Grandma and grandpa are running this pizzeria with tons of love and character you can taste it. making the best meatballs sub I've ever tasted. Meatballs are very tasty sauces sweet worth the trip. It's the meatball I travel an hour and a half form Brooklyn to smell Monday's freshly cooked meatballs. Don't be in a rush soak up the 1970s ambience, and relive old school school meatballs.

Delio's was the second spot we went to for our South Ambon pizza crawl, and it was still amazing even though we weren't even hungry! We came on a Tuesday night so it was fairly empty but the warmth was still very present in the restaurant--there was a tiny Italian woman who welcomed us and threw our slices in the oven, and she was so sweet! She threw in an extra slice for free for us. The interior is filled with so much history--family portraits on the walls, the menu sign hanging that looks like it's vintage, and all their decor. This is a restaurant with local history and legacy, and it's so wonderfully refreshing to eat at places like these. No frills, no tricks, no gimmicks, no trends. Just a family and their honest business in good, hearty pizza. Pizza itself was crusty, cheesy, and generous. Couldn't recommend it more!

Sicilian slice & a half.

I wouldn't waste your time if you want to order pizza. I wanted to try their pizza but I called and they said they don't deliver.

Came here on a Saturday night and got a seat at the hightops, no reservation needed. We started off…read morewith the artichoke poppers (similar to a jalapeño popper) which was delicious (mild flavor, not spicy at all). We then split a small garlic pie! The key is that the sauce is sweet, which makes it unique from other Italian spots. You're either going to enjoy it, or you may prefer a more traditional approach. A small pie has about 6 slices which makes it great to share. Staff was friendly and helped us narrow down our final order! Would definetely come again and try another pie

First let me say that I've been a repeat customer for many years ordering pizza to go. So I called…read morefor two pies one sausage, one 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage. They said 20 - 25 minutes until it would be ready which usually takes me that long to get there. So once I arrive they make you pay for the pizzas and said they will check to see if it was done. Three girls were there two giving take out orders and one hostess. They all repeatedly kept going in the back and coming out saying "A few more minutes" After 20 minutes I asked for a refund and said I didn't want the pies. Apparently if you complain they have to get the manager. Well the manager comes over and said he's going to check the back once again to see how much longer. He walks out about 2 minutes later with the pies. He then said "Oh sorry they forgot to put the order in" Which none of the girls informed me of the entire time I was there. Honestly I was mad because I've been a customer for years and that's how they treat their valued customers?? Not good! When I get home I opened up my pies and the 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage was correct. But the second pie was all MUSHROOMS, not sausage like I ordered. Honestly I think the way they handled it was BAD! Shows they DO NOT VALUE their repeat customers and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager kept saying "It was a mistake they forgot to put in the order!" Well next time I'll forget their phone number and ORDER ELSEWHERE where they value their customers!!!

This restaurant really takes your breath away. Before I arrived I felt like I was on a mission to…read morenowhere, and the next thing you know we hit this dead end by the pier and low and behold; Angelina's ! Visually stunning from the outside, with a lot of real estate. The decor on the inside is beautiful. This place can cater to parties and also operate to restaurant customers simultaneously. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. Service staff was on point and provided excellent attention and service. Food was good. My wife ordered the salmon with asparagus and pasta on the side. My son devoured his spaghetti marinara. I ordered the futtuccine, with crab meat. DELICIOUS. Lumps of crab meat with creamy butter sauce was sublime. Other orders made were veal chops, pomodoro pasta, risotto with langoustine. Fried calamari, baked clams were also a winner. Only negative take js my brother n law thought the portion for the risotto dish could have been bigger. He also felt the orange flavor on the saffron risotto was a bit overpowering. Asides from that everything was top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant. Hopefully we can go back sometime in the future. It's a bit of a commute but for the experience and memorable time had, it was worth it. Try Angelina's. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Had an amazing experience here!! This review is as a guest only. I can't speak too much about the…read morebooking experience and I can't speak to the cost of the event. I attended an engagement party with about 160 guests in the late evening 7-11pm. This location is out in the middle of nowhere and while driving to the venue, even the Uber driver who is from the area commented about the location and he double checked maps to make sure he was in the correct location. Parking seems very limited and there are residential homes right next to the venue making parking more difficult. But the venue does offer er valet. I would still recommend taking a driving service like Uber. Once inside the venue though, I was pleasantly surprised how big and nice the venue was. There was plenty of space to accommodate 18 large tables and still have a dance floor. Also, everything in the space was clean and dusted. I didn't notice any cobwebs or dust collected on any of the many large chandeliers or fabric drapes that hung from the ceiling. There were two bars so there was never a long wait for another drink and the bartenders were on it!! The food was really good for a venue buffet and the pizza station was fun to watch fresh pizza being made. There was another party being held at the same time at their other room but you couldn't hear their music over our venue's music. Regarding the accommodations to the venue set up, I was told that part did get a little stressful because our party planner needed more time to set up the venue than they initially permitted because the room was booked for an earlier venue but luckily that was all worked out so that the planner had plenty of time to set the room up. Overall, great experience!! If you need a large venue, I highly suggest you looking into this place.
