Usually there is a line with these guys but since it was a pop up on our side of town, we ordered with them on the spot. I enjoyed a Double Mando, and was impressed from their made from scratch sauces that gave the already flavorful smash burgers even more pop. The caramelized onions and hatch chile gave the burger texture. The kids scarfed down their OG Skywalkers - so I know it was good. We shared an order of fries and it was a wrap! I was ready for Order 66 to happen to me. It was a great experience. Too bad they haven't been around EP-proper in awhile, but I'm always on the lookout.

Located off one of the main streets; in a shopping complex sits Orange Cow Burgers which originally started out as a Food Truck. Now, there's approximately three locations in the surrounding areas. Menu is pretty straight forward and simple. Orders are as follows: a single, double, triple and protein cow. It's fresh ingredients, all-beef patties that are cooked to medium. The best part is they have a secret speciality sauce called moolicious! We got two single patties along with two orders of fries and a pup patty (single plain patty) for the dogs. All to go. Prices are extremely reasonable in today's market. Taste was as if you made it right at your own La Casa. Only complaint was not having "enough" of that sauce to really have it stand out beyond home cooked. That said, you can also get their "loaded fries" which includes this specific sauce as well. We opted for "extra crispy" plain fries and they were really good. Service was fair enough as far as the wait ( 2 parties a head of us) and friendly staff. We ordered the bone marrow appetizer, iceberg wedge, Caesar salad, and two kids meals to go. Unfortunately, nearly every aspect of our order had problems. The bone marrow was excessively salty to the point of being inedible. We tried to salvage it by scraping away the salt, but ultimately had to throw it out, I was not happy as you know bone marrow is not cheaply priced. The salsa macha accompanying it was also missing. My Caesar salad arrived with wilted lettuce literally hanging out of the container, clearly not fresh enough to serve. One kids meal had the wrong side item, no silverware was provided, and our drinks were forgotten entirely. We returned to address these issues, and while the manager was apologetic and remade our order, the replacements were still subpar. My LARGE salad was noticeably smaller than what I originally ordered, and the salsa macha, when finally provided, was very mediocre at best. I've had a lot better. I'm typically understanding when restaurants make one or two mistakes, but when an entire order is executed this poorly, it's hard to overlook. I understand they were busy, but they seriously need to execute better under those conditions. For a chophouse at this price point, the quality and attention to detail should be far better. Everything has always turned out fantastic. They are also handling the pandemic very well by spacing out seating and offering take-out and pick-up options. Only 3 stars, not due to cleanliness or service but the food. My burger and fries were ok but my daughter's breaded chicken tenders had an off odor and taste. Her fries were ok but we ended up tossing the tenders into the trash.
