I'd like to start this review by thanking Owner and manager Kirsten Moskoivtz for being such an absolutely rude individual with no regard for any type of customer service at her franchise. If you're a hard working individual that values where your money goes, do not waste it here! Labor Day weekend, Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup and when I got home they were both wrong. The owner herself was the one whose actually made My order! When I called in, She absolutely INSISTED they were made correctly even though I had two pizzas in front of my very eyes and they were not what I ordered. After refusing to deliver the correct order and having me drive back to the store, when I asked what their delivery area was she just told me to "get out of her store". Someone with her attitude would do better working as a janitor or something else with minimal human interaction. Customer service is definitely not something she values. read more

This dominoes is absolutely useless. Got 100% of my order wrong. Ordered extra jalapeños and there was not one on the pizza. Ordered a salad with extra salad dressing no extra salad dressing. Honestly I don't really like Dominos Pizza and prefer to order from a local establishment, but every once in a blue moon I will order some Dominos. The appeal of Dominos is obviously that it is cheaper than most other pizza places, so you get what you pay for. Quick pizza that isn't very good but gets the job done. My son and I are regular customers. Sometimes we order Domino's once a week, sometimes twice. On Thursday July 25th at approximately 8PM my son suggested Domino's because he had earned a free medium pizza. He inadvertently ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas instead of 1 pepperoni and 1 white with extra cheese. Needless to say I called Domino's, spoke to a woman, did not get her name. She said another pizza would be $18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $18 for dough and cheese? Really?? So I explained that we had accidentally ordered the wrong pizza. I am allergic to pepperoni so our meal was ruined. The woman I spoke to was not very nice and refused to send another pizza at no charge seeing that we made a MISTAKE. We eat here way to much, but that's okay! The kids love it. We use the mobile app for quick easy ordering and we've never had a problem. I ordered tonight online and was very irritated that they wouldn't allow my order unless I paid with a credit card.. I prefer to pay cash and tip my driver cash, my order was $38 and change and I understand some people make false orders and what not but I don't feel it's right to penalize people for placing orders who want to pay cash.. I went in one night after a long day of work and the staff was very friendly and smiling and even engaged in conversation with me as the food was being prepared. My order of Cheesy bread and a pasta bowl (The italian sausage one) were both delicious and made in a very reasonable amount of time.
