Alex is amazing ! He's always working He's HELPFUL! to the nines every time my husband and I have gone Alex always even as busy as he may get greets us in and gets our jugs rinsed and pumping right away. Now that I'm pregnant and I go alone at times I never have to fret about carrying the heavy jugs Alex is always courteous and helpful. I know in a credit card world no one usually has cash on them but I really encourage everyone to take some and Tip. The water is always crisp and tasty fresh and Available Great prices. Alex And Jesse are your Guys! Weekend as busy as it is if you want great service those are the days. Thank you Guys! Note: there is someone on weekdays a guy with glasses short and very talkative he's not helpful at all he tends to pull out his phone and look busy and only comes close to show off about his life it's really weird, he acts like a business man and that he's in real estate bla bla.. last time I did need help with my jugs being pregnant and all I asked if he could help me load them he made a frown and pursed his lips as if it was way too much of a request, this guy doesn't work much other than running his mouth. Just thought I should mention.

Downey Water Store sells Alkaline Water as well as Purified water. I went in today to purchase Alkaline Water. Edgar, the owner, waited on my and my mom. He was very informative, showed us that the water we were getting was indeed Alkaline Water and also explained the Health benefits to Alkaline water. My favorite place to get alkaline water! The first time I came here, I was searching for a place to buy alkaline water. I don't know the guys name but I'm assuming he's the owner, he was very friendly and went out of his way to test the water in front of me so that I could see the pH of their water, which I really appreciated. I've tried a store closer to home that also carries alkaline water (or so they claim lol) but it just didn't taste the same, nor did they do the test to prove it was real alkaline water. So I just make my way here and it's totally worth it. :) read more

So I am here with my mom and the people here are really nice, they will even test the water for you to make sure the alkaline in the water is correct. The store is located on Lakewood and imperial if you blink you will miss the store. read more

I have been trying to lose weight & have totally changed my diet and exercise but still felt sluggish. So I herd about Alkaline water .. As all good thing cost more but what the hell its my health and my family.. First time here and the guy was very nice. He showed me a example of the water they dispense. I have a family of 6 and have 7 bottles of 3 gallons.. So if you have 15 gallons you get the gallon of water for $1.. Sweet deal.. I'll let you know how the alkaline water works out for me. I drove from Whittier to Downey, to buy my Kangen Alkaline water. The guy that was their I'am assuming he's the owner , he was cool and provided a great service. I absolutely love this water. When you get time for some good detoxifying water you have to check this spot out. I make sure I go just about every two weeks to restock my water jug. WOW....one of the ONLY companies that is responsive and actually attempts to exceed what they promise! I just started delivery of Alkaline water with them last week, and they made the 1st delivery earlier than they had scheduled -- so we were thrilled to start drinking our healthier water asap. Then today I called again to say that my order was not enough (we already drank our 2-qty 3-gallon jugs) so I asked to increase the qty on my next delivery. They quoted me a Tues arrival, but called back within 30-mins to state they'd drop off on Monday. So impressed with their customer service!!! I'm going to tell everyone I know about this company!! I called back and received excellent customer service from the gentleman that answered the phone. I was signed up for alkaline water delivery service in just a few minutes and had my first 10 gallons of water delivered within a couple of hours! This local establishment is very friendly and the service is incredible. I fill up alkaline water on a biweekly basis and every time I go I am greeted by the staff with a smile. Today jun 5 this morning like around 11 to 12 i was very disappointed this person Sergio sound to me he didn't know the price of the water because he was asking me how much did I pay for a 10% water so ,I really like the water but the service was very poor plus when he was helping another person when he went out side he hit my mirror car the alarm went off .finally I give to him a $20 dollar bill he charge me $7.50 and he give back $2.50 I told him I give you a $20 bill? . I don't know but it looks to me that he was trying to jack the rest of the money I didn't like that so he got mad with me saying ohhh I give you the rest of the money .... read more

Because of the research provided by Dr. Kaufman on acid reflux I was willing to try alkaline water. So far, everyone I have called about the stuff has been extremely friendly, but the people at Alkaline Water on Imperial Hwy were really great. The woman couldn't have been more helpful (she even called my phone to help me find it). The water is, so far, great: it tastes good, maintains its pH, and the price is very affordable. I think it is about $1.5 per gallon and, unlike the other places I called, you can buy small amounts (the other two alkaline water resources I called needed you to buy at least 5 gallons at a time). I'm happy to have a place to get alkaline water. read more

Best tasting water I have ever drank,. Very clean store and friendly staff. Prices are great. They have a neat selection of water coolers. We dumped our old electric coolers for the simple ceramic jars on stands and they work great. I have not used their alkaline water yet, so I can't comment on that. read more

I am super excited that there is a Kangen water store closer to me now! At first I would have to drive extremely far to get this extremely beneficial water, now it's only 5 mins away from my home! The employees and owner are extremely nice and helpful. They also have a loyalty stamp card to get free 1-5 gallons of water! Would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

Absolutely great service. I went in to buy alkaline water, which is super hard to find, and the owner was the one who helped me out. He showed me the actual Ph level of the water he was giving me to prove he wasnt ripping me off and he even gave me another alternative to help me spend less. But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

The other day i was driving back home from work took imperial hwy as alternate to the 105 freeway. Rush hour, Hot day.. typical LA weather !! So i notice this water store, pulled in and had me a bottle water .. Alkaline water. aka 9 or something. Super cold refreshing.
