doing and why vs., going beyond the usual eye exam I have had in the past. I recently renewed my drivers license and was able to have her fill out a vision form which I submitted in lieu of taking the vision test there, which shortened my appointment time at the DMV. I would highly recommend Dr. Dennis to anyone who is looking for a qualified optometrist in the Reno Sparks area. They were able to get all four of my kids, my wife and myself in over two days. The doctor was awesome, attentive and informative. It was a low stress visit for my kids. One of my kiddos doesn't do well with exam, and doc was amazing. Excited to now be a patient here and looking forward to the care going forward. When I had my appointment I had my two kids and my niece with me and they were more than accommodating to me having them there with me, they even asked if my son wanted to color. After my exam, I found out I needed glasses and I also found out that I am really picky... I probably tried on every pair of glasses they had before deciding on a pair. The staff was beyond kind and patient with not only myself but my kids as well. I have gone back several times since my initial appointment to update my prescription, adjust my frames, get fitted for contracts, etc and every time it has been a great experience.
