I gotta give it to this Wingstop location cause they truly did their best for Super Bowl sunday. Like many others out there, I can't watch the Super Bowl without a nice ordering of wings from Wingstop, so I decided to place an online order. When I got there at my pick up time the place was PACKED. They had removed all their dining tables and setup a whole check-out system for people picking up pre-orders. They obviously were a little delay on orders, but I think it only took about 20min to get ours. The only reason why I am not giving them five stars was because the boneless wings were a little dry and overcooked. However the classic wings were perfection and tasted amazing. read more

The cashier (Sunday evening 9:45pm) with the glasses was so nice and so accommodating! She let me try a sauce to see if my sensitive stomach would tolerate it and she even gave me a small piece of chicken to dip. she was so polite and friendly and such a hard worker, I saw her working like crazy! great service! read more

great service, good food, clean. reason timing, workers are always kind. Management works well with you when an issue appears

Eve was amazing in her customer service, I came in with the issue of ordering my food at the wrong location and without hesitation Eve immediately apologized and proceeded to give me free food for the inconvenience and as I proceeded to explain that I wasn't complaining and not wanting any recompense as it was my fault not Wingstops she still proceeded to insist on me getting the free fries. Great attitude and a beautiful personality I appreciate Eve for making me smile and giving me the excited of coming back. read more

Usually they are really good with there online order and customer service but not today. I made an online order for it to be ready at a certain time. When I walked in it was completely empty no customers or employees in sight. After a while I yelled out for assistance. This guy walked out and turned the other way after I said excuse me, after a while he finally greeted me and let me know my order was going to take about 2 min. Then all the employees came out of know where finally working after a while I asked how much longer and they had told me it's about to be ready but then I hear the lady ask about my fries which the guy replied that he still needed more time. I'm highly disappointed with their customer service no apology or anything. Is the online order time supposed to be when they start making the order or when it's goin to be ready? read more

Ordered food online for pick up. When I got to the establishment to retrieve my vittles I was greeted by the young lady at the counter with a friendly smile and a "Hi, how can I help you?" Since I had paid online the rest of our interaction was limited to explaining I had ordered online and the young lady presenting my lunch in a sealed paper bag. A quick thank shared by both parties then on the way to grub. The chicken wings were hot and delicious, sauced correctly and the fries were well seasoned and so tasty. read more

Expect Horrible service...if your you someone reading this, upon walking in 1. No one acknowledged you. 2. Expect your order to be an hour or never, by the way the ice / fountain machine always seem to out of service.....Since they're so busy im honestly thinking about starting a franchise next door to them and offer better service. read more

Interesting place.... Poor management. Waited for over an hour for our meal, upon receipt, the order was wrong. Wrong sauce. Wrong Temperature. Asked the cashier for a refund and instead of offering a solution, he threw the food upset in the trash can and told me I had to wait 20minutes so he could go to the back office. I love wing stop though, just not this location after tonight's lovely experience. Oh and I nearly forgot to mention that the manager at the time was wearing his AirPods while conversing with me. His demeanor was rude, disrespectful, especially in front of other customers who also asked for a refund after noticing the quality of service and customer care. read more

ZERO STARS I never make a review! But the two people working shut down the store at 8:50pm, didn't answer the phone and when I arrived in person to place the order the lady stated they were cleaning out the fryers and would take a 50 min wait. Who does that during business hours!!! I feel really sorry for the customers who managed to place the orders and were stuck waiting. This review is on their behalf. Messed up. read more

The wings were stale and cold, gross. The celery and carrots were served up in the rotting stage so that was a complete waste of money. The location was disgusting, the four dudes in back preparing the orders were on top of each other sliding on the greasy floor and all were soaked in sweat. The counter, front area just nasty looking. What the F happened to this place? read more

Food was okay, customer service? Not there. We walked in around 3:30 pm and this place was starting to get busy. There were two customers in front of us ordering so we looked at the menu while they finished. It was our turn next and so we step up to the counter. The girl cashiering just looked us and without saying anything she walked towards the back. She then comes back answers the phone and then she finally decides to take our order. We ordered the combo order of 6 wings (mild and lemon pepper) which comes with seasoned fries and a drink. We ordered another combo of 6 wings plus we added three more. (lemon pepper, asiago parmesan, and louisiana dry rub) which also came with a drink and seasoned fries. We get our cups and go to the soda machine to get some dr. pepper! Oh no but the dr. pepper was a no. They had ran out. Boo. We then proceed to the sprite, which tasted watered down, gross. We sat and waited for our food which took about 25 minutes! We get our food and we see that we are missing some wings, ugh. Oh and we also noticed that they added cheese to our fries, ugh ugh! So we let the cashier know we were missing some wings and she looks at us like we're lying to her. We tell her we triple checked and yes we are still missing wings. She goes to the back and gets our missing wings. We don't even bother telling her about the unwanted cheese on our fries.. The wings? The lemon pepper is good, and the mild ones well eh I've had better. The asiago parmesans were covered in grease and the Louisiana rub ones were pretty good! The fries? Gross. Soggy, cold, and flavorless. This place is a no. read more

Watching the big game wouldn't be the same without an order of wings and fries for me and the family. Am I right? Did you know more than one billion wings are consumed on Super Bowl Sunday alone? That's crazy! Anyway...it's pretty much a tradition for me to buy chicken wings for the occasion...bone in and boneless. My favorite flavor these days are the lemon pepper. I also don't mind the mild flavor. Garlic parmesean is good too! I don't like my wings to be too spicy. The reason is because of the heartburn I might suffer after eating them. I love spicy food but to me wings are not worth the heartburn pain. I'd do it for other foods but not wings. Ordering from this Wingstop location was painless. I ordered the wings online. I got to choose a time to pick them up. The wings were ready for me when I arrived. I arrived 15 minutes late. All of the food was cold by the time I got home. It's probably because I arrived late. Everything still tasted good when I heated it up in the microwave. The fries are also tasty from here! The staff was nice and accommodating. All were wearing masks and safety precautions were in place. I had a good experience here. I think I prefer this location over the westside location. I would definitely come back. Oh! I forgot to get the carrots and celery this time! I only eat the carrots. read more

The wings are fine-standard. But, they wouldn't take my order at 10:33 though they close at 11pm. She told me it's because they close at 10:45 to close on time. But, that's not how restaurant hours work; they're just lazy. read more

If I could leave no stars I would staff is super unprofessional. I placed an order before my lunch break in order to be able to pick up and eat. When I arrived at location I payed for said order and was told after paying it would be another 10 min wait. After the 10 min I went up the counter and asked for a refund, as I had to return to work. The manager Jasmine crumbled my receipt and told me she was going to refuse to refund me. Stating we are making your order it'll be out when it's ready. Again I stated I would like my money back, she then proceeded to flip me off and said no. Will never return to this establishment again. read more

The floors are sticky, it smells like old burnt oil. The cashier was the only reason I gave this place 1 star. She was polite and professional. The prices are outrageous. Won't be back, too many other great places to get wings in El Paso. read more

It's the price. How do you charge so much for chicken? No beer? I thought those two things went together like puberty and hair? Also something is a bit off with some of the flavorings...aahhh maybe it's the absence of hops to wash it down. read more

Best wings ever, just the way I like them, no batter & lemon pepper was the bomb! Tried the hot also & they were just as great! Tried ten years ago & they were just so so but now, my new wing place!! read more

So last night the wife turns to me and says, "babe...I have a weird hampering for some wings!"...despite already having HAD wings from Papa John's the night prior. We bicker back and forth about how El Paso seemingly has very few places that actually serve really, REALLY good buffalo wings. 87 minutes later, we both settle on...Wingstop on George Dieter. And...WOW...what a standard example of a place just barely living up to its namesake. Since we ordered this food takeout, we will only be discussing the food itself. The fries were rustic, tasty, obviously homemade and somewhat reminiscent of the fries from Five Guys. Unfortunately, they were cold when they arrived. I'm not certain we can really blame the weather on this one because this place isn't incredibly far from my house at all. Ah well...whilst having to painstakingly rewarm the fries in my toaster oven was a little more than mildly vexing, I can assure you these things taste amazing once they no longer feel like they were transported via horseback through the forests of New England by Paul Revere. But what matters here the most are...the wings. For me, the wings were, while slightly enjoyable, a simultaneously slight letdown. Let me carefully explain. First of all, the portioning of these wings are excellent. By portioning, I mean they are plenty big and juicy. Or...they WOULD have been juicy if it wasn't for the fact that they were obviously over cooked. Oh well, whatever. I'm gonna go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that the cook on shift majorly effed up that night. Anyway, these wings have a nice, generous portion of meat on the bones. And this is important, because I have actually been to places where the wings were teeny tiny (there was this one place on Lee Trevino...but I can't recall the name now, because they're forgettable..). Second, and this...is really important...the drawback for me is when you stop and realize we ordered the HOT wings. Yeah, these things tasted mild as ever! And you're talking to the guy who pretty much hates most spicy foods. But that's not to say I don't appreciate a little *kick* in my food every now and again. I mentioned in my Kangnam Style review how cleverly blended the spicy flavor of their cheesy Ramen bounces off perfectly with the cheese, cutting back a bit on the would-be overbearing spiciness of the sriracha. These wings, however, were nothing like that. There was no kick. They weren't even remotely spicy. What's worse...they were very ostensibly painted this odd color of red. Ya know...as if to remind the customer, "Hey, you're eating hot wings!!" Me: "No I'm not!" It was really weird. Why the bizarrely fake color of red on the wings? Why can't they just make traditionally spicy buffalo wings? This is a minor point. But I was just expecting more. The bleu cheese tasted awesome on them regardless. And I already mentioned how the wings themselves were slightly overcooked. Chalk it up to a bad night in the kitchen, I guess. Wingstop is fine if you're looking for some basic buffalo wings and you happen to be in a pinch. The fries are possibly the best part of the whole thing, so be sure not to miss out on those. But whatever you do, stay far, FAR away from the boneless wings. I actually ordered these a LONG time ago when I lived in El Paso the second time and...let's just say they were incredibly, unbelievably greasy and disgusting! (don't ask! just...don't.) But that's all in the past and when it comes to Wingstop on George Dieter, I'm perfectly comfortable with giving them 3 mildly spicy buffalo drum sticks covered in bleu cheese out of 5. read more

Wingstop is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get... and that's kind of the problem, Wingstop wings are very inconsistent. I've had some of the most delicious and some of the worst wings in El Paso from the same place! While the wings are unreliable, Wingstop is not wholly unredeemable, for instance the fries here are frickin' awesome all the time, and the boneless wings are pretty good, it helps that you can get boneless wings for $0.60 on Mondays and Tuesdays. My favorite sauces are cajun and lemon pepper, though I haven't really disliked any of them. Take out is the way to go here, the place is small, way too hot, and they only have a tiny TV. I recommend ordering online through the website, the app sucks. read more

This is the worst location you can go to. They are so disorganized and rude. I ordered 2 x here. Used the internet order option. Wow, never knew how much extra option a place can put on an estimated 5 pages to click next on. Get a new website designer. Seriously. It felt like a root canal and if I had ADD, I would have quit after the second click here option. Food was ready at the prescribed time. Got the 35 wings, three flavors, Lousiana, Original, BBQ with a kick. Later lacked kick. Lousiana was best of the three. Skip the fries, had some strange sugar flavor contraption on them. After all the upsell options on the menu, the place is so stingy that the 27 bucks for 35 wings with fries were apparently not enough for some ranch dressing which he graciously let me talk him out of at the end after pointing out that the dining in option had dressing. It was ok, nothing beats Track One. read more

Omg this place is so good! I prefer both mild and garlic Parmesan wings, bone in for significantly less carbs. Great little neighborhood hangout, if you're in the area. The combo meals were perfect for each of our different tastes! Stay away! Spend your money elsewhere. Way better wing places close by. Where do I begin? Maybe from the rude service I received from the start from the young lady at the register seemingly bothered that we showed up at 11:15 pm when they close at midnight. Is that cutting it close? Maybe it was the over cooked chicken that tasted like rubber or the burnt fries. I don't know. Either way, this is the last time I stop by this place. read more
