Place is okay, but seems to have gone down in quality over the past few months. Delivery is super fast if you are local!

First time trying this place after finding it online, and it did not disappoint. I was hoping to…read moregrab individual slices, but they were sold out since we went later in the evening. We ordered a four-section pie instead, and it was a great way to try a few different options. The Hot Boy pizza with hot honey was easily the standout, and the bottom right slice was also excellent. The darker meat slice on the bottom left was not my favorite. I did not enjoy it, but my partner did. Pizza was huge, and we had plenty left over. Next time, I'll make it earlier for the individual slices! Staff were nice. Environment was nice. Again, I came close to closing time but they were still taking plenty of orders!

It was definitely the star of the three types we had and came out delicious, cheesey and piping hot right out of the oven. Like most bar pies, it needs to be consumed right away as I don't think it travels over time well. The other two styles we had blended Indian flavors with a pizza medium. The nihari beef (weekends only) was a deliciously prepared shredded beef that comes with a stewed broth. First time having it and it was delicious! The butter chicken was heavy and filling but also super tasty. The woman at the counter was very informative and told us everything we needed to know about their pizzas. You're able to get any pizza in any style, offering you a different taste/variation on all their flavors. We'll dedinitely be back to try more and get another bar pie!

Appetizers to die for - fried calamari, clams oregano, everything is amazing. Pasta dishes that make you cry they are so delicious. Now let's talk about the pizza. True Neapolitan pizza. The crust is light and crispy and so special. The margarita pie is killer, the Emiliano - with prosciutto, Arugola, truffle oil and Parmigiano Reggiano is the best pizza in Old Bridge. It is not even close. Via Sposito is a hidden gem and among the best restaurants in NJ. Get there as soon as possible. You will be blown away.

They're an Italian restaurant with a good selection of dishes to meat various diets: salads, pastas, meat dishes, etc. The food was also pretty good, and service was fine. Better Italian food can be found in NJ, not too far away, but the location, quality and price point served our purposes. The servings are generous. I had the "Sunday Supper" (pasta served with red sauce, braciole, sausages, meatballs, and ribs), which I shared with my husband, and even so we had plenty to take home for another meal! I found the decor unusual in that there was a noticeable religious motif. In fact, a life size statue of the a Virgin Mary stood in the corner behind our table observing our little reunion. Odd for a restaurant, but it made for some fun comparing of notes afterwards.

4/10/26 - Been a bit since I did a review so I figured it was time. I was driving by Camillo's in…read moreSayreville, NJ and haven't had their pizza in quite some time so why not? For those of you who have not been there, Camillo's is more of an Italian restaurant, than a pizzeria. It has a pretty large seating area in the restaurant part of the building. It looks to my untrained eye that they had some extra room and decided to put it in a pizza oven near the entrance. From what I've described, I had the feeling this was going to be a disaster. But there was also a lot of foot traffic and diners in there which always make you optimistic. I ordered a large Sicilian (square) pie and a large pepperoni (round) pie. The crust on the sicilian pie had that great sicilian pizza flavor. It is thick and very chewy, but surprisingly light. If you are a cheese and sauce lover, this pie is for you. The cheese is fresh and tasty and is definitely premium. The sauce is well seasoned and very tangy and delicious. My opinion is they should probably cook it a little more because with all that cheese and sauce, there's not a lot of crispiness on any of the crust. I'd probably recommend eating it with a knife and fork because it can be that messy. The pepperoni pie that I ordered what was surprisingly thick. Again, this offering is of the thick and hearty variety. This pie, however, was not soggy and the slices stand up. It's not exactly crispy and crunchy, but it's not limp. The sauce is definitely the star here. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. I want to go back and sample some of the restaurant offerings. Overall Rating: B

We also love the cheese ravioli and lasagna. My husband enjoys their cheesesteak, but thought the Italian hot dog was TERRIBLE! It had no potatoes, barely any peppers, and no onions. It was very bland! The goat cheese and mushroom ravioli is just ok. There wasn't much goat cheese flavor, and all you can taste are the mushrooms. Skip the dessert here the chocolate cake was dry as can be, and the cheesecake was just ok. I recommend Camillo's in Sayreville!
