They did an outstanding job installing a 30amp RV plug and a whole house surge protector at a fair price. Very happy with their work and would hire them again for future electrical projects. read more

We had Done Rite Services come out for a quote on some electrical work. Dustin and Diesel were professional, polite and knowledgable. They patiently answered all of my questions. I was very impressed! I definitely will be using them for all my electrical work in the future. read more

Just total Grade A service! I installed a bathroom light fixture myself, and subsequently lost power to the entire bathroom...so they came out not only fixed the problem but also fixed the reason why it all fell apart in the first place. read more

A/C in our new home was not keeping up in late afternoon. Dustin at Done Right arrived promptly, came with all the gauges and thermometer to test the hvac unit. Was impressed with his knowledge of the unit, tested and fixed the problem. Seemed very knowledgeable, honest and charged a reasonable amount. Previous owners had blocked off some vents which he cleared. What a huge difference! We can already tell the unit is running much less while keeping the house much cooler. :) :) :) read more

This is the second time that I have used Done Rite Services. From the time I called to the time Danny showed up, they were nothing but professional. Before Danny started working, he clearly explained everything he would be doing and how he would be doing it. I was thoroughly impressed with what a great job he did and how clean he left the job. I will most definitely be contacting Done Rite again and using them for future jobs. read more

I haven't hired DONE RITE just yet, but they DID immediately respond to me when Yelp sent them a request that I was looking for a company to clean my dryer vent for my Tucson home. Cary messaged me right away stating his company did not perform this particular service, gave me a list of what services they do provide, and also recommended two dryer vent cleaning companies to me, one of which I hired: DUCTZ. Spectacular customer service, even when they knew they weren't going to get the job; I will certainly call on them in the future for other needs around the house such as electrical. Thumb's Up to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ME LIKES!!! read more

My microwave shorted out on a Saturday night and caused some down-the-line power outages. Darren came by the next morning and fixed it right up. I'm a first-time homeowner and still learning the ropes; Darren was patient and kind, and taught me what to look for/do first the next time! Great communication, quick response. Definitely keeping Done Rite at the top of my list. read more

Done Rite was prompt to setup a service call, supposedly repair my AC and then it quickly stopped working. Another technicial was sent to tell me the repair did not work and the unit needed replacement. So why do I need to pay for repair that would not fix the issue? I made may attempts to talk to a manager, emailed the company and disputed the repair only to be ignored. NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

Our sewer line was backed up due to root intrusion. We hired another plumber whom we thought completed the job, however 3 days later, our bathrooms flooded again. I called Done Rite, as the original plumber had no availability that day. Matt, the Done Right plumber, determined the blockage was just out of reach of their standard snake. Matt, the plumber went back to their shop and returned with a heavier duty longer snake. In no time, he cleared the blockage the original plumber failed to do. To ensure there were no other downstream issues he snaked over 120 ft to the street. The work took 3 hours from start to finish, we were not charged for the time to retrieve the heavy duty snake. In short, the job was done right. read more

Responsive and fast. I was contacted by them through yelp's jobs on Saturday night and they had someone ready to fix my kitchen drain by Sunday morning. Matt was early to the job and explained what was going on and did a good job in getting the kitchen drain cleared. read more

Vidal was informed, prompt, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. My problem was solved through his diligence, Thx!!!

Our garbage disposal caused our kitchen sink to back up and fill with water. Done Rite Services came right away (on a weekend) and fixed the issue. Our service provider was friendly, prompt, and got the job done fast. Reasonably priced, especially for a weekend. read more

We are very happy with the work Darren & Jermaine did today. While scheduling the work to be done wasn't the easiest, we are so glad we went with Done Rite. Thank you guys! read more

Called to get an estimate and a technician came to my house saying he'd make up an estimate and email me. Never heard anything back and it's been over two months! Ended up hiring someone else. read more

Dumb, Right? I bought a 45-year-old house which had many issues, one of them being electrical. The general inspector outlined a "punch list" of things that needed attention, including the main panel with some bad wiring, outlets and switches that didn't work, outlets that should be GFCIs, etc. I called Done Rite as they do many trades and I also needed a new furnace, AC, tankless water heater, and wanted to run electrical and plumbing to a storage room for the washer and dryer. The "punch list" was just the audition to see how Done Rite would perform, with the other projects contingent. Done Rite failed miserably. Todd Yarnes, supposedly a manager, came out and I provided a copy of the inspector's report. He said he would get back to me in a day or so with a quote. That was June 2. Today is the evening of June 13. I've left two messages for Todd this past week and have not heard anything back. I've moved on. Pathetic way to do business and to deliver customer service. UPDATE 6/19/22 No, Jordan, your company did not provide an estimate, and, surprisingly after seeing a poor Yelp review, did not try to personally contact me despite having my name, email, phone number, and physical address. As a company, you've done nothing to mitigate having severely fumbled the ball. Again, Done Rite was given an opportunity to retain a potential customer and possibly foster a relationship of repeat business. But, again, they failed epically. read more

Upon arriving home from holidays, my hot water heater was a goner. I found several companies on Yelp. I got several bids. Done Rite had lots of good review, as did some of the other companies . I read the reviews, because it's good to know not just the things that worked out, but also the things that didn't, and why. I found them all to be reasonable, and their follow up to reviews that had concerns were prompt and correct. Done Rite's evaluation of my job was very thorough, and their prices while not low, are competitive. In a time where the plumbers in Tucson are being slammed, their response time all around was great. Leslie in the office, very personable, got me a next day appointment for installation, and the guys who came were professional, and extremely polite. They had a high quality new system in by the end of the day, with all the info I needed to understand how it works, and how to shut it off. I highly recommend this company for all the Done Rite reasons! read more

Another win with Done Rite. I had a plumbing emergency with a pipe blockage and backup in both bathrooms.(yuck!). They were gracious and understanding and fit me in on the same day, arriving within an hour. I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and they are my first and only call when I have had any issues. read more

Look no further, Done Right Services is the way to go for any AC needs. My AC unit went out Saturday, I called and Jordan was at my house within a couple hours. Jordan was able to get my AC working again. The next day my AC went out again, and Dustin was at my house within a couple hours. Unfortunately my AC unit reached the end of its life. Done Right was kind enough to send Dillon out with a portable unit as a loaner until my new unit arrives. Top notch response time and customer service. I will continue to use them for any repair and service needs. I am very grateful. read more

Danny was our plumber. He was diligent and patient to help us solve the problems with water heater while other plumbers were unable to. We almost gave up ourself. :). He was able to fix our new water heater. He evens calls back to check if everything is ok the next day. Danny did not give up and try hard to help customers. We really appreciated him. We were able to sleep better after Danny's help. Done rite is really lucky to have Danny as an employee. I recommend done rite !! read more

You don't always expect good, reliable, and friendly techs to come out a few days before Christmas, but Done Rite was definitely exceptional in this regard. Easy booking, quick appointment, and Todd Yarnes and his coworker were AMAZING! Even though my problem was a simple fix they did't judge me. I also love with a vulnerable person and they showed up with a mask and didn't complain. That meant so much to me. I will be using Done Rite and Todd for future projects. Thanks Todd! read more

We needed a plumber ASAP!! Contacted multiple plumbing companies and we were told that nothing was available until the next day Done rite not only got us same day service, their plumber Matt Johnson arrived earlier than promised! Thank you to Ryan Teal for fixing my minor outdoor plumbing rust issue with a quote and scheduled repair later in the week. Ryan is charismatic and clearly enjoys his job. Once I learned that "plumbers" also rectify gas line issues I asked for his opinion and quote on a broken valve. He never got back to me even after calling in to request the quote again. Ryan said he was busy that Friday and I understood with the expectation I would have the quote on Monday and then Wednesday-no quote-now I have to look for another plumbing company. Customer service is helpful but not overly empathetic (but geez I imagine they get dozens of calls a day), so at a basic level the couple times I have called them being "matter of fact" is not egregious. My only thought here is that management reconsider their compensation structure. Ryan says he gets 18% of every job, so fixing a broken valve is probably not more than $200. I can see why he wouldn't want to come back, he has 3 kids! But that's just not a great practice to build long term reputation or relationships. Hope this helps Done Rite Management! read more

While moving I blew an outlet which knocked 5 outlets and blew a fuse. I called Done Rite Services. They were able to work with my limited time available that same day! Technician was at my house within 30. He was done in 15 minutes. The price was reasonable for the last minute work. I recommend this place hands down. Thank you for your great service read more

Five stars for my experience with Matt Johnson of Done Rite today. He arrived ten minutes before given appointment time, repaired broken garbage disposal very quickly, located and repaired water filtration leak under sink and installed new faucet in bathroom. I am very grateful for his honesty and upfront ness and was fearful about buying new disposal for the house with many other expenditures right now. Most definitely will be calling again to request him on removing kitchen counters and some other jobs. Really happy with all today. Thank you Matt! read more

Done Rite installed a Rinnai Tankless water heater and worked for two weeks and all of sudden getting various error codes. Marcos installed and did a fantastic job but the error codes stopped the Rinnai to quit working. He came out numerous times and finally found the problem and promptly got us a replacement unit. We now have hot water! Done Rite and Marcos lived up to Done Rite motto and want to thank him and entire staff for understanding my numerous calls to them! Thank You and will use them again on future projects. read more

I called for a basic plumbing job and they provided very prompt service. Arrived early the same day I called and Matt was prepared with all the necessary tools for the job. They're communicative and appear to have reasonable rates. Nice that they handle so many aspects of home repair - although I can only speak for the plumbing work. I may look them up for some electrical I need done next. read more

I have called them a few times now to check out and fix a few things, and I am very satisfied with the work they do. Todd is usually the technician that comes out to my house, but Matt has also done a few projects. Whenever they come they are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They have fixed a number of electrical and plumbing issues around my new house. I recommend them and will continue to call them when I need a professional to do anything I am not equip to. read more

Awesome Service! Called the owner on Sunday morning because of a major water line leak and they came by a couple hours later. Professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Plumber had all the right parts in his truck so no runs required to Home Depot. I can't thank you enough Matt! I will definitely be a return customer in the future. read more

I hired Done Rite to fix a shower valve problem that two other plumbers told me couldn't be fixed without possibly disintegrating my old galvanized pipes. Andre came out to fix the problem and he did an amazing job! He was super friendly and also professional. He was also worried about the pipes, but he succeeded at what I was told was impossible, and got the part off without harming anything! The part was so old that he had never even seen one like that before and he had to go to multiple plumbing stores to get a replacement. He even cleaned up my bathroom after he was done! I am used to plumbers leaving the bathroom a mess. Now I can take a full pressure shower that is neither cold nor scalding hot and I am VERY excited about that! I will definitely be calling Done Rite for all of my future plumbing. read more

These guys have come out twice to service the air conditioner for a house I rent out. They treated our business as a priority. When the AC goes out in the summer in Vail AZ, you want somebody who can get there quickly as I don't want roasted tenants! I've used Done Rite Services three times for various plumbing needs. From installing a new water heater to fixing a garbage disposal, they've been very consistent. You'll get emails or texts about which technician is coming to your house, as well as a time frame of when to expect them. They even provide a GPS map, like Amazon, showing how far the the technician is from arriving for the job. They accept credit cards and personal checks. I'm satisfied with the service. read more

We had a major backup in the main plumbing line, and we struggled to find a service that could respond quickly. Our tech Danny came out and snaked the line as best as he could, given he had to climb up on the roof. He was absolutely professional and gave us a quote for installing a clean out, and told us to call him if we had an issue. When the line backed up again a few days later, we called Done Rite to see if we could get the clean out. We thought it would be a few days until we could get any help, but they were able to do it the same day. Danny and another plumber came out and did a phenomenal job, making sure our lines were clean and marked where roots were growing. They took care to make sure things were done right and even gave tips on how to keep things running smoothly. We haven't had an issue since and would call them again! read more
