An I get a 30$ fill up and they ask me what sauce I tell them and they don't put any sauces and at the window I ask for more sauce because I'm feeding my large family and it's 27 cents for a sauce! I wish I had read the reviews before going here. The person taking my order tried to tell me what to get when I can read the sign and tell what they offer. They tried to make me get two of my sides as mashed potatoes when it clearly states they offer 3 diff sides. When I asked how much honey they gave me the guy tells me to look in the bag and closes the door in my face. Are you fu**ing kidding me?! So I asked for more honey because it wasn't enough. The food was as terrible as the customer service. The only thing decent was the chicken and biscuits even my kids said the same thing. The mashed potatoes were nasty the macaroni watered down and gross tasting. The coleslaw tasted like they mixed a tsp of milk and a tablespoon of mayonaise. The honey even didn't taste like honey! Gotta give it to the Colonel, the man knows his way around a chicken! Its weird because sometimes you feel like Popeyes, but sometimes you feel like KFC, (and if you're twisted sometimes even Church's) and even though they are the same, the cravings are different. These chain can co-exist! What I really like about KFC is that I can mix original recipe with grilled chicken, and their mac&cheese isn't too shabby. I haven't had any issues with the chicken at this location, it doesn't get too crowded and the drive-thru moves efficiently. read more

Been through this drive-through 3 times and for the third time they got my order wrong. The young girl at the drive-through window was rude, and obviously she has never been taught the common graces of dealing with the public. The chicken was cold, the only good thing is, I will never have to go through that and probably any other KFC restaurant AGAIN. This place is complete trash spent $48 I spoke to them right away about the issue and they said they'd right it down and give it to the manager so I could get a refund then I call and they don't do refunds at kfc I ordered 8 tenders 4 sides and it states they give you biscuits w the meal right , wrong I got 5 tenders 3 gravy's and 1 mashed potatoes no biscuits I work hard for my money I thought my family would enjoy some chicken I paid $48 for 5 tenders 3 gravy and one mashed potatoes what kind of bs is that! THIS PLACE SUCKS. I am forced to come here because my dad loves KFC fried chicken, and this is the only close one for miles. I have been to this location at least 5 times and each time there has been an issue. I specifically remember all the incidents cause how pissed this place makes me. 1. Ran out of Chicken at freaking 3pm in the afternoon. REALLY? 2. Ran out of Original Recipe Chicken at 6 pm had to get grilled chicken. 3. Forgot to give me my gravy for my mash potatoes. Went all the way home before I even noticed. 4. Gave me 6 pieces of chicken when it was suppose to be 8 Went home as well before I noticed. No it's not my fault either... it's not my job as a customer to be baby sitting the damn employees. 5. Tells me they have no chicken AFTER I ALREADY PAID with Credit. OMG... Each time they always forget to ask if I wan honey for my biscuits. Which is something I can not eat biscuits with out. Employees always seem bothered and lazy as well. This is the absolute worst ran KFC! Is there a Manager at this location? How do you run out of chicken at Kentucky fried chicken? How do you run out of honey? How do you run out of macaroni and cheese? There is a Walmart across the street! This is our third time trying to pick up an order at KFC and we never received the full order as they were out or would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook our order. Just horrible! I went at 6:00 PM and the portions were small, the food was not fresh at all... I actually had to heat up the chicken in the microwave because it was too dry for a normal toothed person to eat. For the food I got, I thought it was so over priced. Definitely won't be coming back.... At least not for food... Maybe water, lol. read more

Went to KFC to buy chicken and a cake. I didn't get my cake. I called them numerous times and the line was always busy over 2 hours of calling and still a busy telephone. How would Grub hub deliver if one can never get through their telephone? This has happened so many times that I am done with KFC. I will go to other chicken restaurents from now on. And there are quite a few here!! I didn't think it took much knowledge to put a 3 pc, chicken tender meal a cake and a ten piece of chicken in a bag. The only people in the restaurant were the workers, myself and my family. Every single table was dirty, no exaggeration. After ordering, and food was presented to us, we were missing one of our meals. And one of the meals we did have was cold. When I went back up to inform them on all those problems, nobody was there to assist me, had to wait several minutes. While I was up there, I asked for napkins because none were given and the dispenser was empty, but when asked all they did was point at the dispenser and "there some right there"; before I could even respond they took off. I had to wait several more minutes before we finally got our food back but mashed potatoes were still missing; I informed them of that and once again asked for napkins. I finally got some napkins, but only three when there's four of us and once again I asked for napkins and the worker scoffs and whiningly asks me "you need more?". At that point I had enough, from missing/cold meals, dirty tables, long waiting periods, bad attitudes from workers, I asked for the manager to inform her of the terrible service I'm receiving and the lame excuse given was they had a lot of people they needed to serve when it's transparently clear that that's not the case; again the place was empty it was just me and my family.
