My husband and I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, along with some cannelloni. The pizza dough was delicious--and so was the rest of it.... Fantastic flavor!!! Fresh and high quality ingredients. Perfect temperature. Everything was succulent. Thanks again to the team!!!, and blessings to you all. See you soon. read more

The cheesesteak was basically fatty roast beef, salty and inedible, it went in the garbage. The focacchia sandwich and burger were good. The Italian hero had what looked like one piece of ham, lettuce and tomato. I would not recommend this place. To be fair, I have not tried the pizza. read more

PROS: this place had really good food. The menu had a nice variety to it with good prices. It was served quickly as well. Staff was nice, especially the young girl hostess with the braces. CONS: the place looks beat up and could use renovation. Especially the benches. It's also not brick oven, it's a regular oven that has bricks surrounding it OVERALL: great place to come since the food was good and the staff was great read more

This is the new local favorite. The marguerita pizza is the best! I love how they have free delivery and are always very generous.

Just had one of the best steak sandwiches ,that I could say I've had in my life. and I've gone all the way to Pats and Gino in PA and no comparison this sandwich is above and beyond the way the cheese is just melted right on it with all the onions and green peppers the flavor exploding in your mouth exquisite. Great portion on the amount of steak that they've put ,It was finger, licking good. I was left wanting more.... I regret sharing have a sandwich with my wife. read more

It's been years since I've had food from here and now I remember why. The prosciutto sandwich was horrible. The menu stated it would have prosciutto, fresh mozz, arugula, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onions, o&v. I asked for no lettuce. Prosciutto was gross, barely any mozz, roasted peppers, and barely any vinegar. It came with no tomato, onions or arugula. The roasted peppers were the best thing on the sandwich. We also ordered stuffed mushrooms with bacon and cream cheese which were $9.50 (even more expensive than our prosciutto sandwich which was $8.50). For $9.50 we expected big mushrooms and what was got were 6 tiny button mushrooms no bigger than a quarter. Never ever again. read more

Foschinis is consistently the best pizzeria in Dumont. There should be lines out the door of this place. First, the portions are extremely generous and the prices are modest. Everything is always packed well and with care and extra bread :) The service there is top notch. For a little town pizzeria you expect the norm. Someone takes your order, tells you to wait, says thank you, and thats about it. Not here. The employees are incredibly kind and always go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with what you are getting. They ask how you are. They interact with your kids. They ask if you need anything while you are waiting. For this kind of service you would think you're in an upscale Italian restaurant. The drives is beyond kind. SO polite, so patient. The owner is an amazing woman who everyone should take time to get to know. The things she does for the Dumont community is immeasurable. This is exactly the type of small business we should all be supporting. They're always there for the residents in this town and we should be there for them, especially during this pandemic. Love you guys read more

Foschini's Brick Oven Kitchen - Philly cheesesteak and chicken marsala with a side salad. - Pizza Near Me - Dumont, New Jersey

In my opinion, this place along with one other hands down has the best pizza in Bergen County. Not to mention, the Mexican burger is spot on! The blend of jalapeños with their spicy mayo with pepper jack cheese leaves you on a hot and wild ride right into Mexico saying "órale," in either excitement or pain. Wings or lack luster, but it's all good because their Pasta makes up for it. Sometimes the workers are a little rough on the direction following aspect of a job, but overall these people do an amazing job and have wonderful food to offer you. Try them out by walking in, or order delivery from them today! read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! I ordered a couple plain slices and 2 specialized slices. After a 20 min wait they gave me one plain slice and substituted the other with a Chicken Parm slice even though I never asked for it. They told me they'd fix it and give me a new cheese slice of pizza. After 15 minutes they told me that the last cheese pie was going to be delivered to a customer. They never gave me a plain slice nor did they refund me my money. All in all the pizza was mediocre at best. The cheese had congealed and was plastic-like. Garlic knots were cold as if they were in a fridge then placed shortly in the oven. I'll never give these people my money again. Avoid it at all cost! read more

Do not order from here. We placed an order and after an hour it didn't come we called and were told its on the way. After an hour and a half we did not receive it. We called and were told we should come pick it up that it wasn't down for a delivery even after we left a tip for the driver. I said I would like it to be remade since it's been sitting there for over an hour. They said no then hung up on us. We called back multiple times where they did not answer then called back and asked to speak to the manager who told us the person who answered the phone made a mistake and they wouldn't remake the food and we couldn't get a refund our only choice was to pick to up. She then hung up on us when we said that was unacceptable. When we called back at least wanting our money back she wouldn't get on the phone but we could hear her screaming in the background about us. Will never order here ever again read more

Now that weather is nicer, I am there 5 days a week for slices & pie orders weekly. Staff is excellent - German, Marissa & the J-twins (Josselyn & Jazmine) & all the others who's names I forget (I stink at names). Best Sicilian pie in area. Oh & if you go in, you better tell Josselyn she is your favorite or she gives a dirty look ;) read more

I order online from this place all the time. It's alright. I'm not huge on pizza so I usually get the pastas and it's alright. I'm not going to say it's the best I've ever had but it sure doesn't suck. If you're having a craving, this place will definitely hit that spot. read more

Ordered a cold antipasto salad, large half sausage pizza and a small buffalo chicken pizza. I was impressed by the amount of sausage on the pizza. The sausage wasn't the usual shaved pieces I've had elsewhere, while there were thin pieces there were also some very meaty pieces which was a nice change. Hubby had the buffalo chicken pizza, said it was good. The plain cheese was gobbled up by our 3 year old, so it must have been good too. Will definitely order from here again. read more

News Years Day, hungover and in need of carbs, we ordered here for some deep dish pizza and fried raviolis. Both were delicious. I've had deep dish before and was not a fan. This place changed my mind on how I feel about that type of pizza. We ordered delivery and it came warm and fast. Definitely recommend. read more

No brick oven. Just the kind of oven all pizza restaurants have. Was expecting coal burning brick oven.

Highly recommended. Huge proportions, very friendly the ambiance was great with friendly kids.

Had Foschinis for the 1st time the other night. They delivered two pies to a family gathering and it was fresh, hot and very very good!

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Food arrived cold. Shrimp francaise had zero taste except for the extremely fishy taste. Tomato sauce on side of calzone looks like thick buffalo sauce. Calzone has zero taste. I asked for extra ketchup for fries, got ZERO packets. I asked for mozzarella cheese on cheesesteak - came with American and I'm allergic. For $90 I expected a hell of a lot more. Never ever ever again. Gross. read more

Worst pizzeria experience ever. Went in person to order a pizza that was not too burned. Specific about this issue. Waited outside for 10 minutes. Man came out and said you ordered a well done pizza?????? Never going back here again. I guess they don't need the business. read more

I have ordered here often because the food is good but my most recent visit was not a great experience. I placed an online order, rec'd confirmation that order was rec'd but when I went to pick up my order they did not have it. I had to wait until my was made which was not the reason for the single star rating. The reason for the single star rating is the fact that I was questioned if someone else from my household came to get the food because it turned out that they gave it to someone else. Another reason for the single star is the fact that I observed the person making the pizza handle cash and then went back to making the pizza, without washing hands in between Disgusting! When my order was made again, I was given 2 out of the 3 items ordered. read more

We used to live in Jersey City where there was excellent pizza on basically every corner. When we moved to Bergenfield three months ago, I was disheartened to discover that every pizza place was terrible to average at best. We tried a few based on Yelp reviews. We asked friends that live or grew up in the area. Nothing! With pizza being my #1 pregnancy craving, it's easy to understand why I was so distraught over this. Good pizza is almost non-existent around here ... or so I thought! We received a Foschini's menu in the mail and figured it can't be any worse than the dozens of places we've already tried. I'm elated that this place surpassed my expectations. First of all, delivery was quick which is always a plus. We ordered a margarita pie and an escarole & bean soup. Both were fantastic! The pizza was well done like we asked, tasty as heck and they weren't skimpy with any of the ingredients. The soup was so yummy - can't wait to try the pasta fagioli next to see if it's just as good. I have a pretty good feeling it will be! I will say that there are some odd choices on the menu ... seems a little all over the place, but what do I know? Anyway, I can't complain. Great experience! Happy to finally have found our go-to pizza joint. Woo hoo! read more

FIRST of all....FIX YOUR AC!! Why didn't we leave, you ask? Because my cousin who I love, said "I have a coupon" and the pizza at the front of the store actually didn't look too bad. Then, we ordered FOOD....FIRST, the Marguerita pizza wad a ridiculous excuse for any type of pizza at all, mozzarella all dried out and sparse...chicken cutlet parm was disgustingly dry-couldn't even cut with a knife, had to pick up with a fork and bite it. Anyone who gave this place any kind of good rating must be under 20 yrs old and hung over where ANYTHING will do...PASS THIS PLACE BY! NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH IT read more

During this crazy time, we had to move and were looking for our new pizza joint. Foschini's was both times we have ordered. The delivery guys were kind and dropped everything off on our doorstep. We don't even live in Dumont so the fact that our food arrived warm was great! I didn't give 5 stars 'cus our side of broccoli was tasteless... but wasn't an issue we couldn't solve ourselves. read more

This place is average. Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap... it's a giant sloppy mess. Impossible to eat without a fork and knife. Sauces dropping everywhere. And the "side" of fries that comes with it is just sad. Also had the Greek salad. If you want pizza and you happen to order from here, order a pie to dine in with friends, and you should be ok. Haven't really had a problem when i ordered a small pie to go or split one with friends. The slices that are out for individual purchase are hit or miss. The biggest reason this gets 2 stars is the fact that their 'brick oven' is not a brick oven pizza it's one of those fake ones with the fake brick facade on the outside. Yup. Standard Pizza Oven in my opinion. Staff seems aloof at times, usually teens. Sometimes they're pretty decent. Like I said before, it's really hit or miss. Passing by on a sunday morning/afternoon the sign says open at noon, but it can be 12:30/1 pm and no one's there at times and there's a box/bag of bread sitting out there. Not sure what's going on, almost as if they want this to fail. Fake Brick Oven. Take your chances with their take-out service. Hit or miss. read more

I used to order from here at least twice a month. The pizza's were good, but the last few times, they have been terrible. Tonight I ordered the Supreme pizza, and it was wet and cold. There are too many toppings set in the middle of the pie and it fell apart. This has happened one too many time and I will not be ordering again. I would have called back, but the owner is a nasty, rude man, that doesn't seem to care what product comes out. Never again! read more

I should've read the reviews first but I wanted brick oven pizza so bad after my staples (Cassie's and Brooklyn Pizzeria) were closed for the night. We ordered a large, thin crust, brick oven pizza - and just got plain 'ole pizza. Very disappointing. This is not brick oven. I repeat - this is NOT brick oven pizza! It's salty, greasy, regular pizza. The one star is for the thinish crust. Change your name to Foschini's Pizzeria and stop deceiving naive folks like myself. read more

I've had great experiences with Foschini's. My family loves the pizza, fries, and Italian sub. I see some bad reviews on here, but I never experienced any bad food or bad service from there, which hopefully means they improved after reading these reviews. No greeting from anyone when u walk in. 4 slices left to choose from and not even a smile. I wonder why there tip cup is empty. I other gripe is its not brick oven pizza.
