Despite placing my order online and being given a 20-30 minute wait, my food had not been marked as delivered despite it being 50 minutes later. However on their app it was marked as delivered. They like to close 30-40 minutes before closing just because some of the workers are lazy. I call to ask if I can takeout because on google it says they close at 1:15 and on the app at 1:00 and I'm calling at 12:24 a guy picks up says hold on asks someone else I guess and tells me sorry we can't accept anymore orders for no apparent reason. Ive always been a fan of Domino's pizza. I used to be 10 minutes from them when I used to live in Old Bridge. I used to get cheesy bread from them with extra marinara dipping sauce on the side. They are usually pretty good with timing. 30 minutes or less. Now, they have a new HYPE in this Domino's craze. The crust now has a garlic-herb seasoning, their sauce is supposed to be sweeter and bolder; and the cheese, well, the company is promising "shredded cheese made with 100% real mozzarella and flavored with just a hint of provolone," . Tried it with extra Pepperoni in there, and wow they made me and my brother a believer thats for sure. Thumbs up for this place! read more

I visited this location today and my experience was beyond terrible ! I had a promotion for a free medium 2-Topping Pizza from my cellphone provider (Verizon) . In order to get the free pizza you had to place the order online and pick it up . Definitely not a problem since I live 5-7 minutes away from this location on 516. I was having trouble trying to figure out where to add the promo code so I called the store and male employee said don't worry about it just submit the online order and we will apply it when you come in to pick up your order . So I received a text that my pizza was ready , I go inside and advise them that I spoke to someone that said all they needed was the code from my phone to apply the offer . The male employee was very helpful and tried his best to apply it but couldn't. He called over a woman (Maha) and she said oh we can't use this . I said why ? It expires at the end of the month ? She said the only thing I can do is offer you a deal on this medium pie & thew up her hands and walked away . She didn't even try to help me . She didn't even allow me to say anything ! So I just stood there looking dumb all the employees working to fulfill orders and no one at the counter . So I went back on the Dominos website to try to figure out where I went wrong .. well I figured it out placed the order on the website and the discount was applied . I called the Maha back over to the counter to show her that the promotion code was accepted and she just had a blank stare on her face .. she didn't get my pizza for me or anything . I asked the male employee to look at the system that it's showing free and I showed him my phone . He then got my pizza and I left ! I was so upset ! Why be so mean during this pandemic ?!?! What if I didn't have money to pay for this pizza (as an essential employee) and relied on this promo code to eat . Maha should really be ashamed of herself and how she treated me ! My review is not on the product,it's on the treatment of my 12 year old son. He received a $20 gift card for Christmas. Last month he called this local store that he has ordered many times before. Ordered one pie and a bottle of soda for delivery. He asked for the current special that was advertised on TV. He was charged over $25 for it. When I came home and called the store and asked for a manager I was in hold for over 15 mins. Then this nasty women came on, listened to what had happened and said it was his fault for paying it. Ok fine. Nice customer service skills. We went from ordering a few times a month to sharing my story a few times a day. read more

Ordered two pasta dishes, when I got home I discovered both dishes were only half full. I have ordered these dishes many times and they were always filled to the top. I called the store asked to speak to a manager and politely asked for a credit. Manager claimed that she would have to see the Pasta dishes and "WITNESS" that they were half full to get the Manager to give me a credit. I then said I thought you were the manager? She side stepped the question and told me I would have to drive back so she could see the dishes. I informed her that I was not going to drive back just to just to have her check the dishes. Food has 100% changed since company changed over ingredients, menu and overall taste of their food. Since the change. The food is so much better. This location recently moved from route 9 and the wait time hasn't changed a bit. Still fast and always arrives hot and fresh. Sad that dominos is still better pizza than so many of the other pizza places on 516, and I'm very picky with pizza. Price is pretty good, you can always find a deal. We really like that we can follow the pizza being made, find that pretty cool that we know exactly when it is being put in the oven and then on its way to us. read more
