They are usually great in all their take out but the last 2 times of being there ordered a large turkey wrap and the inside had 5 paper thin slices of turkey and they charged 9.99 Very disappointed. Won't EVER order that again. Either add more meat for the price or take it off the menu. read more

Went to BRUCHETTIS about a year ago and ordered a cheese pizza - got to tell you I have never had a pizza as bad as this one. The sauce tasted like they put a ton of garlic in the sauce and they scimped on the cheese mixture. I say mixture because it was not a 100% mozzarella. I very rarely write reviews, but here's one. Bruchettis pizza in Sandown, NH should not be open. They are a terrible company run by people who do not have managerial skills. I only gave them one star because there is no negative scale. I ordered a pizza, onion rings and a salad for delivery. I placed my order at 5:30 p.m and then had to call them at 7:10 because they couldn't send out a delivery order within a two hour span about a mile down the road. I've lived in sandown for years now and have always had to debate ordering from them, never to be surprised with a meal that is so sub par that you can't consider it food. I was told they were not going to charge me for the delivery and the meal (which was wet onion rings and a real bad pizza and a half worked salad) but then they charged me any way for the meal. For the second time I had a pizza delivered and it was a complete mess when I opened the box. I wanted to give them a second chance but again all the toppings slid off the side. LOVE this place! I come here for lunch every time I'm in the area teaching horseback riding lessons. The cheese pizza is so darn yummy - perfect combo of gooey cheese, sweet sauce and tasty crust. Many other things I'd like to try, like the bbq and ziti with meatballs. Cake pops are really good as well - was bummed they didn't have any when I stopped in today. I have given this place more chances. My first experience. I call and place an order for pepperoni pizza pick up. They tell me 1hr. I arrive 1 hr later and they tell me the pizza will be right up. 25 mins later they again ask me what i am waiting for and i give them my name and tell them a simple pepperoni pizza that was supposed to be ready 25 mins ago. I see them looking around in the back for my order and they tell me again it will be right up. After hearing them tell each other they never even made my pizza and make me wait another 25 mins, I complained and all i got was just "im sorry". I give them the benefit of the doubt. Errors happen. My next order ( 2nd chance) came with an order of a steak and cheese sub. This time the order was much quicker. But! There was barley any steak in the sub. There was more bread than there was steak n cheese. And to top it off, it was over priced. Next chance i gave them came with an order of Meat Ball sub. Again, more bread than meatballs and sauce. Not to mention it ended up being a laxative. Im all set with this place. Its the only (over priced) food in this town. I think that is the only reason it survives. Bruchettis is the perfect spot for a quick bite for lunch. Not only is the food exceptionally good, it's also prepared quickly and with the most attentive and thoughtful service from the staff. I've enjoyed both their cheese pizza and a Greek salad with chicken! Bonus for those who carry reusable water bottles is that Bruchetti's has a free water filter for guests to use! We order from here a lot. Solid pizza, GREAT chicken cutlets. Service is always pleasant, if at times slightly scatterbrained (was told last time to expect 45 minutes for call-ahead, only to arrive after 20 mins and finding our order all ready).
