Great food as always but very unwelcoming staff. Dealt with 3 different employees, 2 young ladies and 1 older woman. Each of them gave the impression that they were irritated. Not only did their facial expressions show their annoyance with life but their attitudes were terrible. Each of them made me personally feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Thank goodness I'm from out of town and will never have to deal with their trashy attitudes again. Came here yesterday Mario was very helpful . He was doing great under the pressure he was in. He was preparing the plates and working the register. Most of the time the work is delegated among other employees. The part that took me by surprise was when the manager rolled her eyes and snapped because he didn't shout that they were almost of out fried rice. Well first of all, that's not the right way to speak any employee. Second, she made it very awkward for me that was waiting To be helped. Third, aren't managers also able to oversee what they're running out of ? Everyone was so focused on helping the drive thru that had 5 cars? When there was a line behind me. Anyhow Mario did great! He was attentive to my needs, he wasn't pushy to make any additional purchases nor was he pushy about rounding up my change to help the next charity down the list. Made a quick stop before venturing on Our trip back. Unfortunately they were out of quite a few menu items new items but was willing to make them while we wait. The downfall is one of the orders of shrimp , grandma said it was still frozen when she attempted to eat it. We ended up getting it to go so there was no informing the employees. Grandma just ate her rice instead. This location is very sleek and modern as far as décor goes. It was quite empty upon our arrival. The staff was friendly and accommodating and accommodating and they might have just been keeping the items empty due to closing in a few hours. I had to do an update review after eating here. I got in trouble at work and I had to come in early so I didn't have time to pack a lunch. After getting lectured at work about being more responsible and taking accountability for my actions I was craving something asian to eat. Panda Express was close by and was exactly what I needed. 5 starts because they really upped the quality of the food. They use eco friendly containers instead of the styrofoam ones, the food is fresher, taste is better in quality. They chefs here really put their whole Pandussy into these recipes. The chicken was nasty and undercooked. Was rubbery too! Did not taste like chicken. Chow mein was too dark in color like it had been sitting there a while. Every restaurant here is below average just because of the people working at it and the management. Do not come here unless you want to feel sick. I really dig the dining area seating arrangements and the bathroom had a combo of towel and heated air for drying hands (a rarity for SoCal). I told her I was not going to leave until my husband came back. She then said I couldn't touch anything nor could my food (in a bag) touch anything, that I had to hold it. What a joke. Ordered 3 item combo with fried rice and chow mein. They told me it would be 5 minutes for fried rice. I said ok. When they handed me the drive through order, they said thank you for coming and closed the drive thru window. When I got home, there was no fried rice and one item only had a small scoop, not a full order. This does not encourage me to return if they are going to rip off the customers. ETA: I was contacted by rep from their Guest Care who wanted to make up for my bad experience and told me they would reach out to management at this location and they sent me a gift card to return to Panda Express. That safe was very friendly. They had a long line in drive thru but it went really fast. The food was fresh and delicious.

While the food was typical Panda Express quality, the restaurant needs a crew that pays attention to detail. No.1 hit was that there was no cup lids for the small size cups. My kiddo went and asked for cup lids and the girl at the front gave him some. However, that didn't make the girl go look to see if they needed refilled. Well they did. My dad then got up to get one for his cup about 10 minutes later or so and still no lids. He then told them hey you guys need to refill the dispenser. No.2, one of the girls began mopping the floor, awesome for keeping the place clean! However, she was not ringing the mop, the water was EXTREMELY soapy, yes she put up the caution signs but, she went from mopping one area to another and eventually left no dry walking areas between the dining area and restroom/back exit. Think an elder person who has a hard time walking around and the slip hazard that creates. No.3 hit, so kids have to potty all the time while eating, so I walked my kiddo to the restroom, and almost bust my toosh walking to the restroom because the floor was still very wet whichever way you tried to walk. Upon walking in, 2 ladies come out from each stall and one tells me, the toilet paper inside this one just ran out. So left with one stall to use as an option and that one too, was low on toilet paper. Had enough to take care of business but, still. All in all, the restaurant looked clean. Needs some tweaking to make the experience better, I saw most of the employees were very young kids, and it's awesome for a place to hire youth... but perhaps they need either a) more supervision or b) more training. Same great food 99% of the time! * This location is nice being close to a few hotels in the area. * Great location next to the Home Depot. * Great location very close to freeway access. * Pretty decent parking for larger sized vehicles. * Like most mainstream places, they DON'T skimp on the AC when it's like a furnace outside! I am usually pretty satisfied with the service I receive from this place, but today not so much! We place our order via drive thru, get to the window pay and the guy hands me the bag containing our food, supposedly. Maybe it's my fault for not looking inside and verifying our order is correct. But why should I, I should trust the people to have my order correct. Get all the way home to find out I'm missing something. My wife calls to speak to someone, but they are too busy to speak to her and ask if they can call us back. What kind of customer service is that!
