I had several pieces to repair and to turn into pendants. Keith (the owner and jeweler) did a wonderful job with all and I was pleasantly surprised at his affordable prices. The amazing thing is, one of the diamond rings that is very important to me lost a diamond after I got it back, and I was expecting to pay to have him replace it. He did not charge me. It takes a good businessman to realize that we are all human and things happen that are sometimes out of our control, and is happy to guarantee his work. It brought tears to my eyes, and seriously is the best early Christmas present I've ever gotten. Thank you again Keith and Patty and the other lovely saleswomen. One more thing - I saw on the wall as I was leaving that Keith was an Army Ranger. Thank you for your service to our country, sir. read more

I saw the reviews from Yelpers and figured this would be the best place to take care of resizing my Christmas gift, a watch. We went in and within 3-4 minutes he was done with the resize. Amazing job. At $14 for the resize, he was amazing. The jewelry there was gorgeous but my husband saw his dream watch. He is addicted to Suunto watches but he found a Citizen watch that we could not pass up. So in love with this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs their jewelry needs taken care of. Professional and extremely helpful. read more

Absolutely wonderful people! They do quality work w/o charging an arm and a leg and their jewelries for sale are .

Went in on a Saturday with a small jewelry repair. The jeweler was very busy, however he took the time to address me, explain the problem, and fix it right there. I was in and out within 20 mins, they fixed my problem and didn't give me any run around. I will definitely be returning for more business. read more

Wow! Impressed, impressed, impressed! Please visit this jeweler and support a family owned shop that takes their time with you and is reputable for quality. My case in point, boyfriend gifted me with over $1700 worth of jewelry from Diamond Jim in Phoenix and was not what I wanted, could not refund money only exchange, so I exchanged and exchanged...the last of my credit at that store went to Diamond Earrings that were mislabed and I was told I had stripped the backings (I only owned them for 4 days). Went to Hinrichsen to have them readjusted, they were not stripped! Performed cleaning and repair for free! Thank you Carol!~ I will be back for future purchases. Tricia read more

I had been here before and was very impressed, even recommending to others. But this visit, I had a simple clasp replaced (a few years ago the same necklace, same clasp replaced for $15); this time, I dropped it off and didn't ask for the price as they were fair last time. when I went to pick it up, it cost $70.50. for a simple clasp replacement. absurd. will be looking for another jeweler for repairs. read more

Went in for a simple chain repair. Work was shoddy and overpriced. Not to mention the owner/repair guy was rude, arrogant and condescending. I will never return to this place. I do not recommend them at all. read more

Great service on a small jewelry repair. They didn't even charge me. I'll definitely return it make a purchase. Thank you !

A while ago I had a very simple repair need. The jeweler was very friendly and when I told him that I was a veteran he thanked me for my service and did a great repair. I lost the backs of my pearl studs and will be going back today! read more

Every time I bring something to them, we get tremendous service and such a friendly welcome. They are the best!

Great experience! Went to take in my ring to be repaired- which was done quickly and expertly!

Brought my damaged platinum wedding and engagement rings here and they made them like new!! After my dog saw a rabbit and dragged me down the street my body and my rings had severe road rash. At least I could easily get my rings fixed! After taking them to this great jewelry store they looked like new rings! And the bill was more than reasonable. Highly recommend them!! read more

Staff was nice and welcoming but the repair guy was VERY RUDE!!!! Not getting my business and will not refer anyone to him!!

Beware of this jeweler. I was sent there by my insurance company when I lost my 1 carat diamond in my wedding ring. I knew nothing about diamonds & trusted this business. Lots of things were going on in my life at that time ( work, sick spouse, house etc.) so I took their word. I did not know process on diamond replacement. The diamond he showed me in the store was never taken out of case nor did I get to examine it. I also gave him diamond earrings to take the screw back off as he said he could do this. What I ended up with was some other backs on my earring one of which turned black. These are 14k diamond earrings I've had for many years but could no long tolerate screw back. I also found out way after the fact they replaced my lost diamond NOT with a GIA diamond but with a cubic zirconia worth about $2.00. I only found this out when I needed a new appraisal for insurance or I would never have known. I never received any appraisal for the "diamond" from this jeweler who was supposed to send it to me. Thought the insurance company must've gotten it. So don't be ignorant of practices like I was - Evidently this is not a rare occurrence. read more

Such a great experience! Both drop off and pick up were easy, I was taken care of right away and the work was done when I was told it would be! So happy my engagement ring finally fits my finger! read more

I was so grateful to the staff and owner of Hinrichsen for the care they took with my wedding band and engagement ring. I've been married 14 years and within the last 2 years developed arthritis and had to take my rings off with dental floss because of the inflammation. I was visiting from Alaska and found this jewelry store that does repairs in house. After only one week they completed the work with my jewelry and I cried when I was able to put them back on my finger. Many blessings to the important work you do! read more

I had a bad experience with a jeweler right before I came in to this store and let me tell you...the store is AMAZING! The staff all took such wonderful care of me and made my experience very memorable! The owner genuinely cares for the jeweler he sells and works on...it definitely shows! He was so kind! I brought my engagement ring in to find a new setting to fit my hands and not only did we find the perfect ring, but in the end it turned out 10 times better than I ever could have imagined! I'm so thankful for this experience! If you're looking for a jeweler in the area, you won't be disappointed if you do business here! They officially have a customer for life! read more

Another trip to Hirichsen Jewelers for watch battery replacement and repair. This place is truly amazing!! Keith took my watches, the friendly assistant offered a plush chair to relax in while he worked on my watches. I kid you not, he replaced 3 batteries and tried to bring my favorite watch back to life, but unfortunately, to no avail. No matter, they gave me the 4 watch discount anyway and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes!! Now that's what I call service. Fast, friendly, and quality service for a great price. It doesn't get any better than Hinrichsen!! read more

Great and quick service! They are the best I've ever gone to for watch fittings and battery replacement! There was a watch that I had that was too small and figured there was no hope, but within 5 minutes they had it sized perfectly and a brand new battery! read more

Replaced my 85 year old dads watch battery and set the time 2 minutes after he walked in. Great price, wonderful people. Make a point to check this place out. read more

Replaced a watch band for my partner. Very good service, a nice store friendly staff.

Once again Keith came through like a magician fixing my wife's wedding and engagement ring making it look BRAND new grabbing lots of comments throughout our vacation. Secondly I learned that they offer high end watch buffing and cleaning as he was able to buff out the Rolex watch I was giving my wife for our 1yr wedding anniversary while out in Phoenix. Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Keith and his team to everyone. Outside of that, great conversation on local restaurants and our trip to the Grand Canyon. Many thanks once again!!! read more

I needed to get a necklace fixed and looked them up online. The reviews were good and they are close to home. I walked in as they opened last Saturday and asked them to fix my necklace. I was greeted immediately and warmly. My necklace was fixed within just a few minutes. The fee was very reasonable. Now THAT is service! Because of the wonderful customer service and the reasonable fee, I will most certainly do business with them again. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Pretty awesome place. Keith and the two ladies that work there provide great customer service.

I have been here several times for jewelry repairs and Keith never disappoints. He has fixed many pieces of mine quickly and economically. I have never BOUGHT a piece of jewelry here, but it would for sure be my first stop when the need arrives. Thank you, KEITH! read more

I took a chain necklace I received as a gift in for resizing because it was too big. The lady that helped me was so polite and engaged in finding the right length for me. After we decided on the right length she took it over to Rick and he fixed in i less than 2 minutes. Amazingly quick! This place lives up to the reviews. I will definitely be doing all my future jewelry business here. read more

We have to share our supreme confidence in Keith and Staff. Always attentive, the shops ambience makes browsing and dreaming a joy (so many beautiful, quality items... And if you don't see it, they will find it for you). Jewelry repairs, cleaning, reconstruction of older pieces, were what brought us to Keith. When my fiancé recently lost his sweet mom, she made her 4 adult children promise to take her diamond wedding ring (it had 4 nice diamonds, set in white gold) and create something for each one. My fiancé told his family, "I know just the place". He brought the ring down from WA, and with Keiths expert help, came up with four truly special rings. Each ring featured one of the four stones. Each ring was created for their individual preference in appearance. We asked for some very specific things, including using the gold from the original ring, for the two sisters rings. He created a beautiful, balanced ring (the diamonds are prominent, even thought TCW was not huge). The two men's rings are very handsome. Beyond our expectations. It was a huge undertaking for Keith. I think he may have lost sleep over our rather large challenge. He far surpassed our hopes. Everyone loves their special ring from Mom. To make this perfect, Keith engraved each ring with "Love Mom" and the year she was born, and the year she went Home. Precious gift. Thank you, Keith... And everyone in your Store. We HIGHLY recommend this family Jeweler. Next time, we will just purchase something from your inventory. Thank you, Michael and Janine. read more
