O.M.G. So...I found Ryan here on Yelp, and I am SO glad I decided to get things going here to reset the stones I was given from my (favorite!) aunt. She gave me her engagement ring (from a marriage that ended in divorce 35 years ago) and a pair of diamond studs. Crazy story, but I'm sitting at my favorite bar/restaurant and I'm sitting next to a random couple that I ended up chatting with all evening. As it turns out, Ryan made her engagement ring. Do not hesitate to work with this company. I had a situation where I had an earring that I lost that was a gift from my husband. I literally I lost it within a day of him gifting me the earrings. To say I was mad at myself would be an understatement. Apparently, I did not latch it correctly, and I was not aware. I looked on the Internet to find a company even if there was one available to do what I wanted, which was to construct another earring to match the original that I still had.
