Worst experience. The food was overpriced and completely tasteless, especially for a fundraiser. The portions were not as advertised, and they clearly did not prepare enough food for what they sold. It seemed like they assumed fewer people would show up just because it was a fundraiser, which showed poor planning and lack of responsibility. People were left waiting for hours while they barbecued only a few rounds of chicken at a time. This was a clear example of poor time management and disorganization. Just because it's a fundraiser does not give anyone the right to make people wait for hours and then serve whatever food happens to be available. Please consider avoiding fundraisers like this in the future unless they can properly prepare and deliver what was promised. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful! HUGE order and the portions were so small that a baby wouldn't even be full after eating. Veggies were soggy, meat was burnt to a crisp, potato salad was trash and served with an ice cream scooper, Mac n cheese had no cheese but definitely had a heap of salt in it, banana pudding cost $5 and taste like banana yogurt with ONE vanilla wafer on top. The banana bread was the size of a graham cracker, the bite sized ones I put in my preschoolers lunch. The best thing on the plate was the Hawaiian roll that I used my own butter for. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Wouldn't even feed this food to my animals. Leroy needs to change professions. read more

Went into Leroy's for the chicken plate, was out of chicken. Go figure? Got the rib plate. Nice sizable serving. The plate came with two sides and choice of cornbread or Hawaiian role. Now to the center piece of the plate, the ribs. Everyone has their style of cooking. Everyone has their style of cooking ribs. With that said....I cannot with definition say how these ribs were prepared. Cooked, smoked or even boiled would be too much to say. None of the fat was emulsified in the meat. I can't tell you if the food is good or bad , hot or cold , spicy or not. I called twice to place a to-go order and no one answered the phone. I called at 3 and then at 4pm. I would like to try their half rack of ribs and I wish instead of chili beans they offered baked beans (I think they are more traditional.) Could I also get a side ($2.50) of collard, not $10 side) of greens . Newly opened, it's gotta be tough in the COVID times, but the chicken BBQ sandwich I ordered was just ok. The side of Mac and Cheese was crispy and hard- clearly had been on the warmer for hours.
