(3/5) * Modern sushi…read morespot with some Japanese-inspired décor. Bar area with Japanese liquors displayed when you walk in. Table seating only; no booths. * Menu is accessed by scanning a QR code. Personally, I prefer a physical menu so I can see everything at once instead of being on my phone during dinner. * Service was slow with only one waitress working. Long waits for drinks, ordering, and follow-up service. * Lemonade was disappointing--very bitter and tasted more like watered-down lemon juice. * Sushi rolls looked good and were decent overall. * Udon bowl was huge but only filled about - 1/2 of the way. Portion size didn't match the price. Taste was okay, but the kid said hes had way better. The fish cakes were definitely the highlight. * Tempura was good, but I was disappointed because the menu description led me to expect something different than what was served. * Spicy salmon hand roll was just okay. * After mentioning confusion about my order, our waitress never checked back, refilled drinks, or followed up with our table. * Asked about available discounts (military, AAA, etc.) and was quickly told no before I could finish asking. * Best part of the evening? The adorable baby at the table next to us who provided the only entertainment. Overall: The food was average with a few highlights, but the slow and inattentive service significantly impacted the experience. We still left a tip, but unfortunately, I don't think we'd rush back.

If I lived close, I would need to try all of them... except California because I've had a bunch of those. The only negative I would say is that me and my colleagues plates came out and they were presented really well, unique looking and on fancy plates. But he got an order of gyoza and it was served on a plastic basket. So everything else was all fancy, but the gyoza came out and it wasn't as nice of a presentation. Atmosphere: Its spacious inside, not too crowded and lots of Japanese decorations everywhere. I would have liked if they had cleaned the menus though because they were a little greasy feeling. Price: Not a bad price, middle of the road I would say. Edamame less than 4$ so that was cool. The coke they served was a long, 16.9oz glass bottle, I didn't even know they made those anymore! Service: Our server was nice, no complaints. Although it took a little while to get her attention, but after that it was all good. Overall: Like I said, I would totally come back here to try more rolls. Very cool little place in El Centro. If I come back through to go to Mexicali, I will stop here again.

I also feel like…read morenot enough people leave reviews when they have a great experience, so let me just be the first to say that we stopped by Habit El Centro today and Tony was quite possibly the nicest, friendliest fast food employee or manager I have ever encountered!! Our family hadn't been to this location before and thought we'd stop on our drive back to Yuma from San Diego, and Tony should very well be promoted! It is people like him that are the heart behind the company. If only we had Habit in Yuma! Looking forward to going back though!

Perfect spot to grab lunch while charging our electric car next door…read more Order using a kiosk, which was very straight forward. We ordered 2 double char burgers & 1 single. Meals came with plenty of fries... none of us finished the fries, even though they were nicely fried..just a lot of them. Also ordered the tempura green beans - delicious!! There are a wide variety of sauces including avocado ranch, spicy ranch, etc. Best of all is a pepper bar... Peppercinos, hot yellow peppers & jalapeños. Grandson had a cookies & cream milkshake that he said was really good. We were there around noon, so a little wait for the food, but not bad. Bathrooms clean & staff made sure tables were wiped down & all trash taken care of. Efficient operation.
