I placed an order for pick up at 2:45. I arrived before 3:15; upon arriving home and serving (about 5 miles away), I immediately noticed the cold, stale fries, the cold chicken, and hard biscuits. Even my chicken bowl is a little less than stellar. This isn't the first problem I've had with this location; usually my order is wrong, but warm. This time it was right, but cold. Since I bought it with my last few bucks, I had to serve it to my family. Even warmed up in the microwave it did not taste the same. Won't be ordering anymore in the future. read more

On June 16th at 12.04 pm my husband went after working a 12 hour shift to bring home lunch to only get part of the meal and rubber chicken that you can't bite into. Frustrating because it's not the first time it happened. Overly priced food and workers getting 20 dollars a hours, you expect good service and good food. I called this time to ask to speak to the manager to inform that person on what's going on. The person Liliana was no help and her reply was she wasn't the one that left the pot pie out of the order that I paid for but she remembered the left pot pie but she didn't offer any solution to make it right so my attitude changed and I told her that she needs to talk to the people that she is in charge of and remind them that they are getting 20 dollars a hour and they should act like it. An employee copied my credit card and used It to make a purchase. They refused to do anything about they had proof of the transaction and the item was discounted (employee discount). They pulled the receipt told me it was for a KFC bowl that is close to $7 with tax. But the charge was $5.81. I asked them to cancel the charges they laughed and hung up. I'm calling corporate in the morning and my credit card company to dispute. The card has never been out of my possession. read more

Went to KFC and once again did not disappoint me fresh chicken and friendly service!!! The corn bread was delicious and love the jalapeños they have here (crunchy and spicy). The manager was great hands on helping the team unlike other places that you see them sitting and not helping but ppl never notice those things nowadays. Anyway great experience for me like always then again I'm clear on my order and never change my mind so I never had a problem. read more

Ordered some food online through website twice and both times staff forgot items, one was a popcorn chicken box and the most recent was a famous bowl. Service was fast but to forget an item is just plain lazy. I let it pass the first time but this second time makes me think its a recurring thing. read more

Just had dinner at this KFC and if was by far once of my worst experiences. After waiting 5 minutes for the ladies to stop talking to each other, me and my boyfriend finally got our order taken. While sitting there eating our food, there was no music in the restaurant so an employee (Leslie) there decided to put some music while being on her phone. The music has nothing but cuss words in it and it was so inappropriate. The ladies there continued to gossip while everyone eating there could hear them. Chicken and fixings good 90% of the time. Once in a while chicken is too greasy. Love their green beans side, and their biscuits are warm and flaky. In cooler weather their pot pies are delicious although sometimes you have to wait to get one. read more

Chicken is awesome every single time I get it, I've bought the 8 piece meal original many times w/mashed potatos and gravy and cole slaw & buiscuts, the chicken strip meal w/various dips, and I've had a bbq sandwich. I have also had the potato wedges. I've been ordering from this place since they had the chicken littles 25 some years ago. Bummer they demolished that old place, but they re-built this building last year. My feet stuck to the floor when we walked in I thought ok someone spilled a drink and they just don't have this area clean so keep positive. Then we waited 10 minutes to even order and we were the only ones at the counter. The woman who I believe was management , there was at least 5 people working but she was the only one taking and getting orders. Once we finally got to order we sat down and waited after she took the lady who came in behind us she filled our order and surprise surprise there were no drumsticks in crispy only original ( not our favorite but my husband ate it anyhow. We order 2 different $5. 00 fill ups and got 1 cookie not 2 and the entire restraint floor was sticky and dirty at 2:00PM and not busy it's not what I expected or am use to. A customer said its Meyer like this I don't understand why it is now. We ate but 2 minutes into eating the same lady who took our order came out and carried on a personal conversation in Spanish loud enough for all to hear for a lengthy time ugh we only wanted to eat in peace never will we stop at this KFC again read more

I am usually happy with every KFC I go to, but today I went through the drive through and when I got to the window nobody talked to me for 5-10 minutes and just ignored me, and then when I was given my food she didn't even ask if I wanted any ketchup or anything. I just think they could have better service. The service sucked! Pay attention to the window and move faster, its a drive through for a reson. They need to have some respect for their customers. read more
