Honestly no idea why this location has such bad reviews. Clearly they have never been to an actual bad chick fil a because they are out there lol but anyways, my girlfriend and I were on the east side shopping and we decided to grab some breakfast. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and our order was taken! We paid and headed to our table. Every table was clean and I saw no garbage on the floor. It is a very very clean location! The food came out pretty quick and everything was delicious! This probably has the best biscuits for the breakfast sandwich. Who wants some CHICKEN!!! Well I know I sure do!! This is a great location and the employees for the most part are very nice. This location is a main HOT SPOT during lunch time! There is a high school that is really close by so you may want to come before the kids because it is so hectic there's rarely seats. I would advise they have a employee(s) work the dining area during high traffic times because it gets really messy. More than once I have been there and it was so messy. Trash cans over flowing, condiments packets all over and napkins galore. Seriously though if you love chicken this is the place to try out and get you some chicken! I normally order the grilled chicken sandwich but I can tell you I have had just about everything on the menu but the sandwiches with bacon (not a pork fan) and they are all satisfying!! Oh and breakfast don't get me started!! One thing that I would say is a staple is the chick-n-minis. Yes the minis are a bit pricey for a small 4 count but they are delicious buttery with an accent of honey biscuit and chicken in the middle!!! YASSS my mouth waters for them! Yay! Chick-Fil-A is my favorite! I love how Service is always consistent! Food is so good. I'll take this place over any other fast food chain. We came today during lunch. Staff were outside ready to assist long lines in the drive through. Although there were no lines, staff was ready. We chose to dine in, came in and ordered! As always, super friendly and order was correct. They had servers and we got our food delivered to our table. Our meal came out as ordered. Got a milk shake today and it was so yummy. I normally have ok service here and usually order through the app. I usually get breakfast and have gotten to the restaurant after the 10:30am cutoff time with no issue, but today for some reason they refused to give me my order. First they said they didn't have the order at all. Then when I showed them my order on the app, by some miracle my order was found. Then they said they couldn't give it to me because all the breakfast food was somewhere locked worlds away and it would take them 45 minutes to make a chicken and egg biscuit. I wanted yogurt as a side and orange juice as a beverage so all they literally had to make was the sandwich! They flat out refused, and it's not like I showed up at dinner time, it was minutes after breakfast had ended. Then they were telling ME to cancel my own order, which I refused because they had already charged my card. And to top it all off, they didn't even consider their other customers because I was at the drive thru window and they didn't even ask me to move to the side and discuss this with me, so you can imagine how long the line got. Either way, I didn't appreciate all the excuses they were giving me, none of which seemed consistent, and if they do have to return their breakfast food to another dimension, they should at least cancel all breakfast orders right when you're ordering them. Plus they should not honor late arrivals one time, and not the next time. In my opinion, you are better off going to one of the other dozen locations. read more

Very friendly employees and great customer service! I have been to this location several times including the drive thru and and have also dined inside. Every visit has been great and employees are very attentive. You order, they give you your drink, and you go find a table. They then bring you your food minutes later and bam! Bon a petit! Dig in. There is always somebody coming to you asking you if your doing okay and if there is something you need. (Refill, more ketchup, sauces, etc) Its always great to eat at chick fil a and employees are always in such great spirits! Thanks! read more

Who doesn't love chick fil a? And don't you just crave it in Sunday's? Same. I'm not sure where the managers find their employees... maybe the "super nice, friendly and polite" folder? Everyone who works there is extremely nice and friendly. They will make sure your food tastes great, you have enough sweet tea and sauce. They are always busy and sometimes it's difficult to part in the parking lot because the lines for the drive thru are so long. So that's the only downfall. But their food is always tasty. Even their salads!! Never have an issue with service or quality of food. I could eat here everyday. But I just got once a week. read more

My favorite part about Chik-fil-A is the customer service. These people are beyond nice and not in the fake way most servers are. They are really tentative but most importantly genuinely courteous. It's really something to experience since most fast food places don't emphasize customer service much. The location is really clean and staff is always looking to tidy the place up from the napkins to the flower on the table. The food is always great. Hot and fresh. On this particular occasion i tried the spicy chicken sandwich but with pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. So it's with a heavy heart I have to give this location 3 stars. It's complete chaos here at lunch. There is little parking outside and no seating inside. I am a huge chick fil a fan. For years I have come here on a weekly basis. I love the way this company is run and I really love the way they treat their customers for the most part. Last night was a bit different since I went to drive through right at closing time. The young girl was not as cheery as I would expect a chick fil a employee to be but I will forgive her since it was late and she probably wanted to leave. I love the sweet tea it is amazing also love the HONEY ROASTED BBQ sauce u have u specifically ask for it like that it is NOT honey mustard! I love it. Been going to this location for years food is always amazing and dine in service is the best of any fast food restaurant. The reason I'm giving 3 Stars is the fact that their drive thru service has little by little keeps getting worse and worse. Sometimes we catch the mistake before pulling out of the parking lot but sometimes we don't notice until we make it home making us drive back. It used to be where you never had to worry about your order being wrong while using the drive thru. Drive thru crew needs to step it up! read more

I haven't been to a Chick Fil A where the Service, Cleanliness and facilities weren't all top notched. This is also the location where my order has been messed up on more than one occasion and that I've been asked to pull up in the drive through while they bring me my order. The food has always been great, just like any other Chick Fil A chain, and the people try, but this is not the level of service that normally comes with Chick Fil A. They have failed to get their systems and processes down to a science like other locations. The three stars are due to the quality of food from a Chick Fil A establishment. read more

Its very clean and high traffic and the food is of great quality and flavor BUT a kid screaming totally ruined my visit. The mom said, "if you do that one more time, we're leaving" and of course the child kept it up and both yuppy parents just sat there oblivious to everyone else's discomfort.
