Not sure what's happening here but several times now we have ordered our pizzas without the garlic butter on the crust and it's had it when picking up. Thankfully I check before leaving. This isn't just a preference, it's due to as food allergy. Each time they have had to re-make the pizzas, which makes my sit in their store another 20 minutes or so. On this last occasion there was never an oops, we're sorry, just the counter person looking at me and telling me it'll be a bit before they're ready. I think we may be edging closer to shutting down our ordering pizza from here. read more

This is not a review of the store but of Domino's website. We were told the order would take 7-17 minutes. 34 minutes later we were notified our pizza went into the oven. Algorithm on website should be able to extend pick up time when more orders come in. Employees were working hard making/delivering pizzas. I've been to this location the most, they're always quick with delivery, and if anything is going on with your order they are responsive and courteous. You get charged taxes/delivery charges each time you order. Tonight we were going to redeem our free coupon thinking we would be able to skip the charges if I drove to the store, but that is not the case. The pizza was fine. However, when I walked out of the store, a delivery driver screamed at a female customer who was pulling out from the parking lot, "Watch where you're fucking going, asshole!" This is unacceptable. He was driving a blue Subaru Outback with a WA license plate. He was wearing a Domino's uniform, with the sign on his car. I don't mind Dominos pizza, it's nice to change it up and order from different places. My problem with this store is incorrect or incomplete orders. In the last 18 months I've had mistakes on almost every order. Forgotten soda, incorrect pizza, no dipping sauces are all common problems. I wouldn't normally review a major chain, but I have to give props to Dominos on the revamp of their menu and service. My only problem is that I have been ordering weekly since the first taste. I've ordered their hand-made, slow-baked pan pizzas four times now and I'm a fan. The crust is nicely tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The toppings are top-notch and tasty. Same goes for their new pizza sauce. I really appreciate that I can take advantage of a special that includes two toppings and add a couple more at a reasonable price. read more

Closing at 10 PM for carryout, yet remaining open for 2-3 more hours is not helpful at all. It's obviously a choice of the individual owner since other locations in Spokane allow carryout right up until closing time. Not really sure how a customer walking in stops you from being able to clean the store for the night anymore than having the delivery driver leave does. I'm not paying a $4 delivery fee since you don't share it with the driver. I'm then expected to tip on top of that, meaning I end up spending nearly $10 just to have $14 worth of pizza delivered. Stay open for carry out later, since I'm pretty sure the delivery fee price gouging is a corporate level policy. read more

The pan pizza is awesome. The kids loved the Ultimate peperoni feast pizza. We tried the parmesan bread bites and they were great too. Soft inside with a light crust on the outside, great for dipping in their garlic butter sauce. They melt in your mouth. We are very satisfied with the food and service we receive from this store.
