HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called in order for 1 sub and chicken finger plate. Was told pickup in 25 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes and order was not even started. No rush on people working to get updates on order. 45 minutes after ordering got order. Not impressed with food. NEVER going back. read more

I figured my first review should be one of my favorite pizza places. Bruchettis opened about a year ago and I happened upon this little gem about 3 monthes ago. Fantastic Hand Tossed Pizza, usual favorites subs that are offered everywhere, but then there are the specialites,The Big Bird is one of my favs :) Fantastic daily soups and great pub fries too. Prices are very reasonable and the service is Fantastic And Friendly. A great place to grab lunch or for a quick dinner.. Bruchettis Sauce is Fantastic too:) Check it out,you wont be dissapointed read more

We order from here a lot. Solid pizza, GREAT chicken cutlets. Service is always pleasant, if at times slightly scatterbrained (was told last time to expect 45 minutes for call-ahead, only to arrive after 20 mins and finding our order all ready). Just discovered the Sporky pizza, SO good: mushrooms, sausage, ricotta cheese in addition to the mozzarella and absolutely COVERED in garlic. Fantastic! read more

I've ordered here three times. The first time food was great! The second it was disgusting. The third time figuring second time was just a mistake they didn't do well the third time. Guess I won't be going a fourth time. read more

Got a bacon and black olive pizza and it was delicious. Not too greasy and just the right amount of toppings. read more

Waited 30 minutes for 2 cannoli. I've been in line behind 60 people at Mikes or Modern and didn't wait that long. The girl that took my order kept taking orders over the phone and anyone that walked in. I watched them made pizza and meals from start to finish while I waited and no one had the sense to fill my order first. I've said it before about this place, the food is good but they have a terrible system of how they fill orders. They need someone to go in and teach them how to run a takeout restaurant. Too bad because the woman that owns the place is nice and the food is good but not worth the wait! I won't be back. read more

Food is good, but it doesn't matter whether you are picking up or getting delivery, prepare yourself for atleast an hour wait for either. Tonight we were told 40-45min for pickup, waited over 1hr instead, and got home and my order was wrong. Foods good, but the service sucks so bad, my husband and I decided tonight that this was it. We will never be back. read more

They advertise that they deliver but will not go 4 miles away to deliver a $50 order so I sent someone to pick it up and the food was disgusting I would never recommend anybody to eat there I guarantee within three months they will be closed down due to no business and crap food get a better cook read more

Food is good for being the only pizza place in the area, just be prepared to wait. If you order take out and they say 25 minutes wait at least 45- 1 hour unless you feel like sitting around wondering what is taking soo long read more

this place is awesome! i've had pizza, salads, subs, soup, calzones & desserts; they're all wonderful! the staff is also very friendly & helpful! just today i was in there and the young man working the cash register helped a woman out to her car that had a few pizzas to carry. eating in is nice as well, there are TV's and the place is very clean, which is always a plus. i highly recommend bruchetti's! read more

An hour predicted delivery time; fine. It's Saturday. Understandable. But adding an additional half hour on; delivering luke warm food that is both a) incorrect and b) the wrong sizes... Not ok. I'm going to put it like this; if you like feeling like you got your money's worth out of something, I would avoid the ever loving hell out of this place. read more

Love their pizza, my son loves the meatballs. Friendly staff and can't beat the convenience right jn town.

I don't understand the great reviews for this place? It sucks flat out! No wonder the place is for sale! The pizza is horrendous, the subs are ok, and the calzones are horrendous and everything is way overpriced! If this is what the 'locals' think is 'great', the locals need an awakening!! Nothing, minus the cooler of beverages, is not frozen! NASTY!! read more

This is the real deal pizza and sub shop. And for New Hampshire likely one of the best for miles. Busy Friday night we ordered cheese pizza, barbeque chicken pizza and a veggie pizza and they were all fantastic. First good sign a real pizza oven , not the conveyor type ovens that a monkey could manage. Second the owner of the place pushes all the pizzas in the oven and takes each one out. And the process by which she does this is first rate. All the pizzas are cooked on a perforated pan, and at about 99% of places around here that would be enough. But not here. Each pie has the pan removed and the pizza is put back in the oven for another 3 minutes or so to insure a crisp crust. Overall great shop, delicious food and I highly recommend. read more

The food here is bad. I mean really bad. It is the only restaurant in town and so conveniently located but I can't bring myself to eat there. The pizza is awful. It's not just the food though it's the service. They are so unorganized. I ordered pick up. My order wasn't complicated. Two pizzas and a salad. They told me it would be an hour. Fine. I went to pick up after an hour and was told it's not ready. Fine. Twenty minutes pass. I saw two pizzas on top of the oven and asked if maybe they were mine. I was told "no" quite rudely. I sat again.... 20 more minutes and went up again. I asked again. The girl hesitantly asked the cook if the pizzas were ready. He points to the pizzas on top of the oven and said "Those are them." They had been sitting there since I went in to pick up! Then she writes a coupon for $10 off for my trouble and when I went in to redeem I was told that they don't do that and had to pay. I refused to pay for the small pizza and that was the last time I ever ordered. Locals will defend this place to the death! I don't get it. read more

Foos is awesome. Service is always fast and friendly. They started doing smoked BBQ, and it rivals any BBQ restaurant ive ever been to. I love this place. read more

Put us on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. Other times called and it was a 45 minutes wait time to pickup for 1 pizza. Try somewhere else plenty of other pizza places. read more

A big fan of this little eatery - eat in or take out! The pizzas are SO delicious with the freshest toppings, cooked perfectly. The crust and all is better tasting than a brick oven pizza. Soups here are the best... especially the chili! Subs of all kinds, and dinners too. Hats off to a well staffed, efficient, and friendly local place where they treat you right and all for the right price! Try it, you'll like it!! read more

I love this place any time that I'm home I like to stop by. The food is very tasteful and the service is always first class.

Great local pizza shop! Friendly staff! Delicious giant calzones... We had the steak bomb last night. Simply Amazing. Fast dine-in service even though they were getting bombed with orders during the rush hour we were there. Great job! read more

Great food, but definitely dont go if you're in a rush!! We've had them deliver twice and both times took an hour and a half. I'd understand if it were a Saturday night but both were week nights. We also ordered pick up once and still had to wait an hour. Like I said it's good food but dont know if its worth the wait. read more

The pizza is good but have yet to have anything else thats worth the trip. I got a sandwich the other day and it had hardly any meat or cheese on it. The bread is way to soft not like a delicious italian sub should be which is crusty on the outside and soft inside. The meatballs are expensive and taste like they are frozen. I also got an eggplant parm dinner and it was frozen eggplant cut up with way too much sauce and not enough eggplant. They would probably get way more busuness if they just improved the food quality. Make the menu smaller but make things homemade instead of frozen. read more

This pizzeria is one of my favorite places to order take out from. The food has good quality to it, but sometimes that quality can vary and the food might not taste as good as it did the last you ordered out from Bruchettis. If you do happen to order from Bruchettis I advise that you go down to pick it up, because they do not have many drivers, it takes hem about an hour to deliver the food, and they refuse to hire more drivers. read more

Food is awesome, but every time I go in the owner is, by no exaggeration, yelling at her staff. I have walked in multiple times to her talking down to her employees and being visibly annoyed and angry. The employees have always been really nice, and like I said the food yummy, but she makes it a really uncomfortable environment. read more

Excellent subs, pizza, salads etc. Friendly staff, good food at a good price. Close to home, so been going here since it opened. Can't say enough good things about the food, staff and owner. read more

First impression: GREAT! Food was delivered quickly and was warm! Thrilled to find a good restaurant that delivers to my area!

The food isn't bad but they almost never get the order right. They are unable to follow simple instructions.

Went to have a couple of sandwiches and we were very impressed. They were excellent and the cost was responsible. We are certainly going back again. read more

Fantastic food!! I highly recommend the chicken because the owner takes hours a day to cut out the fatty parts. The staff there is extremely friendly and welcoming. read more

Their calzones are delicious, great pizza and subs. We only do take out from Bruchetti's. And they deliver!

If i could give zero stars i would. Iv been here a few times, and everytime there is an issue. The girl who makes the pizza on the weekend. Not sure of her name as no one has a name tag. Is so rude not just to her customers but her employees. I was there and everyone was busy and the phone was ringing...she ignored it and made someone else get it who was trying to help someone else already. Iv noticed some changes since the first time i went there by dress. But now they are wearing chef Jackets...it looks ridiculous because of how everyones attitude is there. The food is okay but for me customer service is a huge part of where i buy things. I dont feel welcome here and the staff is so rude to each other. If i was the owner id really consider firing that girl because of how mean she is to everyone...shes honestly loosing business with this girl working here. read more
