It seemed like they assumed fewer people would show up just because it was a fundraiser, which showed poor planning and lack of responsibility. People were left waiting for hours while they barbecued only a few rounds of chicken at a time. This was a clear example of poor time management and disorganization. Just because it's a fundraiser does not give anyone the right to make people wait for hours and then serve whatever food happens to be available. Please consider avoiding fundraisers like this in the future unless they can properly prepare and deliver what was promised.

I know it takes longer but they should start it before the filets. This is the only reason why I took off one star. The food was delicious and the service was great. We waited a bit for them to take our payment-but we just went up to the front desk to pay. We will definitely be back. They have so many other wonderful selections that we want to try-though it would be hard to not get the fish dishes! They were that good.
