Carl's Jr 115 Main St, Brawley, CA 92227 I ordered two Famous Stars, chicken and onion rings. The cashier ask me if I wanted any condiments so I said catsup and pack of ranch dressing. She said how many? They're .25 or .29 cents each. I said you have got to be kidding me. Just happened it was for take out so I took my order but if I was eating in I would have asked for my money back.. Ordered a plain jr cheese burger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the double cheese burger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if thats was correct and was told, that was a double cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they dont look at least similar to the picture , she said , that's how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that's the best they can do on a empty restaurant and a big order like mine? The food here is good. Doesn't taste greasy or old. They've just remodeled the place and it looks clean and modern. The service there is great! They are fast and friendly. I ate the Hawaiian salad with Asian dressing and chili cheese fries. I'd recommend it. :) read more

Stopped at this Carl's Jr location on the way back after seeing some family. The order taking process was simple and fast. Went to get a beverage and several of the sodas at the towers needed their syrup changed. It's ok i work at Chick-Fil-A I understand sometimes we don't know unless a guest tells us. After that our group of 4 sat at a table for 20 minutes wondering where our food was, we go up the counter only to find out they had bumped the order as finished! Keep in mind the place isn't even busy! The Manager on the clock just gave us a half ass "sorry" and didn't offer to make it up to us. No upgraded fries or a free dessert, NOTHING. This place is below standards when it comes to service. I'm not mad, I should've known better than to go to a "2 star establishment". I'm just posting this as a "heads up" to the next guest. Go get your moneys worth at the McDonald's or Taco Bell on the opposite side of the street. read more

Asked to have the loud obnoxious music turned down as it was unreasonably loud Was told the volume button only allowed it to be at that loud position or it would turn off. I preferred it to be off. For some reason today's 6 dollar burger was not at its usual freshness. Not a good day! read more

I went through drive thru and the girl asked me to drive to the front after paying, didn't say please either. Once I pull around, there were no places to park because there were 8 cars already parked! The girl who brought out the food seemed confused. I eat here quite a bit and have only (2) complaints and that is their fries and coffee, they just don't do it for me. Fries and coffee are better at McDonald's but everything else is very good. Burger King, McDonald's, Dell Taco and Jack in the box are not in the same category as Carl's Jr. read more
