I cannot say enough about Nelson and Noelia. I went in with two rings I loved and asked Nelson if he could make a wedding set out of them which he said SURE then I said but I am getting married in 3 weeks! They were so kind, patient, and professional that I had no reservations about what the outcome would be. And in less than 3 weeks I saw the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, just for me, one of a kind and I cried. He just knew exactly what I wanted even without any real direction from me! Since then I have been in the shop a few times for other things and I just love them they feel like family now. Anything you need jewelry wise don't hesitate to go see Nelson and Noelia! read more

Amazing! What life savers. I walked in to get a necklace repaired for a birthday for the next day. They told me usually other places would take weeks to repair it. I was told they would try to get it for me by tomorrow. I agreed and to my surprise within a couple of hours they called saying it's ready. I am so grateful I went here and not to mention they got it done the SAME DAY! I would recommend this place and will continue to come here going forward. Highly, highly appreciate everything they have done for me and at a great price. read more

Nelson is a great jeweler! My husband took my diamond to him and he turned it into a beautiful white gold engagement ring! He took the time to explain the process and we knew we had gone to the right place! Shorty after, I picked out my wedding band from Nelson's great selection of bands. He sized my ring to perfection and recently soldered them together too. I absolutely love my rings and Nelson's professionalism. If you're looking for a trustworthy jeweler, friendly and knowledgeable jeweler, visit him and buy from him ;) read more

The owner Nelson is a GEM!! Such a talented jeweler!! I wish I had taken before pictures because the transformation he did on my Mom's damaged engagement and wedding rings is just top notch. They are a Black Hills gold patterned set that had to be cut when her fingers swelled during her pregnancy with me. She never wanted to spend the money to repair them or risk someone messing up their one-of-a kind Black Hills gold design. For my parents' 40th anniversary we decided to upgrade the diamond and do the repair. Wow - you can't even tell they were cut and the new setting and diamond are solid. Sized exactly how we measured and right on his estimate, which was very reasonable. He also fixed another small Black Hills gold ring that she broke in 2 places - both repairs well within the promised time frame. Plus Nelson has a number of beautiful pieces in the shop - men's and women's, watches, silver fashion rings, and more. Look no further for an honest and talented jeweler!! :) read more

My husband and I came here to get his wedding band resized and had a very good experience. Affordable and very friendly.

I had such a good experience! I came in on a Friday and he resized three of my rings to the perfect size. I was renewing my vows with my husband and leaving the next Wednesday. He resized three and replated two of them. He was so nice helping me determine the best size because my fingers swell a lot and they look and fit wonderfully! I will be using him in the future as I love rings and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend and have already recommended to others. Also the price was great! read more

This place is very close to where I live and after reading the good reviews decided to check it out. I took in 5 watches, 4 of which needed new batteries and one needed a band adjustment. The guy was very friendly and was done with everything in about 10/15 minutes and was very reasonably priced. I would go back there without hesitation and send my friends there too! Great service! read more

Had 2 watches that needed new batteries. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly an polite. Didnt have to wait long. Was very pleased.

Super nice guy. Quick work at a great price. Only had my watch band replaced but would recommend for other work.

Awesome jeweler. He fixed my watch and put in a new battery. Only charged me six dollars.

Nelson from Kenz is such a sweet guy and is very talented. I called him for a ring resizing and he squeezed me in his schedule and got my ring resized in 3 days! The other jewelers take weeks. On top of that, after he re-sized and I realized it still wasn't my correct size, he gave me a large discount for coming in and having him do it again a month later. Can't recommend this guy enough. read more

I visited town from San Diego and stopped by Kenz Jewelers. This is the place where my husband bought my engagement ring and where we had our wedding band custom made. I returned to Kenz to have my rings cleaned, my husband's watch battery replaced, and to purchase another piece to add to my collection. Nelson had my watch battery replaced within 5 minutes!! Nelson is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I am always pleased at his excellent service and I always return to Kenz when I am in town. read more

hey, i needed my watch fixed , they did it on the spot for less than half of any where else, I am going to bring a ring in there, and see what they want to fix it. Got quotes from two other places, they were way over priced, so this should be interesting . read more

Today my fiance went to get my ring resized. When I called a few days ago, they said they typically have a day turn around. I was shocked since everywhere else had said a least a week if not longer. When we got there we were skeptical, hearing about all of the recent scams where diamonds were swapped out. Nelson put our worries to rest, letting us look for different identifying qualities to the diamond. He called us while he was working on it to let us know that he found another marking and wanted us to come look. Having the paperwork with us, we let him know that our papers already had that mark. Nelson was very thorough and worked to match pricing. He also reworked the band of the ring so it would fit more comfortably since it was a thick band. He had my ring out within a few hours, so I didn't even have to go a day without it. We will definitely be back with any other needs, good work! read more

07/31/15: I broke a silver chain that I've had for years and brought it here to get it fixed... Not only did he do an amazing job but even offered to do it quickly because I was going out of town! Great service and very polite. I'd recommend it! read more

My fiancée and I made his wedding band out of gold he and I had mined together. Once made, I wanted to surprise my fiancée (now husband) by getting it engraved! I took it to a number of big name jewelry stores around the valley and I couldn't find a jeweler that was able engrave his extra wide band. Luckily, I finally brought it to Kenz with only a week left until our big day! Without hesitation, he said he could get it done!!! Not only was it done, it was done ahead of time and PERFECT! I couldn't be happier with my entire experience! Thank you so much! read more

Caught him before his vacation. Quickest and easiest ring resize ever. Great job too!

6/3/2015 I went in today with two watches. I had a swiss army watch that needed a new batter. And I had a cheaper watch where I changed the battery myself but couldn't get the back on without a press. The cheaper watch also doesn't keep time so I asked how expensive it'd be to change the whole movement. They gave me a reasonable quote that was less than I had thought, and charged $7 for the new battery and putting the back of the other watch on. I'd say that's more than fair and I was in and out in ten minutes. They seem friendly and straight forward. I will definitely go back whenever I need service done. Also, the guy who helped me had a Call of Duty shirt on. Lol. That's pretty rad in my book. very casual and approachable. Update 6/6/15:Whatever the dude did with my watch that wasn't keeping time, now it works flawlessly without having to do anything further. Awesome. Great little shop with good people. read more
