Sadly, Krispy Pizza missed the mark for me. I got hyped seeing all the pizza from social media that I wanted to try one of their locations closest to me. I ordered online and upon arriving, it was very busy inside. I ordered a plain cheese pizza, as I feel like it's the best way to give the most general feedback. The pizza I got wasn't crispy at all. Maybe from sitting in the box for a short while I was in line. The cheese was a bit overwhelming for me as it overtook most of the slices since the dough was so thin. The sauce was probably the only thing I did enjoy, even though I could only taste it toward the end of the crust. It had just the right amount of sweetness and tang. I would be willing to give Krispy Pizza another shot, but probably at their more famous Brooklyn location and as a dine-in.

9/12/25 - While running errands, the dinner bell in my stomach rang. I have driven by Krispy Pizza in Old Bridge, NJ hundreds of times and tonight I was determined to stop. Krispy markets their Brooklyn heritage the minute you walk in. There's pictures of Brooklyn pasted all over the walls. But before you even get to that, the parking situation will remind you of Brooklyn. The lot is ridiculously small with cars and trucks lined up wherever they can fit in hopes of grabbing the next available spot. I personally think the name Krispy Pizza is a bit silly for a shop that wants you to associate them with Brooklyn but I wont hold that against them. After God smiles upon you with a spot, you head into a mob scene. No one directs you where to order. The people waiting by the counter run two to three deep. Almost everyone is shaking their heads in frustration. Its impossible to know who already ordered, who phoned in, who is waiting to place an order and where you should be standing. And there are no tables to be had. I literally asked a waitress for help. After finally placing our order, we noticed they weren't putting our slices in the oven. Why? The ovens were full. After another 15 minutes, the waitress directed me to a table while my son stayed behind to secure the order. This is where the bad ends however. The pizza is delightful and with the first bite, you understand why all these people are here and putting up with a terrible dining experience. The pizza is that good. I had a plain neopolitan, a Palermo Sicilian and a Tri-Color Sicilian. The plain is crunchy and flavorful. Nothing but premium ingredients here. It was cooked well and not dry at all. The tri-color Sicilian had great Sicilian flavor as well. The unexpected flavor here is pesto. Although I didn't expect pesto, it absolutely works and adds another level of flavor to an already wonderful slice. But my favorite by far was the Palermo Sicilian. The sauce is a flavor bomb of tomatoes, onions and garlic. It's the top right one in the slice picture. And both Sicilian slices have that fantastic Sicilian flavored crust. I gave the place heavy deductions for the parking, ordering and seating experience which is nothing less than stressful. The only way to fix this is by getting a new spacious location with big parking lot. Overall Rating: B+

Five-Star Review for Krispy This Pizza joint is a must-visit! We tried the mozzarella stick and fries slice with Big Mac-style sauce, the barbecue chicken slice, and a slice with three different sauces--each one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous. Beyond the amazing pizza, the service was excellent--friendly, fast, and welcoming. The seating area is comfortable, casual, and clean, making it a great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. If you're a pizza lover looking for creative and well-executed slices, this is the place to go. I happened to notice that it was BYOB people were enjoying wine with pizza and although casual it's a great date night spot Highly recommend!

It's a very pretty pizza restaurant. Very busy on the weekends for dinner with families coming to eat dinner there. There is parking available in the back....youll most likely need to park here bc it's that busy. I've never been a fan of the pizza here though. Stick with the Krispini sandwich though!

Finally made it to Krispy Pizza and was not disappointed. It was on a late Friday and it was busy. Service was great considering it was so busy. Ordered a couple of Sicilian slices as an appetizer for me an my son and it hit the spot. It's was saucy as I like it and very crispy. One of the best Sicilian slices I've had. We also ordered a large pepperoni & it was equally delicious. Everything was fresh! I highly recommend checking this place out! I know I will be back again!

We were in town for hockey with the NJ Titans and stopped into a place we saw on TikTok. Several brothers following in the family biz with locations in NJ and NY. We went non traditional with this pie. Pep, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, hot honey & basil.

Great go to spot for pizza! Cannot say enough good things about the square vodka pie, the sauce is incredible. Also got the meatball and chicken parm subs which were fantastic. The only negative was the wait time for delivery which took about an hour.

I usually jist come here foe pizza. But decided to cha get it up and get something different. The food is very good. This place gets very busy amd can fill up fast. So plan your day. But the quality of the food is amazing. You wo t be disappointed.

After being bombarded with videos in my algorithm for this pizza place I made a detour on our way home from the city to stop in. It was well worth it. The slices were delicious. I wish I could've tried more options as they had so many choices that looked great! I love a thicker, Sicilian style slice and these did not disappoint. The homemade sauces on the trio slice go so well together and give you a difference taste with every bite.

We wanted to give this new business a try, but unfortunately we didn't it find the food to be good…read more We ordered Franco's favorite and a pear salad with grilled chicken. The pear salad was supposed to come with goat cheese, but it barely had any. It was basically a bunch of arugula with grilled chicken on top. The lemon dressing it came with was bland. The salad needed more goat cheese and a better dressing. Franco's favorite was ravioli Parmesan with shrimp fra Diavolo. The marinara sauce to the ravioli had no flavor and the fra Diavolo had no heat. The shrimp wasn't even breaded which was very odd. Our waitress wasn't the best either. We had to ask for water and more. coffee. She didn't even know what some dishes on the menu were. Needless to say I don't recommend, and I wouldn't come back.

Ordered a pie online. Got there 20 min later and the woman says it's almost ready, 2 more mins…read more After 10 min, I finally see them START making the pie! It was never even done! Instead of being honest and saying "hey we forgot to make your order", they instead ignore you and pretend you're not there watching them. Another 20 min later, the guy comes over, after 5 more pickup orders out the door while I sit on the stool looking like a jackass, says "I had to remake the pie"! Bullshit man! I have been standing here watching you for the past 30 mins and saw you make my pie 10 min after I walked in! Finally get the pie 5 min after that and they offer me a free 2 liter for my wait. Fair enough, I'll take it. Then I get home and open the pie box and it looks like this! Horrible undercooked slop! I call them up and tell them I want a new pie. He says no problem and will deliver it to me, where I literally live 2 min down the road. 40 min later, no show so I call back. He says he sent the driver 10 min ago and should be there any min. I give it another 30 min and still no show. I call back up again and said, if my pie isn't here in the next 2 min, I'm coming back for my money. He said he will call the delivery driver. 10 more minutes go by and I just go back to the restaurant. Guess what, the delivery guy is there with my pie!! Absolutely ridiculous!! A waste of almost two hours! Never, ever again will I order from here! They don't know what the hell they are doing! Shame the old owners sold to them. Back to Torino! The only reason I'm giving them an additional star is that he did give me the cold to the bone pie and my full refund along with the free 2 liter.
