I wanted pizza tonight so I decided to try this place out. I had no clue where it was. I literally pass by it everyday going to and from work and never even knew it was there. It's in a shopping center that is usually empty. I decided to get a small chicken cordon Bleu and pepperoni pizza. I would rate the chicken cordon Bleu 8.5/10. And the pepperoni a 7/10 only because the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. I would definitely go back for the Alfredo pizzas though. read more

I stopped by there today to get a gift card for my neighbor who loves this place. While there I decided to try a steak bomb for myself! Wow, I was extremely impressed with the 9 inch steak bomb. I ordered a steak tip Caesar wrap as I've heard they are awesome. I was very pleased with my wrap, it had extra croutons just as requested and the steak tips had really good flavor. Back for more. This time tried the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Lots of huge chunks of grilled chicken and broccoli pieces, good and garlicky. Alfredo was just the right amount, not so much as to drown everything. Could have done without the heavy sprinkling of grated "Parmesan" cheese on top. Didn't know that was on until we got the meal home. Garlic bread was chock full of minced garlic. Loved it. Have a breath mint, or five, handy if your dinner partner isn't partaking. Remembered the baklava. Meh. Certainly a good sized portion and not super soaked in syrup, but lacked flavor for me. Could have had more nutmeg/cinnamon and perhaps a dash of lemon zest to cut the sweet a bit. read more

Ordered take out due to the COVID Pandemic. Figured we would support local business during this crisis. The food was great, however, very disappointed that not one person working there was wearing a mask or following any of the CDC guidelines. Neither were any of the customers I witnessed going in. Every time I go, for lunch dinner or even a slice of pizza it is fantastic. Out of all the pizza shops in the area, Acropolis by far leads the way with flavor, ingredient quality and just personnel. I rarely order from here any longer as I have since moved away however, I come back this way to visit family and when I do I try my best to find a reason to stop in. Back about 10 years ago I would come here often with my girlfriend at the time and the owner was always extremely nice, 10 years later I stop in and he still remembers me. One word: RUDE. Went there for the first time on Friday to pick up a pizza. I wanted a side order of chicken fingers. The girl at the counter, who had major attitude, couldn't be bothered & quite frankly looked like she couldn't care less. The staff appeared miserable. Very bad energy. Dont go by the online menu, they are all wrong. Went in and knew the total from the menu and was told me they haven't changed the online menu in 5 years. Food was ok, but not filling compared to other spots. Also charge a lot for toppings that usually are included in subs. read more
