This was the WORST service I've ever experienced. We entered and waited patiently in line. There was a large group of us and we continued to form a line when we were asked. One of the workers, specifically Jasmin, was beyond disrespectful. She would give us judging looks because of our age and refused to serve us first because apparently we weren't in line and proceeded to serve people who got there after us. When we asked if they could serve us she said and I quote, "If you're not patient enough to wait, we won't serve you." I would appreciate if action would be taken towards this because this is not the first time they disregarded teenagers because of assumptions. Definitely 2/10 For Sure!!!!! read more

The things that you could improve is: 1.) you could bring your drive thru orders to the customers by being parked in the front instead of having them sitting and waiting in the drive thru line. 2.) If you also have people ordering big orders, have them order inside, not during the drive-thru line. 3.) You need to hire more employees for the business Me and my husband waited 20 minutes in line thru drive thru and still left with no orders. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS. While passing through, we were trying to find a quick bite for lunch. Hamburger Stand sounded like it might be fun. We didn't realize till we went inside that it's part Weinerschnitzel. We almost left, but my husband enjoys chili dogs and they had some combos that looked good to him. Trying to find some healthy options was a challenge, but I settled on a chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap. The sandwich was decent, although I thought charging $.80 for a couple pieces of lettuce was a bit much. Their onion rings were good, crispy and hot. My husband liked the chili dog and chili burger, but wasn't as impressed with the fries that came with the combo. We also each had a small beverage, no free refills. We arrive and went to the restroom, and it was disgusting. The floor was covered in water and all sticky, also smell weird. Then we ordered and the lady who attended us was in a bad mood since the beginning, we had to repeat ourselves a couple of times; we sat down and the table was dirty (the place was empty, maybe 4 people in another table but empty) Then she did not call us until another person told us it was our order. She gave us a random soda flavor when she DID NOT ask us what flavor we wanted, my dad told her "hey, we did not ask for this" and she made up that we ask for it, when all of us who were at the counter agree we did not ask for that flavor; she DIDNT change the sodas because "it wasn't refundable". The food was kinda cold and an "okay" type of food; also, my corn dog was burn. Then, we went and ask for a sauce and she made us pay once again for it. Overall, this person made our time here not enjoyable and let us with a bad taste just like the food. read more

Great bang for your buck, prices are still cheap and the receipts let you get more stuff out of them. This place is good for parties and large groups looking to avoid cooking but still have good food. Service is great too, sometimes while waiting in-store you'll have a wait but they'll fix your order if it comes out wrong or doesn't come out at all. Of course it's not "the best burgers out there" but for what it's worth is the best priced. read more

This used to be my spot back in the late 90's when the burgers were only about fifty cents. They kind of remind me of a wienerschudls with all the chili cheese dogs, milkshakes and cheap menu items. The prices keep going up but the quality is staying the same. I don't think this spot will ever go out of business just because everything is so affordable. Yes the food isn't the best tasting but for the price you can't go wrong. read more

The bacon and ranch fries are the best. I recommend getting the regular size since large is kinda big for one person.

It's a hit or miss... most of the time, it's a hit... this time it was a miss. The chili had no meat.. paid to add Kraut to my dog, and wasn't added. Pretty disappointing but will return. Next time I will sit at the window to make sure they can follow directions. read more

Not a darn happening again to me! Every time I've been to this place I get sick and I only realized this today. Last night I had cravings (I'm pregnant) and I figured I wanted jalapeño poppers! Well I have no idea when was the last time the oil in that fryer was changed or if that fryer has been properly cleaned in a while! I know about this because as a teenager I used to work at a fast food place. I've always admired the owner manager and loved the food. I feel bad sharing this experience but it has to be said because bad employees can ruin the good reputation that has been built over the years by the owner operator. I walked into the restaurant and basically stood in front of the register for what seemed like 30 minutes completely being ignored by like 7 employees that kept looking at me but not willing to take my order. So I simply left and went to Carls JRs instead. They were fairly busy but they could have ack my presence or told me we'll be right with you but nothing was said. Ive never been treated like that in 30 years of enjoying that iconic location. Even in my JR high and high school years as a kid they've never disrespected me like that. As I was reading the bad reviews, I was thinking the service hasn't been that bad the other times I was here. Truthfully, I never received horrible service at this location. Food is typical fast food, always served fresh and ice cream is okay. I would of given it a 4, except for the nasty female worker digging her fingers into a called ice cream cone and pinching a taste of it behind the counter. The servers and the food is great but management needs to get better. Every time I go, one of the managers is always yelling at the employees in front of customers. Isn't that embarrassing and bad for the business? The workers are clearly trying their best but it seems like the manager or whoever she is, is never pleased with them. Ewww never again. Took the family here for dinner and was not impressed. My husband and I ordered the pastrami burger. And by pastrami they ment a teny tiny piece of some funky looking pastrami on the thinnest, over cooked patty I have ever seen. Hmmm OK won't order that again. So after eating that and still feeling my stomach growl ( I'm 140lbs I can't tell you the last time I finished a hamburger and wanted another one) I order a guacamole bacon burger. As soon as I got it I opened the wrapper and immediately headed back up to the front. What way in that wrapper was absolutely disgusting!!! Soggy tore up bun slapped on a sloppy burger and toppings. Why anyone would ever serve that is beyond me. l continue about our experience but I think you get the point. Me and my family will not ever be back.
