It's a sad situation to see how employees don't have the proper training or simply don't care to provide good service given they will still be paid for their job regardless of the daily revenue.. They should take into consideration that without the customer they would have no job.. And furthermore the amount of years and dedication that this corporation has successfully obtained in order to have a good reputation thru the quality of the food and the customer service as well.
