    Fantastic White Pasta!

Ok, first ignore the reviews that this place is closed. They're now inside StrikeZone. Food was amazing. We unfortunately showed up on a nite during an event so we ate it in the bowling area of the restaurant. Even so, our server was on top of it. We had White Pasta (chicken alfredo)... HUGE portion and the torta (which was amazing and also large). We were so looking forward to the Gelato that was advertised here and on all their signage... They don't have it anymore

Caprese salad...couldn't finish it but it was very fresh and tasty.

Soooooo...I am not a pizza fan. I appreciate flat breads and bruschetta's but not big on pizza. With that said, I ate here while visiting my momma, her choice. I was surprisingly 'impressed.' Stopped by on a Sunday after noon a little before 2 pm. The place wasn't super crowded and it was very clean. We parked right in front, parking lot is shared with the strip mall and Vons but parking was easy. We ordered a caprese salad and a 12" margherita pizza. Everything tasted fresh and the thin crust we ordered was crunchy and tasty. I would get food here, again. Cool fact, in case it's not very known, all their proceeds go to the Imperial Valley ARC. Unfortunately, we were too stuffed to have Gelato but their variety (although not extensive) looked good.

    This place is closed.

This restaurant is no longer in operation. In other words I'm just searching for words to meet the minimum requirement to tell you all that THIS PLACE IS CLOSED!

My bf & I had to go to Vons which happens to be located next door. Walking out of Vons we decided to try this place out. We were both delightfully surprised by this hidden gem! We are both pizza snobs given the fact that we've traveled to Chicago and we've tried Chicago deep dish pizza (the best pizza EVER). The pizza from this place was hot, flat enough for my liking, the crust was favorite part and the flavors all combined to perfection! We both got one slice and we were satisfied. The slices are bigger than average which we felt we got our money's worth. We also tried the gelato which we enjoyed as well. The place is located at an okay shopping center, parking can be annoying but we made do, clean restaurant, and friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend and we will be returning for another yummy slice!

Great tasting pizza! The salads are large for only $4. Very clean small business. 4 tables with 4 chairs each, with one large table for 8. The customer service displayed at this small business speaks mountains over any other pizza place in town.

    This is the margherita pizza.

It doesn't exist?? Drove to the address listed and found a vacant store and a bowling alley.

Really good pizza. (The address is wrong, it's at the bowling alley now, don't fear it is still awsome not the usual bowling alley food).

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile that truly lit up the room. Her energy, kindness, and genuine positivity immediately stood out. What impressed me most was how patient and thoughtful she was with a group of ladies who were having difficulty speaking English. Priscilla went out of her way to communicate with them, even attempting Spanish--and she did a great job. That level of care and effort is rare and speaks volumes about who she is as a person. Everything about the visit felt welcoming, smooth, and pleasant because of her. I honestly wish there were more people like Priscilla everywhere. She's amazing, and Jersey Mike's is lucky to have her. Give this woman her flowers--period.

I arrived about 1:45 in the afternoon. There was one person in front of me. I ordered one hot sub and one cold sub knowing that I would need to wait a few extra minutes for the hot sub to cook. I'm a regular supporter of Jersey Mike's so I know how things work. The girl who was to put the veggies on my sub has no listening skills. She asked if I wanted it Mike's way and I said "no". She asked what I wanted and I started to tell her that I wanted pickles, onions, tomatoes and pepper relish. I got as far as "pickles..." and she said You want mayo? I said no I started again pickles, onions... she said Do you want mayo? Again I said no. Nothing added to my sub yet so I started over Pickles... she said Do you want lettuce? I said no. She again asked if I wanted mayo. Nope, I sure don't. We finally got through it. I went to pay. She was now the cashier and I was the last in line so no one else was waiting to be served. I told her I had a hot sub coming and I held up the slip. She rang up my sub and asked if I wanted anything else I held up the slip. She added it. I paid and stood off to the side to wait for my sub. 2 or 3 minutes went by and she came over and said "Are you waiting for something?" I said yes, the hot sub I just paid you for. She suggested I have a seat. I said no thank you not realizing that I wasn't going anywhere soon. Several people came in looking for their to go orders and were frustrated to hear that they "still" weren't ready. I waited. Finally I asked the guy putting orders into take out bags if he could check on my order. He came back to say that it hadn't even been started. That is when I realized the grill cook was making sandwiches one at a time. I expressed some mild frustration since we are traveling and I didn't really want the subs for supper. He said he would go help the grill cook. I kinda feel bad for the girl on the grill because she acts like she's new at this. Each sub she cooked she picked up off the grill with the spatula and grill scraper to carry 5' to her right to put it on a role. One of them she dropped on the counter. I did eventually leave with the subs and they were very good. I'm writing this because the manager has a few opportunities to improve the performance at this site. After the afternoon rush, there is zero reason why I was there for nearly a half hour while there were 5 confused employees working. I'll probably stop again on my way from AZ to San Diego but if it's this insane for no reason next tim it will be the last time.
