Went in to get a meal to go. Before I went to the restaruant I called to see if they were open because it was around 1045. I'm a traveler and still learning the area. The gentleman that answered my call rudely hang up before I was finished speaking. Upon entering the establishment later I was rushed down the line very quickly to make the bowl selection of items. Wow, I was the only customer in line. The products were clearly diluted and watered down...gueso watery, all salsa watered down and even the sour cream! I dont understand some businesses. They seem to just not get it that the customer "brings the revenue to you for a service." The lights, staff, food, taxes etc is paid solely by the patrons that come voluntarily and by choice to spend their hard earned money to the establishment." They have nothing on Chipolte. Dickson should consider getting a Chipoltle. read more

I eat here probably 3-4 times a week. Fast, fresh and the customer service is top notch. The store is always spotless!

Sad first visit. Was truly holing it would be better. Ran in to grab lunch for my daughter and I, and I ordered a bowl & a kids quesadilla. The gentleman who made my bowl was really trying to be frugal with the portions and that meant a small scoop of rice, light sprinkle of beans, and a sprinkle of requested toppings. The rice was a bit undercooked. The queso was a bit watery. I don't think we will bother to come back. I hope they improve and do better. It does say "New Management" so not sure why it is like this. read more

This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and we love it!! Fresh ingredients, made to order nachos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas, burritos or salads. We love their spinach salads! Differently a huge improvement for Dickson's fast food industry. Easy to get in and out of and worth every Penny! read more

This is one of our favorite "quick lunch" places in Dickson. Similar to a chipotle, but I actually like Dos Bros a little more. The employees are nice, everything always tastes fresh, portions are huuuge, and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean. Sometimes we get to go orders and everything is still warms and tastes good after the 20 minute drive home. There's nothing super different about this place but it's still always delicious. Visited Dos Bros for the first time a couple of days ago. Food was fresh and delicious and the portion sizes were generous. My son and I both had spicy chicken burritos. Highly recommend. I also dropped my debit card and the staff found it and saved it for me. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be making this a regular stop for lunch or dinner. read more

Very similar to places like Chipotle, but a little bit better. This place is still pretty new so they're still finding the rhythm, but they did a great job on my food. Waiting in line to order I noticed none of the servers behind the counter had masks on, there was nothing about social distancing stated. It was also freezing in there, so if you're cold blooded, wear a sweater. We chose to get it to go and ate somewhere else. We both got bowls, steak and spicy chicken. We were totally excited about this place. We've been waiting for it to open. The sign on the wall says EAT CLEAN. We got in line and the woman preparing our food was visably sick and coughing in our food as she prepared it. Obviously not eating clean at that point. I spoke to the manager about it and her explanation was that the food preparer wasn't sick, she's just a smoker. Uh...it was obvious that she wasn't feeling well. We sat down to eat. The food was okay. The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy. The coke was out in the fountain a d all the tables were dirty. Hopefully they'll work out the kinks. Otherwise, I'd have to say that Chipolte has DosBros beat hands down. read more

SEND HELP IMMEDIATELY! When my wife and I went to order today, the service was so comically awful that only one thing can be deduced, the real Dosbros employees are locked in the freezer. The food itself was clumped and undercooked, the chicken was actually pretty good, but the craftsmanship of my wife's quesadilla and my burrito was horrendous. They lumped all of our food in the middle of the tortillas and just called it a day. To include a large lump slapped down in the middle of the quesadilla with no attempt made to smooth the lumps. We'd been excited to try this place since they opened, but had not had the chance until today. The experience was totally chaotic, and there appeared to be one person (manager?) who knew what was going on, and she was going a mile a minute. Having never been here before, the ordering was a little confusing and at each step, we were given half-annoyed, half-blank stares as if we were supposed to know what to say to the person behind the counter. When we stated that we've never been here before and needed at least SOME guidance, we were given a mile-a-minute mumble of the ordering process that left us more confused than we were to begin with. We stated we wanted "bow"l combos with the very first person who asked if he could help us and that person turned and told the person actually making the bowls that they'd be combos. By the time we got to the register, we had to remind the register person we'd ordered combos. She acted surprised to hear it, and made a face like it was a huge deal, and then told the person in the middle of the line (who had already been told) that we'd wanted combos. This person then let out a huff of exasperation (not sure if it was directed toward us or the newbie on the register), and had to go back and prepare our dip cup despite already waiting on the next customers in line. All I could think is, "What the hell is wrong with this place?". The food was OKAY (the tea, however, was awful). To be honest, Taco Bell's Power Menu bowls seem to have the same quality of ingredients, TWICE the flavor, and a little less than HALF the price. I'm all about supporting little guys, but this chain is only "little" compared to Taco Bell and isn't exactly a "mom 'n' pop". We spent just pennies under $30. for two people to eat, and it was just OKAY. We typically spend a few dollars less than $30. at actual Mexican restaurants even with a generous tip, and almost always have copious leftovers to show for it. Aside from being treated like cattle, first rushed and then chided when we didn't read the crew's minds, we felt cheated out of our hard-earned money. We won't be going back, although we can see how others might have a different experience. Still, there are MANY "Mexican"-ish options out there, and the field's just too crowded for such a mediocre player in our opinion. read more

DosBros is a great spot for Chipotle-Style (and quality) mexican food. they off bowls, nachos, burritos, salads, tacos, and quesadillas. There are plentiful meat options (including tofu!) and the topping were all very fresh. (ALSO check for a sign that gives a list of toppings available upon request: at least 10 additional toppings are stored under the counter) The staff was friendly and they had good iced tea! one more thing! the chips and guacamole / queso is a great choice!!
