Starting with the negative, the service is so bad and seems to be getting worse. I've gone in multiple times without being greeted or waited on. I understand if they're busy but I've stood at the counter waiting and no help so I just walked out. The problem is that there were plenty of staff, but some of them were just standing there, doing nothing just talking to each other. The worst of them all is the woman with tattoos on her face. But my biggest complaint is the salsa. It's disgusting! It doesn't matter if it's red or green; it tastes old and grainy. Someone needs to change it. Portion sizes are absurdly small and extremely overpriced. In area where the value of a dollar means everything, charging what they do for their burritos is insulting and disgraceful to the local community. They continue to decrease the size of their portions and act like we won't notice. I urge people to see through the smoke and mirrors and stop supporting this business until this issue is corrected. The people of Brawley deserve better, a family of four should not have to pay 50+ dollars for four burritos. If you have any skill in the kitchen whatsoever, please, just make your own burritos. Just moved back down and we frequent this donut shop more than I'd like to admit. They have great prices for both food and drinks, a drive through, good parking, and is usually pretty clean. The staff is nice although we do have to wait for food longer than some others. I never mind too much though because it's consistently good and always hot. read more

Their food tastes good. But more and more recently their service has gone downhill for us. They use to get everything correct. Just got some food from there and asked them not to put anything on top of the chimichanga and the guy taking the order said that they didn't put anything on top ( which is a lie) . They still ended up putting lettuce, cheese and sour cream on it. Then we asked for GREEN salsa and were given red. Then we called to complain and the same guy who took the order tried to make it sound like it was our fault the order wasn't correct. Extremely disappointed in this place now. read more

Food was beyond what i thought a donut shop could produce. More Mexican restaurant than a donut shop. Their sweet tea size Large (XL in other donut shops) is a lot cheaper than others ($1) but it's definitely not my cup of tea. Overall definitely will return read more

Everything I've ordered is cold . I always have to warm up at home. In the hamburgers the lettuce is kept in water for freshness but its dripping and makes the burger wet and soggy. read more

Came in for the first time and only one of the girls greeted me and was very friendly the other two ladies working looked like they didn't even want to be working. I asked the name of the girl who took my order "Marissa" you can tell she is new but she helped me and the customers behind me with a great attitude! I recommend getting the employees to take after her. Otherwise I wouldn't want to come back. Especially after witnessing one of the girls going on their phones while waiting for a customer to pay with their card. Very unprofessional. Great job Marissa on setting an example! read more

I ordered flautas, hamburgers and fries with cheese. Fries with cheese and the salsa were really good but the burgers and flautas were so disappointing. Enough to make me write a review so I remember to never get them again. They were supper thin taquitos. So thin the meat inside burned and fell out during the cooking process. The flauta was basically a rolled tortilla shell I used to dip and eat the salsa with. My kids got the cheese burgers and when asked how they were they were not impressed dry and no flavor. Better off grilling at home some burgers. Tables were dirty but they cleaned them when asked. Place was cool and big. Nice selection of donuts. Staff was good. read more

Although it was midnight I went against my better judgment and ordered a "Torta". Did I regret it. Bread was soo dry I don't think dipping it in water would've helped. You could also tell they went cheap and used iceberg lettuce. I happened to get all of the white part. No leafy greens. On top of that the lettuce had the dark edges. I get it, it's a donut shop, you shouldn't expect great food, but at least put some effort in what you make. read more

My taro drink with boba was the best I ever had and their menu items looked so good but I was treated with attitude at the drive through.

This restaurant started out GREAT! However, the issue is not the food at all, it's great, it's some of the staff. It's like the people in the Brawley area are very lazy, have bad attitudes & don't want to work. Two people that stand out the most are Jennifer & some chick named Ferdinana or Ferdana. Whatever her name is & the Jennifer chick, they need to be retrained or fired. My coworkers have said the same about them. A few other employees have bad attitudes, too. I just didn't catch their names. Management needs to get these ppl in check or get them out, before they ruin their business. read more

That new Donut Avenue in Brawley Ca, the one by the laundry mat is really, really good. They have all kinds of foods there to choose from. And the employee service is just fine and dandy. This new local store has great potential but definitely lacks in execution. I've been here three separate times and in all times they have messed up my order in various ways. I have not been given my donuts, fries, and even avo sauce in those various orders. One star is barely worth the store's performance due to its decent flavor in products, but that's if you can get your order right. Customer service is a whole another severe issue. I see this store falling apart with the horrendous service provided by over half of their staff. Especially given by a young man that could care less if he's there. He has been the fault of two of my messed up orders. This store needs to go a different direction before all the customers do. read more

The customer service here is great, and the donuts are delicious! My favorite is the maple donut and the drive thru was very fast.

I went in the drive-thru and they asked me to park in the front and they would bring my order out, which is no problem. Then they brought out orders for the next three customers that came after me. When I asked I was told the other customers had smaller orders (I only ordered for two people). When I told her it should be first come, first served, she said "it doesn't work that way here." read more
