We absolutely love it. We've had the beef rib, fatty brisket, and sausage. All were delicious. The cheesy potatoes are really good. Highly recommend

Such a great little place with a simple menu. We tried their pork ribs and beef brisket (fatty). They both had a great balance of smoke and their rub. I tried it with and without their bbq sauce. It had a great flavor but the meat could be eaten without it too. We also ordered their beans and coleslaw, for sides. At first glance, I didn't think much of the coleslaw. Once I tasted it, the flavor was amazing and simple. It's not your typical coleslaw but very flavorful. The beans were also amazing! They add brisket in the beans which gave it just the right touch. The meat is served with complementary sides of pickles, onions and bread. All we're eaten, as they went well with everything. The staff was very friendly. They greeted us, upon entering, and provided excellent friendly service. Ordering was simple and fast. The restaurant is outdoors, in a backyard style setting. This gave it a great 'backyard bbq' style ambiance. In our opinion, this is now the top BBQ restaurant for our valley. Make sure to call, before heading over there, to make sure they're open as their schedule changes from time to time. Highly recommended!

Happened upon this place on a trip to The Imperial Valley! So glad I stopped by before heading up that hill to SD. It was chilly so I took the deliciousness to go. I opted for the "fatty brisket", jalapeño cheddar sausage & potato salad. Both the "fatty brisket" & sausage was served with bread & all sides for a delicious sandwich. The "fatty brisket" was BOMB. It has the right touch of smokey & tender AF! The potato salad was the perfect addition - creamy with the right tangy from mustard. Definitely worth stopping by when in the valley!

Subsequent trips to wild wings I've ordered the same burger but it isn't as good. But I went again a week ago and the burger was fine so it kinda depends on which cook is working. I would have rated them 5 stars but due to inconsistency I had to rate them 4. I liked the fries and that burger is a 5 star burger when made right.

I need everyone to gather 'round because what I'm about to say…read more.. hurts my soul, my spirit, and my taste buds. Today, I encountered chicken wings so offensively bad, so disrespectfully dry, so dramatically flavorless... that I'm convinced they were created out of pure hatred. Dry? These wings weren't dry -- they were ASHES with bones. I picked one up and swear it whispered, "please... let me go." Flavor? Nonexistent. Absent. Missing in action. Flavor filed a restraining order against these wings. Tasteless? Bro... these wings tasted like a broken promise. Like someone shouted "SEASONING!" across the room and nobody heard. And the price??? They charged me like these wings were raised on a private ranch, massaged daily, and read bedtime stories in three languages. But what I got tasted like they were cooked by someone who was actively beefing with chickens. I didn't just eat bad wings... I survived a culinary tragedy. A dramatic novela-level betrayal. I'm still waiting for the background music to kick in and someone to scream, "¡NOOOO, MARIO, NOOOOOO!" If these wings were a movie, they'd be rated F for "FAILURE." El Centro, be warned: Not all heroes wear capes... and not all wings deserve to exist. I understand this place never cared about customer service, but not serving horrible food like this . It's like they were old Wings from yesterday and got thrown into the fryer again today. Hey man, I work hard for my money and when we can we eat somewhere in town, but this was totally out of control as far as laziness and disregard for serving even a decent product

But took us one hour to check us out. Management didn't help the server until my sister had to go complain. Twice. We had all different kind of meals, the pasta seemed like it was microwaveable. I have been here before and seems like the quality and taste of the food has declined unfortunately

We had a small calamari fritta, and the chicken cacciatore (inspired by Billy Joel's song Movin' Out) with an add on unlimited Caesar salad, requested dressing on the side. Calamari was good, crispy and hot. The Caesar salad dressing was excellent, just the right amount of lemon tang for a Caesar dressing, but the salad itself was mediocre. The lettuce was on the verge of wilted. I am not sure if we could have asked for more (unlimited?) but we didn't want anymore anyway. This is the first time have ever tried cacciatore so have no reference, but the dish seemed good. Assume the chicken is supposed to be cooked to the point of crispy? versus less cooked more juicy? Our server had to also function as hostess and must have had a lot of tables assigned to her, so service at times was a little slow but not bad. Probably would return, prices were decent. Could have ordered a take home lasagna for just an additional $5., but didn't want it. ...at Mister Cacciatore's down on Sullivan Street, across from the medical center!
