Happy Hour sushi: 2 sushis, miso soup comes out to $12.88 and if you want, a .99 fountain drink. I got excited for this , however the only sushi to choose from are the raw rolls and it is not full rolls. 6 pieces of each raw roll you choose. They were ok 5/10. The miso soup had 4 tofu pieces and the broth was ok. I don't see the happy hour as great deal tbh. It is probably better to just pay for the regular roll. Be prepared to wait. i love sushi and this was a place i had to try since im new to Brawley. i had no idea what noodles they had at first but wanted to get an order for my daughter. She loves chow mein and sadly they dnt have that here they do more udon noodles which i was not a big fan of as well. She was not able to like much of there menu. So for my daughter it was not a good place to eat for her. But for me i enjoyed it...loved there tempura and Jalapeño poppers were amazing. I do recommend this place but if your kid is used to the chow mein or orange chicken from your basic Chinese restaurants...i dont know if they will enjoy this but everyone is different. My group and I were stuck out here after training due to one of our peers that got injured and was at the ER for a bit. We ended up here and I ordered the Volcano sushi burrito and some spicy ramen noodles. I wasn't expecting much since we were in Brawley but the food was awesome and my peers loved it as well. When we got back to the hospital we recommend it to others. I should have taken pictures of the food but since it was to go and we ate out of the inside of our rental car it wasn't ideal. i've been a loyal customer for this franchise for some time that me and my wife order food from here. Recently me and my wife got food poisoning from this place. They did not take any accountability or made an effort to compensate us at all. Manager only mentioned that they have signs for "food born illness" but no effort to satisfy the customer whatsoever. Thank goodness we have a Poke place in Imperial Valley. The service is extremely friendly and the Poke is pretty good. They offer fresh (hot) jalapeños marinated in ponzu as one of their toppings. This is a much better heat option than Sriracha or other red chili sauces that interfere and often overwhelm other flavors. The only complaint I have is the price. The 3 scoop fish portion they offer would be $8 - $10 anywhere else, but because of an utter lack of competition, this place charges $13. That said, I just drove 15 miles to satisfy my Poke fix and I'm definitely not disappointed. This business seems to be run by the same folks who own Sushi Park in El Centro. They serve food that you really cannot find anywhere else in the Imperial Valley. In addition to Poke, they have Ramen, Pho, Teriyaki bowls, and "Sushi Burritos." I usually get udon noodles with honey sesame chicken and that fills me & what keeps me coming back. I've also had a few of their sushi rolls and they're reasonably priced for what they offer.
