Oh where do you start when everything is bad... I just moved to the area at the beginning of May and I'm looking for a new favorite. Tried JoJo's a few weeks ago and I wasn't impressed. The egg rolls here are so small they should be 3 for $1. And, I like mine crunchy, these reminded me more of sping rolls. For a dinner combo, the portion is pretty small. I ordered Kung Pao chicken, no peanuts, extra spicy. At least there weren't peanuts. The dish was not spicy at all. You could order this for a one year old and they wouldn't blink. Plus there were more water chestnuts than chicken!!!! The dish was filled with flavorless veggies, but not much chicken. At all. Seriously. And the fried rice tasted so old. At least I got duck sauce & a fortune cookie (I didn't at JoJo's.) So my quest continues..... read more

My wife & I have been eating here at least once a week for years. Ordered delivery tonight. The wrong type of fried rice was sent, which I couldn't eat, because I am allergic to onions. We ordered the house special fried rice with no onions ( I am allergic) & no shrimp ( my wife is deathly allergic) to which they sent chicken fried rice with a butt ton of onions in it. I called to rectify, the lady on the phone told me no driver available to send correct order. Called back & told manager to come pick up all the food & give us our money back, to which the manager told us she could have it here in 10 minutes. Not a place to go sit and eat, it's pretty much a delivery place only. My wife and I order from here about twice a month. We have our favorites but I try to change it up and am never disappointed in the fare, the prices or the portion sizes, which are quite enough for two dinners. Delivery is quick as well, even on weekends and rain days. Give them a try! read more

The main thing is the deplorable customer service! Their website was not supposed to charge extra for shrimp lo mein with the beef and vegetable dinner combo. I have the screenshots as well. It's not the point that I was overcharged only $2.50, it became a principle especially after the utter rudeness of the young girl who answered the phone. I was advised that the manager was unavailable and another young lady who was "left in charge" - her words, not mine - could only apologize for the website error. And not the employee's argumentative behaviour. This was my first time ordering from this place. It has reasonable prices. The order was delivered much sooner than promised and it was still hot. I used to love this place and when all the time. And then I got sick. I didn't mind at first cause sometimes you can get food poisoning u know it happens. I went to the doctor and then the doctor told me he had a few more people who had come in before me with the same issue. And he said one of those people ended up with a PARASITE! I never complain on these things but this was the most upsetting experience I've ever had. When I first called to place my order I specifically told the person taking my order I did not want mushrooms in my vegetable fried rice because I was allergic she assured me there was no mushrooms in the fried rice. When our food arrived I opened my rice I skimmed through it because I always double check and there's was a ton of mushrooms in my rice as i moved it around. At this point I was upset but not too upset the girl on the phone sounded new. I called back the first person i explained my situation told me to hold as i over heard her ask someone else if the knew there was mushrooms in the rice than got back on the phone and told me to hold for a manager the next person on the phone asked me if I wanted my fried rice she would send out right now I said no at that point it would take another 30 min for my food I asked for my money back and she told me i could come in and get it because they have no drivers so first u had a driver all of a sudden u have no driver ? She than put me on hold to speak to a manager but I was so confused because she had just told me she was the manager ? Overall she came back and said she would send someone out when she could and hung up. One I got no apology they were super unprofessional and really had no motive on fixing my issue or caring of any sort. Especially when it comes to allergy's if I would of just ate it with out looking through it I'd be in a hospital bed they didn't even care to apologize. The delivery is fast and friendly, and the food always arrives hot and fresh (and really big portions too, one meal lasts two days). I got my order and had 0% sauce on my teriyaki chicken , so I called again ..the lady starts screaming at me as I informed her of this order . Very upset mother . Will never order from there again. Drivers are prompt and courteous and delivery menu includes coupons for orders over $20. Try the garlic chicken. Savory every time. I'll make this quick.... dont order from here. Food isn't good. They gave me the wrong order. I asked for a new order to be delivered to me. Was told they'd credit my account for my next hr. Mind you , when I called the 1st time the girl said ok our delivery guy will send you the correct order. Hrs are passing by. Ordered Beef broccoli x'2 and Beef Kung pao (I never eat chicken) for delivery.When the order arrived I had Kung Pao chicken instead of the beef. I immediately called the restaurant. The young lady that I called to tell about the mistake immediately told me that I had affirmed the King pao chicken on the phone with her... Which I had not. She basically told me that I had ordered chicken and that was what I had to deal with. I asked for a manager. She yelled across whatever space she was in for said manager who was "not in" but told me there was an assistant manager I could speak to. I spoke to someone else and was told "well she said you confirmed your order of chicken" to which I replied "she is mistaken because I do not eat chicken anything from restaurants ". She said but you confirmed your order with her and to that I replied yes I did for Beef. Long story short I was told after the "assistant manager" handed the phone off the the order taker that they would bring me what I had originally ordered but I had to return the chicken King pao. No problem there... Then they proceed to tell me I have to wait an hour for them to replace my order if I didn't leave my home and pick it up... I ORDERED DELIVERY... Then when I refused I was told it was told it would take 45 mins to an hour to bring me the food I originally ordered... First time eating at Double Dragon and they were surprisingly good. The prices were great and they are generous with there portions.

My friend and I are always on the lookout for good Chinese food in our area, and they are far and few between. We found this place by chance, even though it wasn't close by. We both ordered the General Tso's Chicken, hers with steamed rice, wonton soup and the fried egg roll; mine with fried rice (if you could call it that), wonton soup and the egg roll. The Chicken was good on both orders; the pieces were huge and tender. The fried rice i ordered was nothing more than rice sauteed with some soy sauce. No egg, meat, veggies, nothing. The wonton in her soup was dry and discolored and looked as though it had been sitting on top of the broth for a long time. If you like grease, then you'll like the egg rolls. Not sure where the great reviews come from, but we weren't impressed for our first visit. read more

Have ordered from this restaurant at least 7-8 times. At first, I was impressed. But then, I starting noticing everything tasted the same. The brown sauces all taste the same (except the General Tso's which is pretty good), just vary the vegetable. The Sha Cha sauce is described as Chinese BBQ sauce ... tastes exactly the same as THE brown sauce! The egg drop soup had SO much corn starch in it the last time I ordered, it was borderline jelly. I am having a really hard time finding consistently good Chinese food from any of the places in my area of town. So disappointing! read more

Tried this place for the first time last week and it was excellent food. I had the triple delight with steamed rice lunch portion. It was a large portion that was hot and tasty!! The best crab puffs!!! I ordered online for take out. The inside was very clean and neat though. Lots of space. There were a few families sitting and eating. The portions here are huge!!! One order is more than enough for two people. I ordered the coconut milk tea which I very much enjoyed. The crab puffs were amazing! The cashew chicken was okay.
