The ambiance is old-school Italian in the best way: timeless, romantic, and cozy. It works just as well for an intimate date night as it does for a small group dinner. Bonus points for being BYOB. We ordered the veal marsala and the seafood pomodoro. The veal was pounded to perfection and swimming in a ridiculously addictive sauce. The seafood pasta was cooked perfectly and loaded with fresh shrimp, clams, and mussels and you can taste the quality and care put in the food. Meals are served with a salad to start, and you can expect to spend around $35 per entrée, which feels more than fair for the quality. We were genuinely impressed and were treated with a lot of attention throughout the meal. The concept of the restaurant being run by two italian twins was honestly so sweet. Highly recommend if you're looking for classic Italian done right without trekking into the city.

We were seated at a table that seemed fine at first, but about five minutes in the floor and table started vibrating. It was strong enough that I could feel it through my whole body. At the same time, there was a loud, constant drone that kept coming back every few minutes--roughly every 3 minutes or so. It was absolutely horrendous and made it impossible to enjoy the meal. When I finally asked the waiter, I was told it was the dishwasher. I honestly don't understand how that seating area is considered acceptable for guests. On top of that, my salmon was very disappointing. It was severely overcooked, dry throughout, and the edges were inedible. My dad had the veal Marsala and really enjoyed it, though he did mention that the sauce on his side of pasta fell short. Unfortunately, what really overshadowed the entire evening was the seating. We were placed at the last table all the way to the right when entering, which at first seemed like a nice, quiet corner. That couldn't have been further from the truth. Every few minutes, the table would shake with a loud roar and vibration. After it happened repeatedly, we finally asked and were told we were right next to the dishwasher. It completely ruined the atmosphere of what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. Honestly, it was so disruptive that it felt like that table shouldn't even be used for seating--or at the very least, guests should be warned. If you plan to go, I strongly recommend asking not to be seated in that corner.
