We went to Wing It express on a whim. They were crazY busy because it was super bowl Sunday. Everything smelled wonderful and we were only there to get food to go. We decided to order the appetizer to tray and the owner said he didn't get very many orders for it, but it was amazing! Everything was fried crunchy. The jalapeños were the perfect blend of flavor and spice. The staff was very friendly and they did tell us it's take about 30 minutes because they were slammed but the food wass ready in 15. Their tray is the perfect date meal. Everything was fried to perfection and the owner had so much pride in this establishment it makes me want to go back and support this business. I also want to go back for the fried pickles and jalapeños. If you haven't tried it, definitely give it a try. I was really in the mood for wings and couldn't find any other place near this area besides this one. This was my first time trying this place and of course, before choosing I had to look at the Yelp reviews and saw that it had good ratings. I had the opportunity to dine in so I did. I ordered the 5 wing combo with fries. I choose lemon pepper as my sauce and they were great! The temperature of the wings were full of flavor and very succulent. The fries were pretty good too but some of them (VERY few) were stuck together and not cooked all the way. Overall, it's a great location for a quick bite to eat, especially if you're in the mood for wings. *the only reason why I gave this place 4/5 stars is because when I was dining inside, the restaurant got really smoky. It would be 5/5 if they had maybe a proper ventilation system but I understand. Decent wings, I haven't tried their things. Wing it makes some pretty decent wings: they are medium sized and come in all the traditional flavors. I usually just get classic hot and lemon pepper wings, which are alright. They do have a handful of signature sauces, but I haven't been tempted to try them. I really wish they didn't charge extra for ranch, that's an annoying practice that needs to stop everywhere! Typically I order wings from here whenever I'm going to be picking up Little Caesars pizza from next door instead of getting wings from LC. The restaurant itself is a little bland, they have a few TVs, but I wouldn't dine in because there are several wing restaurants with better dine in atmosphere. Stopped in tonight for a quick 30 wings and was very disappointed. We've always loved the location in the Northeast of El Paso, and frequent it when we are on that side of town, but this location is not up to par when it comes to service. We first tried calling to place an order ahead of time and save ourselves the wait, the lady working asked us to hold, which we did for over 10 minutes. At that point we were already at the location and I walk in to see one customer there, and the cashier is just playing on her cell phone. She greeted us as normal, but just said "oops" when I mentioned we had already been on hold for so long, didn't even apologize. We then place an order for 30 wings, 15 Hawaiian, 15 lemon pepper, all extra crispy. Get home and realize we have 22 Hawaiian and 10 lemon pepper. I was okay because the Hawaiian were mine, but quite the let down for my wife who had the idea to go in the first place and got skimped on her wings. Guess I'm the future I'll just have to invest the drive over to the Northeast location so at least I know my food will be right and I'll get good customer service. TL;DR: great wings, horrible service at this location. Go to the one in Northeast El Paso and save yourself the let down. read more

First time trying Wing It. I'm doing the low carb diet thing, they made me the boneless wings with no breading they were very good. I like the suicide sauce the best it's a buffalo sauce with Habaneros in it I didn't find it to be too spicy but very flavorful. And Monday through Thursday they do $0.60 boneless wings. Definitely recommend trying it out, they have another location at 54 and Transmountain. That is also a bar and grill and they do steaks and burgers and other things that they don't do at this location. read more

There was water all over the floor and the toilet had not been cleaned for at least 3-4 days. I didn't say anything cause I was on my way out. When we got home found out they had forgotten to put the veggies and the 5 chicken strips that's wife order. My wife was so pissed off that she didn't get her strips that she had to drive back again and spend gas to find out when she got there that they totally forgot and she still had to wait another 10 mins for those 5 strips they forgot. If I could give it zero stars I would. I called in to order 15 wings and was told it would take 10 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes and the cashier said "oh i thought it was 10 wings" so she fixed my order on the register and told me it would take only 5 more minutes. Out of the blue this insignificant uneducated cashier named Desiree starts screaming at me saying that she is doing her best and that if I have a problem she can just give me my money back: I asked her why she was talking to me like that since I had not say a word and she starts screaming again saying that although I did not say anything I had attitude and that's why she was screaming at me; at that point her manager comes out and apologizes since clearly she realized that not only Desiree is so uneducated and ghetto but made so many mistakes with my order and on top of that decides to treat me the way she did. Clearly that dumb cashier does not realize that I, the customer pays for her job. I mean c'mon, you work as a cashier and have attitude as if you were the owner . I feel sorry for her because she probably never finished elementary school and probably will not become anything better than a minimum wage paid cashier.
