    This company stood me up!!! They didn't even have the decency to call me. They ignored my calls, email and FB message is how you treat your customers?! On 12/8/20 I scheduled their services for today, 12/18/20. They gave me an ETA of between 10-2pm and said I'd get a call an hour before arrival. When I didn't get a call by 2:15 I started to worry why that was so I tried calling. No answer. I attempted to call a few more times. When no one answered and there's no option to leave a VM, I sent an email. No reply. Called again. Messaged through FB. It's after 6pm now and I still haven't heard a word. They have left me high and dry. When I was getting estimates from multiple companies, they sure were quick to reply to emails and leave me a couple messages wanting my business. Now they are no where to be seen or heard from.

    This is the 2nd time I've used Paul and his crew! On time, fast, trustworthy, honest, Dan not say enough great things about these guys! The 1st time they saved me from the horrible moving company in Vegas now they just moved my entire house!l and I feel bad had way more than I thought and my beds are super heavy and had to take downstairs ! God forbid I EVER move again this is who I will definitely use! And the price is sooo reasonable !' Thanks again Paul and crew!!

    If I could give this organization a zero star rating I would. And to the folks that rated it a 5 star your relatives most own the place. There are many issues with this outfit and I would agree with one of the previous posters comments about the lack of professional dress of the movers. They look like they were picked up right off the street. First impression was HORRIBLE. I've used 1st Choice movers in the past and I love that they had embroidered shirts and looked professional. Second, this was supposed to be a full service move. They talked with my pregnant wife and she told them they would be packing all our dishes everything. Well, they came to the house without ANY boxes. No dish pack. No wardrobe boxes. No tape. NOTHING but blankets and a truck. When we advised them of the issue the "team leader" (for lack of a better term) said "oh yeah, we've had this issue before". I ended up helping the movers even though that wasnt the plan at all, and they ended up packing our items in every suitcase and box they could find. Then, even though we outlined everything we had in our house, they didnt have enough room in their truck for our items. They had to leave the donation items back at the house and pick them up at a later time. The truck they came with appeared to be a rental from Budget and not their own which was another sign of their lack of professionalism. Finally, when they moved our items from Chandler to North Phoenix, they broke one picture frame, got black stains on our $1500 couch and brown stains on some of our clothes. My wife called the owner about the issues the next day and he responded promptly with a voicemail but after multiple attempts to reach him since that voicemail we have been unsuccessful. He gave the initial response as if he did care about the poor service but clearly he did not because he failed to follow up. Another issue is that we have not received a donation receipt indicating the items that were ultimately - hopefully - donated.

    PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I spoke with Paul(I think he's the owner) and got a quote for what I needed and set up a date for the move. I was given the 2-6p slot which was ok. The guys called on moving day to let me know they were on their way, they got there at 3:38 and came up to my place, Paul proceeds to tell me how they almost didn't come because the traffic was heavy.... And he had a bit of an attitude because of it like it was my fault. He tells me the truck had some other persons stuff in it that they were supposed to drop off at a donation place but didn't because of the traffic, I told him he could have called me to let me know that they would be late because the had to drop the stuff off to see if I was ok with it...then he asks me how much stuff I had to move and I told him once again, the apartment and the stuff in my garage, he gets bent out of shape and says " well this might be two trips", and started to move things. In the process of moving my stuff all the of the guys had to use my bathroom which each of them took approx 15-20 minutes in there...... Really? So one of the guys hurt his ankle on the last job and (I felt bad for him) pretty much stayed downstairs moving things which of course took longer since he was hurt. Another guy broke one of my book cases and they weren't (and still haven't) going to fix it like it was nothing, one guy told me to use black tape to cover the break in my book case so it won't show... We finally get everything moved five hours later and Paul wants to get paid..... So I bring up the book case and Paul said he'll get the piece from Ikea and get it fixed.... Its been over a week now and still nothing from Paul and his moving company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!! I sent him an email discussing their service...... Hello, This is Shauna Jones, I wanted to let you know that I wasn't real happy with the service I received from your company for the money I spent. I can understand that you were upset with the traffic and getting to my complex, but that was no excuse for you having an attitude and taking it out on me the customer. I feel that you didn't really give me the service I paid for, which was supposed to be three guys and a truck for $100 an hour plus the $75 for gas and taxes.... the truck wasn't even empty and one of your guys was hurt which wasn't my fault which caused him not to be at full capacity with helping and definitely factored in the time taking longer. I think as a business, there should have been something reduced financially because of that since I didn't cause it to happen. Also, I didn't get a copy of the contract which is bad because now I have nothing showing the agreement that was made for your services. During the move one of your guys broke my book case which if I hadn't said anything about, you would have left and not even tried to do anything about it, and actually you still haven't done anything which you said you'd do. I'm sure you probably won't attempt to fix this situation, but that's ok because believe me everyone I come in contact with will here this story and it will be posted on every site I can get it on, to let people know about the kind of service you give.     Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. Seeing a company show up for the community like that really means a lot. Great service, dependable team, and a company that gives back. Hard to ask for more than that.

    This was my first time using Academy Movers, and Nathan, Wayne, and Ryder were truly the best…read more Moving isn't fun, especially when you're used to doing it alone, but these gentlemen made the entire experience unbelievably easy. Even if you're already packed, they come prepared with extra boxes, wrapping, and anything you might need for those last‑minute items or unexpected loose pieces. That alone took so much pressure off. I also know being in someone's personal items can be a lot, and they handled everything with so much respect and care. I saved over $100 and got great service. At one point my dogs got scared in the new neighborhood. I panicked but they stayed calm and even tried to help get the dogs back in the house. It's an amazing company with an amazing mission. Get your stuff moved while giving back!
