Food was cold. Staff took our payment and had us wait in parking lot with 7 other cars and took 30 minutes to get the car next to us food and we're still waiting. The floors are sticky the service is slow. Homeless sitting inside and it's like they don't want to use the lights, it's super dark inside. I would not recommend this places if you have a time frame. read more

Made a mobile order at 11:30 pm and showed up at around 11:40 to pick up and was told to go to the second window. at the second window I was told to then go to the second parking spot. After 20 minutes of waiting at around 12:05 I went back through the drive through because cars around me were getting their orders and I hadn't. I was asked for my order and then told to go to the last window, and when I did I was given a cold order without any drinks. I told the workers the problem and they gave me the drinks. I told them how I was there for 30 minutes now and the food was cold. they said they would have to remake it and I was frustrated and tired of being there so declined and left, but soon after leaving me and my partner decided the food was way too cold to eat and I wanted my moneys worth. so I went back and asked not even 5 minutes later and was told I could not get my food remade and even though I said I had been there for 30 minutes and was told by the manager who was there that I didn't come to the window so therefore I didn't get my food. Waited for our mobile order outside for over 20 minutes, finally my wife goes inside and they say it had been given to someone already. So they started a new order, I informed the cars next to us also waiting for a while and sure enough same thing happen with them. Don't work here, Don't let your kids work here, and do not eat here unless it last resort. The cleaniness is an issue with management not washing their hands, I would be cleaning the restroom and see them walkout and go back to work like they didn't just touch the same toilet as everyone else . Like even messing up orders or not being clean was okay, as long as our times were good. They will hand the wrong order out and then send a new hire to fix their mistakes or better they'll wait for you to do something. It's lousy...no gloves only for kitchen yet you don't wash your hands, you handle cash/cards, make drinks, and bag food...this is place is just a hazard. read more

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. My friends and I ordered food to be eaten in their dining hall, as we were getting our cups for our sodas I noticed a worked throw a bag of food on the counter and called out a number. I didn't have the receipt with the order number on it so I assumed since it was in a bag it was a to go order. (I noticed one of the workers delivering food that was placed on serving trays to other patrons in the restaurant.) We must have waited for over 15 minutes before I decided to walk up and find out what was taking them so long. (the place was not crowded at all ) They only called out the order number that one time, didn't care that no one came to pick it up. Sure enough it was our order but in a to go bag, no apology for not realizing that it was ours or that no one called out the order number again as a reminder since we clearly didn't hear it the first time. By then our french fries were cold. I asked if they wouldn't mind making a new batch for us and they agreed but the employee had an attitude. She said she would bring the fries over to us, and when she did, it was again in a bag and she slid the bag over to us, still with the attitude. We spent $37 that evening - what a waste! read more

I've been here twice around 4-5pm. Both times the fries were cold. I don't understand because there were few cars ahead of me and it seemed like there were reasonable turnover. Two weeks ago I reported to management that the faucet in the men's bathroom will not come on. I am not able to wash my hands, nor the customers, nor the staff. Management stated that "it's the sensor." Well here it is two weeks later, and the water will still not come on. Today I called McDonald's Corporate at (866) 465-6846, and the woman there stated, "yeah, that's how those faucets are, nothing we can do." Haven't gone yet, but had a cheeseburger and fries brought to me and they were way better than before.

They did a movie about it...can you really expect perfection? I hit this place for my favorite parfaits, they're delicious coffee, and the occassional sinful treat I refuse to mention. Surprisingly, I can even say that they have a very friendly staff. Previous yelpers mentioned that the inside was a disaster, and I've only been inside the actual restaurant twice, and I can say that it's not at it's cleantest very often. This specific location gets hit pretty hard by the high school and business rushes. The staff is busier focusing on preparation of food, timely delivery, and customer service. But I do take the drive-thru for most of my MickyD expriences, and it has never proven to be a problem. This place has never messed up my order, always delivers it with a smile, and speaks English...which considering the location, to me, puts them higher up on my list. Look, I don't come to fast foods chains expecting The Ritz. If anyone does, they are always going to be disappointed. read more

I like the Fish Sandwich and Fries, but they are really cutting costs, as there is only a HALF piece of cheese on the Fish Sandwich these days. I can only comment about their breakfast. Look; I work the night shift so when 6am comes along its time for dinner or breakfast in this case. The options are, jack in the box, Carl's or McDonalds. Tried out the McDonalds late on a Friday night. They were clean and did a great job with our order as they should. I read reviews before heading out, but decided to go anyways. What impressed me the most was the service they achieved after the high school football game ended and one of the teams showed up on there way out of town. The handled rush with great care and smiles. I didn't hear any complaining, just "Welcome to McDonalds, May I take your order please". Note that the food is going to be consistent no matter which one you go to, it is either fresh and prepared correctly and served with a smile, or not, this one was done right with a smile and that is all I ask for. read more

I'm sad because I'll never be able to go back to McDonald's (Brawley, CA) after posting this, because I love nuggets. However, my last four trips have been really sad. First, the employee tried to argue with us about the existence of a nugget meal deal that we get all the time, and then I got home to find a HAIR cooked INTO MY NUGGET. The time after that we got completely jipped a sandwich-our fault for not checking before we left. After that, we got a sandwich with two top buns, and no sauce even though we asked for like a ton. Last night was the last straw after I got a cheeseburger without cheese and was basically meat and onions. I've come to never be surprised when the machines are down, or something I want isn't there...but for the only McDonald's in town they should try to be at least a good-ish one. The way the employees behave leads me to believe after this I won't be able to go back-especially since it's such a small town...but with the way I've been disappointed with at least ONE thing wrong every time....meh. Usually I wouldn't review a fast food restaurant but I had to do this McDonalds just to give it one Star. I usually like McDonalds but this particular one his HORRIBLE! They have the worst costumer service in that valley and that's saying a lot. The employees are incompetent. I have never once gotten an order home and had it be right. These mess ups have been as small as not giving me any sauce or silverware.. or as big as not giving me the burger part of a cheese burger in my nieces happy meal. Really you should have seen the look on her face when she bit into buns with cheese and no meat. I check everything before I pull away but am I really going to unwrap all the burger and make sure there's meat in them? On top of that they won't put milk in my coffee even though they HAVE milk for the lattes. They suggested I buy a $2 Kids milk to put in my coffee. Really? I can't just have a splash of milk in my coffee? Nope that's far too much to ask. The other day I went here and my order was $9.94. I gave them a $10 and they didn't give me a receipt or my .06 cents back. What are they doing? Not ringing in the orders and pocketing the money? I really should stop going to this McDonalds but the people at my house like mickyDs so I find myself back here time and time again despite their incompetence. Seriously, sometimes I feel like driving to the 15 miles to the El Centro McDonalds just so I know my order will be right.
