Not sure what's happening here but several times now we have ordered our pizzas without the garlic butter on the crust and it's had it when picking up. Thankfully I check before leaving. This isn't just a preference, it's due to as food allergy. Each time they have had to re-make the pizzas, which makes my sit in their store another 20 minutes or so. On this last occasion there was never an oops, we're sorry, just the counter person looking at me and telling me it'll be a bit before they're ready. I think we may be edging closer to shutting down our ordering pizza from here. read more

Domino's Pizza - 2 topping ? - Pizza Near Me - Spokane, Washington

Waited over an hour for my food, no garlic butter crust which goes on all hand tossed pizzas, sloppy topping placement some slices had very little to no toppings as well as missing toppings meaning I over paid. The lady that cashed me out was extremely rude with all of these issues and no compensation I will not be coming back to this location. I paid $50 to be disrespected and to receive the wrong order. read more

Don't order on Mondays. Failed to make pizza correctly, forgetting buffalo sauce in a spicy bacon chicken ranch. When questioning it with the counter person, they looked at pizza and seemed confused. Left with no action taken. Also app was never updated for status, going from making to done, making my arrival time not timely. read more

This is not a review of the store but of Domino's website. We were told the order would take 7-17 minutes. 34 minutes later we were notified our pizza went into the oven. Algorithm on website should be able to extend pick up time when more orders come in. Employees were working hard making/delivering pizzas. We were not the only ones sitting in the parking lot for 20+ minutes. read more

so there was ants crawling out of my food. multiple. i called asked for a new one. never showed up and no refund. shut down please.

Just got done eating lunch we picked up from this restaurant, the first thing on my mind was to leave a review. Pizza was cooked absolutely perfect and done in 10 minutes. I've never had dominos this good. Dude with the dreads and the other employee who was working this shift 2:30 pm 06/29 need a raise. Don't be cheap, give them a raise for real. read more

I always liked Domino's. They have a good selection of sandwiches and pizzas and salad. Also,

Expensive, long wait times. $81 for 3 large pizzas... you'd be better off spending your money elsewhere and would get a better amount for your money. It's also loud and you have yell, or repeat yourself 2 to 3 times abs hope they heard your order correct. But again, 3 pizzas for $81. Absolutely appalling. read more

i ordered a pizza, it ass about 20 mibs late, I called back and talked to the manager and he was incredibly rude. "Im in charge of 1M stores" tha's total bullshit theb he threatened to call the police on me for "harrassing" him. Sir what have I done to harass you? the store on 603 W. 3rd Ave, Spokane Washington needs to take a seriou look at their hiring proxess. The manager of this store knows no customer service and he should be fired. read more

Service was good, but my pizza cooked very long, they said about 15 minutes but i've waiting for 50 minutes! Ambiance is not pretty good too, here not to much space if you will waiting inside, but if you order from app or something else it will be not that bad, at least pizza is taste good read more

The two pizzas that were just delivered to me were the best I've had from this store in ages. They were top notch!! Not merely good (which they usually are) but EXCELLENT. Really appreciate that. Delivery was great as it always is. read more

We ordered on the phone. I had to wait for almost an hour, they couldn't find my order even though I paid for it. Then when they asked me the fourth or fifth time what we ordered and I told them, I only got part of our order. The staff was very friendly and helpful but there were a lot of orders they got wrong and a lot of people that were waiting along with me. I'm not sure I will use this store location the next time we get pizza at Domino's. read more

This is what they send out when you order their hot wings. Dried up shriveled chicken, unbelievable. Actually I shouldn't be surprised. Thanks for the buffalo sauce guys... Garbage read more

Super, personalized service. Efficient delivery. Delicious pizza. We also enjoy both the garden and the Caesar salads. Handy location. We sincerely appreciate Domino's on Alberts. read more

I love domino's!! The buttery garlic crust is like a secret bread stick at the end of a meat pie, what's not to love. I've been to this location the most, they're always quick with delivery, and if anything is going on with your order they are responsive and courteous. The stores always clean, plenty of parking, and ordering online there's the awesome pizza tracker, that's actually accurate AF. read more

I get that chicken is really expensive right now, but OMG! Ordered 16 boneless wings and 16 Parmesan wings and a salad was $51 the chicken wings have maybe a level tablespoon of meat on each one they are the tiniest wings I've ever seen in my life I think they came off of a quail. Will not order wing's from Domino's again. read more

We order quite a bit from Domino's, especially during this pandemic. We are tired of Domino's misleading the free pizza promotion. It is not free. You get charged taxes/delivery charges each time you order. Tonight we were going to redeem our free coupon thinking we would be able to skip the charges if I drove to the store, but that is not the case. So it's not free and every time we have redeemed our "free" pizza coupon in the past the pizza is crappily made. Time to find a new pizza place. read more

The pizza was fine. However, when I walked out of the store, a delivery driver screamed at a female customer who was pulling out from the parking lot, "Watch where you're fucking going, asshole!" This is unacceptable. He was driving a blue Subaru Outback with a WA license plate. He was wearing a Domino's uniform, with the sign on his car. With so many pizza places priced similarly, customer service is extremely important. This incident completely soured my experience, as I imagine it soured hers. read more

Ordered good at 7:17 saw on the tracker out food was taken out at 7:56 then sat waiting for 20 minutes to be delivered. Food arrived 20 minutes later. Food was luke warm and hard. Called the store to notice them or my order. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude making me feel like it was my issue. Was told by her she would re make my pizzas well 45 minutes later I called to see where my dinner was at 9:30 And she never put the order thru again! This is extremely rude and to have someone waiting on dinner is not necessary . This has always been my go to place when I have worked 13 hour days and need something quick! This will honestly be the last time i order from you again. To be told at 9:30 at night your screwed for dinner isn't ok with me! What happened to the cold food we will fix it? read more

I don't mind Dominos pizza, it's nice to change it up and order from different places. My problem with this store is incorrect or incomplete orders. In the last 18 months I've had mistakes on almost every order. Forgotten soda, incorrect pizza, no dipping sauces are all common problems. They are happy to fix these issues, but it's a pain in the ass to always be calling them. read more

We order here all the time but the pizza delivery drivers are lacking. Tonight my 3 year old son ( very excited to see the pizza man) started up a conversation. The driver just ignored him and couldn't be less interested. It broke his heart and I will not order here again. I understand the drivers are busy but he could have at least smiled. It was rude and heartless. Dominos is not family friendly and I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. read more

Watching world news and saw a blurp about Domino's doing something special, maybe, during the virus ep, I was so shocked that the guy making the pizza wasn't wearing gloves, I didn't hear why they were being reported on !!! not sure I can eat from them ever again.... please wear gloves preparing food. read more

Very slow and very low quality food i don't appreciate this public joint it is not satisfying sorry but i think dominos should step there game up a little. At least make the food worth the price read more

I wouldn't normally review a major chain, but I have to give props to Dominos on the revamp of their menu and service. My only problem is that I have been ordering weekly since the first taste. I've ordered their hand-made, slow-baked pan pizzas four times now and I'm a fan. The crust is nicely tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The toppings are top-notch and tasty. Same goes for their new pizza sauce. I really appreciate that I can take advantage of a special that includes two toppings and add a couple more at a reasonable price. read more

I love this Dominos! The drivers are always great and the sandwiches are our favorite!

Well, if you like to eat your pizza in one big bite you would be smart to choose this Dominos. However, if you are like the rest of the world and like to share your pizza with friends and family this place might not be the best choice. Third time I've received a pizza that is not cut from this restaurant. So in the special instructions you might want to ensure you ask for a cut pizza when you order. read more

Closing at 10 PM for carryout, yet remaining open for 2-3 more hours is not helpful at all. It's obviously a choice of the individual owner since other locations in Spokane allow carryout right up until closing time. Not really sure how a customer walking in stops you from being able to clean the store for the night anymore than having the delivery driver leave does. I'm not paying a $4 delivery fee since you don't share it with the driver. I'm then expected to tip on top of that, meaning I end up spending nearly $10 just to have $14 worth of pizza delivered. Stay open for carry out later, since I'm pretty sure the delivery fee price gouging is a corporate level policy. read more

My store, on Alberta in North Spokane, has great people. They deliver good food fast. They know I have a dog and act according. The food is a big surprise.
