As a vegetarian, I appreciated how helpful and accommodating my server, Kassandra, was. I let her know my dietary preference, and she immediately pointed out the vegetarian options and even recommended a few. I ended up getting the bean burger, and it was really good! They had ZERO beer on tap. Only a handful of bottles, and those were practically room temperature. And the bartender was mediocre at best. I left without even ordering food. I've had their food at other locations before and was never impressed, so didn't even bother giving this one a chance given the aforementioned issues. Usually whenever i bring family to eat, the service goes by smoothly and the host are pretty nice, until today. What made our visit terrible was the disgustingly ugly rude host cassandra. She had such a bad attitude for no reason. Id give her the benefit of the doubt of maybe she had a long work day but even then she shouldve at least tried. My tia had asked her nicely if she can refill her sons drink and the host shot a dirty look at her and said "yeah i already said i was gonna do that" and took the drink out of his hands, same thing when we asked for straws. We barely even saw her the whole time we were there because she was just in the kitchen doing who knows what. But she is the type of person who should not be in the customer service industry. We've always come to this place and the food is great. I always get the boneless wings and they are cooked well to perfection. As the years have gone by I've noticed that the wings rarely come with veggies and I have to order extra and on the side. The service has been great. We had someone by the name of Luis and he was a very nice gentleman.
