Bad attitude mixed with bad sanitation , watch out eating here probably get sick . Why even wear gloves if you touch the computer, card reader and peoples card with gloves on , then come and touch sandwichs. Gross!!! I ordered online as I always do and arrived just before they said it would be ready. They usually have it ready and hand over to me right away. This time, the one employee working said the order was not ready. After watching him help three customers that were in line I asked if he could cancel the order. He said it could not be cancelled in the store and he went on helping customers, so I left. I checked my order online and it said that the order could only be cancelled at the store. I tried calling and they do not answer the phone. I had to dispute the charge with the bank. read more

Went in there today had placed a mobile app order wasn't trying to hurry the lady at the front at all I just walked in and immediately she goes " if it's a mobile order you're gonna have to wait "and right off was super rude giving attitude. Visited 6/30/2021 I was very impressed with my visit. The server behind the counter was extremely friendly and paid attention to everything I requested Plus more. The place is small but well-kept and clean. All the vegetables they put on my sandwich and have sitting there for you to choose from were super fresh and crispy. I decided to try The Spicy Italian Large Sandwich with double Meat. I always order my sandwiches with double meat as It's only three dollars more and the sandwiches so much better. The sandwich maker piled on everything I asked for with a smile. I also asked for some dressing on the side to take home as I had an hour to drive and didn't want the sandwich all soggy. Worked out perfect. I travel through Brawley several times a month and I will definitely be stopping here again. It's nice when everything is pretty near perfect. I definitely will return. read more

Placed an order to check out that new footlong pretzel hoping that my wife an I were in for a treat! What followed was absolutely poor service and management by the attending manager "Julie". After we finished our regular sandwich order, we were all set to try the new menu item! Unfortunately the pretzel we had ordered was a bit overdone and the bread on both ends was practically inedible(hard enough to cut up your gums pretty well). I asked my wife to see if it was possible for the to have it remade or receive a refund. The manager was called in and they proceeded to blame us for not eating our food fast enough. Seeing them giving my wife a hard time I decided it was better to obtain a refund. The manager "Julie" was rude and inhospitable. I will be filing a complaint to subway concerning this location. read more

dead, if I had to describe this subway in one word, it would be dead. The woman who helped me was very slow & quiet. I'm not expecting to have a good flowing conversation or anything but I don't think I should be the one having to initiate the conversation. I walk in & she just said hi & stared blankly at me. didn't ask "what could I get for you" or anything in that sense. Hopefully they work on their customer service soon because unless i'm desperate I really don't see myself coming back to this location. read more

I've been going to this subway since they opened since I live a short walking distance. I always get the same thing a tuna with Provo cheese and the greens. There is a young lady who I believe has been there a year snd I just love it the days I go snd she is on shift. I finally got her name Alyssa. I'm sure the place is great and I just got stuck with a crappy shift. Everyone was all over the place the whole entire time I was there. The girl on duty started my sandwhich then started something else that was written on paper after mine was in the oven with someone else's. After she decided to ask to ask if we were gonna have another sandwhich we actually did (idk why not just start them at the same time). My order was done right with the vegetables but you can tell the staff was heavily stressed seems odd because I have been at plenty of subways where it's rushed and I guess it really is just a matter of specializing that sandwhich skill. For my grandmothers sandwhich I can not say the same, I easily asked for everything except for spinach and pickles, as for the other staff (2 guys) were just as confused with what was happening and who's sandwhich was who's I kid u not they pointed to my sandwhich at least three times and said who's sandwhich is this like uhm hello THE PERSON STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT? I really hope I didn't go home with the wrong sandwhich. Anyway back to my grandmothers sandwhich the girl decided to switch back to the bread station mid way through making it and handed it off to another guy. And he started putting spinach? Like huh? I didn't even say anything so after putting spinach on my TUNA sandwhich and I said "hey I didn't tell her that I told her everything but spinach and pickles. He just goes and tosses it back in the spinach bin, this is pretty much cross contamination and I made sure to say it out loud haha this is fish ur mixing with other people's food idk that's just me bc I am very picky about what goes in my body. Please take small things like this into consideration when u go out to eat. That's about it for my experience and believe me they asked again when it was checkout time who's sandwhich is this, get it together guys. It's an assembly line. Not rocket science read more

The worst customer service ever. I'm not surprised, all the employees act very ghetto and rude. I rarely use the online ordering because it always comes out wrong. I tip all the time but still get crappy service and sandwiches. Don't come here. Just make a sandwich at home read more

One of the nicest Subways I have ever been in. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Restaurant itself is pretty spacious. Great sandwiches made they way you want. Staff is very quick to get the sandwiches made exactly as told. read more

This 5 Star rating is for one particular employee at this Subway. There is one employee that really makes this place shine. This employee, a female, probably would get second looks because of her colored hair and piercings. DO NOT judge a book by its cover. She is by far one of the best customer service employees, not only for a Subway, but for any business. Always has a smile, very nice, apologizes if it's taking too long, acknowledges each customer that walks through the door, remembers frequent customers and how they order. She represents Subway in a totally positive way. read more
