For four years, I've given this location so many chances, because they are the closest pizza place to my house. They are the epitome of over promise and under deliver. The pizza is rarely ready when the tracker says it is, most of the pizzas are undercooked, even when I ask for well-done, and it's very uncommon to actually get everything I paid for. Parking can get completely ridiculous when they are busy, and they tend to skimp on the toppings, even if you do actually get what you ordered. They refuse to credit you directly, instead only offering store credit, which seems to mysteriously disappear when you bring it up later. I'm done. read more

I got the little parmesan bread bites. DELICIOUS. They DID THAT. Got them previously in Napa CA and they were dry af and had no flavor. I got them tonight for my 20point reward redemption here at the Dom on Wellesley and it was well worth it. You can see there is plenty of garlic and butter in the box to make them nice and tasty. Usually they are great but last time we placed an order and both the pizza and the cheese bread were raw, like chewed bubblegum raw. We called them immediately and they offered to send out replacements or credit we said we'd take it as credit. Well we just called in to use the credit and they said that there wasn't any credit and started arguing with us about how they could never be raw, yet I have seen that other people have rated saying the same thing! Call to claim, and we added extras. 1.5 hours later, nothing! call and they said they have nothing in their system. "Manager" was cocky AF and rude. Refused to help at all. Shame on Dominos. It's a beautiful Monday afternoon and we were craving pizza!! We decided to order take out online and the order from start to finish was done within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we were informed to call when we arrived and was impressed with the safetey precautionary measures the business have taken to ensure that both the customer and employees are safe. After you call the number on the front door, an employee comes out with a tray to place on the hood of your vehicle. That's were you leave your payment. Next after they process your payment, they bring out your order all at a safe distance placing it on the hood of your vehicle while the items are covered in a plastic bag. Our order from Domino's all the time 9 out of 10 times when they deliver my pizza and it's undercooked and it is just super unacceptable. Their quality has gone down so much and is ridiculous on the tracker they have a thing called quality control that we wait for them to do yet I never receive a quality Pizza and it's frustrating especially when you're sick and don't want to cook for yourself I spent $40 on a pizza for it to show up undercooked and it's bull crap . I honestly pick Dominos over any other delivery pizza because the mobile app is so easy to use. Other places are not quite up to par and who calls the store to make an order these days? Lol. I do like the pizza here though. It's always correct (knock on wood) and fresh! And the online coupons are awesome and easy to customize. What does suck is the fact that you use all the same type of dough for your cheesy bread, cinnastix, etc. So we never order those extra items anymore. Cinnastix used to be more like a cinnamon roll dough and now you're paying for all the same crap. You get the idea I'm trying to convey. But they are always convenient and easy! read more

I ordered 3 different pizzas on line to be delivere, and 2 of them were the same pizza. When I called and talked to the General Manager she said that she personally made our order and made it exactly as it came thru and that I should double check my order before placing it. I assured her that I double checked my order and again she said she made the pizza exact as it came thru. I told her she may want to check her wed site because that was not what I had ordered and asked if they could make it right and send the pizza I had ordered, she said no she would not remake our pizza. So I think I ordered from one farther away from me. My front bushes haven't been trimmed so it was hard to see my address. The delivery guy was awesome ( can't remember his name) commented on all the boxes as I'm moving and asked if I was moving in or out, very friendly and not annoyed about the bushes. I usually order from Pizza Hut but I took advantage of dominos 50% off on line ordering deal, so glad I did. Pizza is better that the Hut and chocolate molten cakes are amazing.
