Last Sunday we felt like their Carbonazo meal we drove down to Sunland location went to drive thru ordered acc when we got to pick up window we the young lady told us it would be 15-20 minutes to make chicken? It was about 4:46pm dinner time we told her no thank you and she had to void the charge- I told my husband no worries let's go home but he knew I love din carbon so he said let's go to the one by the outlet mall so away we went. We went to drive thru ordered the Carbonazo again and as we drove up to pick up window this young lady told us it would be 28 minutes?!?! I stopped at the one off Hwy10 - I ordered 2 pieces of dark meat. I asked for chicken ONLY No tortillas etc. I will never go again. They gave me not a leg but rather part of a wing and a back. Every time I pass this place, it always has a long drive thru line. This is my third visit and it hasn't failed me on delicious food. Drive thru was my only option today thanks to 2020 Pandemic. Plate included three ramekins; pickled onions, red hot sauce and Chile verde on the side and one piece of Jalepeno toreados. The rice had corn which was a nice mix to separate yourself from other Mexican places. After placing my order, there was a slight confusion at both the drive thru windows while double checking. I ordered a number four (2pieces of chicken), but at the first window, the young lady repeated my order but stated a number one. At the second window, another young lady repeated my order but stated a number five. I really wanted to make sure I had just my two pieces of chicken (no less and no more please). So I corrected both of them kindly and they both replied the same, "Yes, two pieces of chicken". They may have called my number four different numbers... I'm just glad I got what I ordered. Grilled chicken is the best and I've had my eye on this location since they started building it! They finally opened on Wednesday and I knew I had to go right away! The parking situation is horrible. There is another food business right next door and there is not enough parking for both establishments. I went around one, so the lunch rush was still in effect. I drove around for like 10 minutes hoping someone would leave, but no. We decided to not wait anymore and we so parked by Toro burger and just walked. Other people were doing it as well, since I saw them walk back with us towards the establishment. When walking in, the dining are is huge and there are plenty of tables and booths to pick from. We went up to the counter and ordered our food. I ended up getting the number 4 (two pieces of chicken, two sides, tortillas, salsa, a drink, and two grilled jalapeños) that runs for about $8.50. We sat down at a very comfy booth and the sever brought us out our food! The food was delicious! The chicken was so juicy and had a bunch of flavor! It was grilled perfectly!! For my sides I got the baked potato and the macaroni salad. The macaroni salad was okay and it had peas mixed in there. The baked potato was actually very good and it tasted great with the grilled chicken. The chiles toreados I could actually eat since they weren't too spicy!!!! YES! The servers were friendly and they would come around and ask if we were okay. They also come around with a cart to pick up any dirty dishes and offer to go boxes. I can't wait to eat here again! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order over the phone and they gave my husband the order incomplete. I called them right away to see if we could go back and get the rest of the order and they had me on hold for more than 9 min, so I decided to hung up and just call later to get a refund for what we didn't get. I called again and after having me waiting for another 7+ min, they told me the manager would call me back to process the refund. Waited for an hour and since I didn't received the call back I decided to call again. I gave them all the information (name on the order, time of the order, charge amount, items ordered) and they said they couldn't find the ticket so I needed to go in person if I wanted the refund. I said it was already late, i wasn't going to drive all the way over there so I would go the next day. They said if I didn't go right away i wouldn't get the refund because they were already closing and their system was going to be reset. Even though I was very hungry, after a morning hiking at Hueco Tanks, I did not want to get too much food. So instead I went with a chicken sandwich. My first impression when the food came out was that someone had tried to make it into a panini by sitting on it. It didn't look appealing at all. Presentation is everything when it comes to food! I didn't ask for anything to be omitted, but I had no idea they were going to bathe the chicken breast in mustard. My suggestion, serve those condiments on the side. The fries were crunchy, too crunchy. With an overload of oil. Definitively not what I was expecting. So why the 4 stars and not 5?? Well their employee (atleast in my experience in drive thru ) had no people skills. I have sat for over 15 minutes waiting for my drive thru order, and called to ask if there is a problem, and was told that it is on the way; and usually (but not today) they have the nerve to ask for a tip when you use their drive thru... Too bad I would have to drive quite far for another one of these - but customer service is the worst at this location on North Zaragoza. Another wait until they finally bothered to give me my food, and for asking if there is a problem, and given the way they treat their customers, now I have to check my order before I leave... Went to the westside location on Mesa yesterday. I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a whole chicken and mil sides. They gave me 3 tiny salsas. I asked for more salsa and the girl at the drive thru was very rude and told me I would have to pay for more salsa. She states the are only allowed to give 3 small salsas per order.
