OK, so me and my daughter started dining inside Pizza Hut. Brought memories as I was a child and my parents would bring us to dine inside. our first time we experienced the tables and chairs, very dirty and dusty and not quite clean. This must have been a few months ago. Moving forward I have been to Pizza Hut a few times now within this month. The tables and chairs had looked better and I must say it's only two people working , when does cooking one taking orders. We always order thin crust and we love the way they make it the way it comes out. Taste good. It's almost perfect for us. Hands-down it's good and worth what we pay for. We order a side of wings and those are pretty good as well. So no complaints on the food service keep it up so now I do got to say the reason I gave it three stars whas not because of the service or the food but the ambience of the place. We have witnessed the lapms dusty on top and with the AC on it tends to blow some of the dust off and can come down and land on your food. We also noticed every time we dine in there's always flies . We're always waving our hands making sure they don't land on our food because even though it can be a fly or two, they're very annoying that you can't really eat in peace but if something can be done to stop these flies, maybe add one of those systems that when you open the door, it shoots air straight down, so nothing comes in. So overall, the lamps above the table need to be cleaned off and the flies need to be taken care of. next time i go if the lamps still remain the same i will add photo and of the flies read more

Been looking for a dine in pizza hut for almost 20 years! And hold and behold there is on in Brawley! Excellent service from my boy Enrique! Food came out quick and hot! Enrique warned me that it was hot but I couldn't wait to eat my pizza! Cleanest Pizza Hut I have seen 10/10 would come back just for the customer service! read more

Don't bother! Stop here yesterday got salad & a pizza to go. Most of the vegetables on the salad bar were either rotting or severally dried out. Pizza had no flavor. No wonder it's been years since I've been to a pizza hut, naerly the same experience at them all. read more

This is a great location easy parking and super good employees. What me and my friend found that the place is tuned for buffet lunch , if you select to order it will take twenty minutes for your pizza. Loved the pizza it was delicious and the lemonade was tasty and got a free refill. Will return next time for the buffet as the salad is included with the pizza. I like Pizza hut's pizza. There are only a few places that serve good pizza in the Valley. (Being Italian, I am picky abut my pizza) Pizza Hut's Pizza is NOT greasy and they offer a good variety. It's a good place to stop after a weekend of camping in the desert. We had the buffet this last time and it was pretty awful. Only 1 item was remotely fresh. It is what it is as the options in town are fairly limited but I'll probably give them another shot. read more

I usually love Pizza Hut and would normally rate it a 5 but my recent experience was a not so great. I made an order for delivery around 8:30 for a pizza and wings. 40 mins later Pizza Hut calls me back and says their deep fryer isn't working so they ask if I want to replace it with something else so I chose breadsticks. Then they say they have to make 2 charges since they can't refund the wings so they charge me AGAIN then they cancel the the original order. They also never even offered to at least make my breadsticks free since the deep fryer "wasn't working".... so when the delivery driver arrived to my house I asked him about the deep fryer and he says "oh haha they just cleaned it and didn't want to dirty it again" WOW i'm so disappointed in Pizza Hut, I never would have expected them to be so lazy. Next time I'll just ask them for uncooked wings so I can just cook them at my house so their deep fryer doesn't break again read more

This was probably the saddest pizza hut I ever went to. The pizza and bread sticks were dry, and we had several small cockroaches crawl across our table. When we pointed these out to the staff, they told us they were just flies. We asked for a box for leftovers for half a pizza, and they brought us a personal pizza box. Clearly a distinguished establishment. However, in this area expectations are low, so it's at least semi predictable. read more

I ordered a take out Pepperoni and Ham Pizza. If I had opened the box before leaving with it I would have left the Pizza there. First of all it looked like vomit the bread was like a biscuit and I found about 5 pieces of Pepperoni that were shredded up to look like more and not 1 piece of Ham. I was the only one that tried a piece and then we threw it out. I will never go back there again. If I didn't have to give it a star to post it, it would not have even one. read more
