Checked Yelp for their top Key Services in Phoenix area. Read many of the reviews and narrowed it down to the top three rated key service companies. Then looked them all up on BBB - Phoenix for Ratings, years of service, complaints and reviews. I then got quotes from the top two. One said it depended on the locks and couldn't give a specific price until he was there. A 1 Minute Key Service gave a straight quote of $59 for the service call and $14.50 per lock. We chose A 1 Minute Key Service and set up an appointment. The locksmith was on time. We have a lock on the door to the garage, a lock on the front door, and a lock on the gate to back yard. He gave us a choice of having them all use the same key, but suggested that if we might give a key to the pool person and/or yard person, that we could have a separate key for the gate lock. The total charge was $120 ($59 plus three locks $43.50 plus 8 keys (4 gate keys and 4 home keys). During the home move in process, I hired four contractors: Arizona Chimney and Air Ducts (clean all air ducts), A 1 Minute Key Service (re-keying all locks), PWB Moving (local move) and now Apple Plumbing Services. On each of these, I first looked at Yelp for the "best in Phoenix" and then took the top two or three with best reviews to BBB - Phoenix to check their Ratings, years in the business, complaints, and reviews. All four the ones that I hired, turned out to be excellent contractors with very reasonable prices!

Then, a few days later, I somehow managed to lock my only remaining car key inside my car. I honestly wanted to crawl into a hole. I called Alcatraz Locksmith and spoke with Todd. I explained what had happened, and he immediately said he'd get someone out to help. Craig arrived quickly, got my car unlocked without any damage, and since he was already there, he replaced the locks on my house so I didn't have to worry about whoever had my stolen keys.
