I got a pizza and cinnamon sticks, however when I opened the cinnamon sticks, they were just bread, no cinnamon or any other seasoning. I don't know who was working on 06/12/22 at approximately 9:30 pm, but that lady needs to learn how to speak to customers over the phone. I've NEVER had anyone shout at me my entire life when ordering food over the phone, I hope I'm not sounding like a male Karen but her attitude was atrocious. I called and asked her how many pieces do the wings come in, and because she must have had me on speaker it was a bit muffled so I asked her to repeat, I could sense she was aggravated. So then I asked her whats the price of the 16 pc, to which again I kindly asked if she could repeat because the background noise was pretty intrusive, and she proceeds to yell "ONE - FIVE - NINE - NINE!". That stopped me in my tracks, like I said, I've never been spoken to like that over the phone at any establishment and I told her to calm down and drop the attitude. She doubles down and says "ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING? I'M THE ONLY ONE WORKING HERE TONIGHT!" At which point I just hung up, I'm not gonna order food from such a disrespectful employee. Listen, I understand it gets hectic working in fast food, but you're insane to think a customer is going to finish their order after being shouted at because you're having a rough day at work. For the most part everyone there has always been nice and courteous, but as long as that particular person is working there and taking orders I'll pass. read more

Very disappointed pizza at these franchises are always marginal at best. So I figured if I placed an order and went and picked it up myself,well how could I go wrong, right? WRONG!! So I stroll in about 18 minutes after I placed the order, gave them my name and the kid said " here ya go sir,all set". So I grabbed my pie and went home. When I opened the box , this thing looked like it was sitting there overnight and the next day around 6 p.m when I went to get my order, they just threw some pepperoni's and black olive in it and warmed it up in the oven. I couldn't have been more disappointed in the way service has lacked all over the place. This is by far the BEST Domino's. They just renovated it a few months ago and it went from great to absolutely the best. Living a few minutes closer, I normally visit the Dedham Domino's, but choose to come here whenever I have a few extra minutes. Yeah, both the Dedham and Needham Domino's have the same (amazing) pizza, and the service is always fast and friendly at both locations. The difference, you ask? This Domino's is much larger, and has an actual seating area, while the other is much smaller. Service is always 100% accurate (in all of the times I've come here) and fast too. They have a automated pick-up time screen to see how long you still have to wait. Breadsticks are great, pizza is great (some people have something against Domino's, and I find it to be some of the best chain pizza.... It's sort of spicy but also bready and filling). While I do like Domino's in Dedham, this one is the "gem" because of it's ability to provide seating and lots of space to move around. The best spot for dinner in this precise area, and very convenient access from hospital next door. Additionally, they deliver to Needham and the surrounding area. As I'm from NYC there was never a need to eat Dominos pizza - ever. Now that I live in the suburbs I appreciate that Dominos deliver in 30 minutes or less for a nominal charge. I find the pizza to be very salty, but overall good. I love the iOS delivery app. I find it works fairly well although slightly clunky with more complicated orders. Minus one star for unfriendly counter staff. How about a smile and a genuine thank you? How about offering plates and utensils as we were eating in the store? Perhaps the young girl was having a bad day? Either way, I'd prefer to eat at Sweet Tomatoes down the street. Too bad they don't deliver. read more

Poor customer service and manager wasn't even helpful! My pizza was an hour late and when I called in to check the status of our order, they told me that they could not find my order. Delivery guys are always nice enough and they deliver to my middle of nowhere hole in the ground. They've messed up my order with a few missing drinks and marinara dips here and there but in 2 years, i think they're doing pretty good. read more

We moved in over this past summer and a couple months back we decided to try out the "new" pizza formula from our local Dominos. We were told that the sauce had a new little kick, the crust would have a nice garlic flavor brushed on, and the cheese would be different somehow (another one added maybe?). Anyways ... we thought the new pizza was great - a really good improvement on something we already liked a lot. The delivery time was a little longer than usual for Dominos ... but we didn't mind. Very disapointing. Ordered online. Thursday afternoon. Right down the street from my work (less than two miles) says the delivery will be 25 min. Online tracker says the delivery driver left dominos at 12:06, did not show up till after 1pm...refused the pizza as it was now cold, only thing that went well was girl at the store, Katie I spoke to was very nice and understanding and refunded money on car. Refused to deliver to me. I asked to cancel an order two minutes after after realizing that the special wasn't going to be honored. I then called back trying to order a normal pizza and was call discriminatory names and was told to go "f" myself when all i was attempting to do was purchase food from your establishment. Ordered crunchy thin crust large, half spinach and half Italian sausage. I had the spinach half and there were exactly 5 leaves of spinach on the half, not even evenly distributed because some pieces had none. That being said, I took my first bite of one and HEART ATTACK in a box ! There was what looked like a pizza but a pile of salt. This was our first and last time ordering. The food was delivered hot and on time. However, this is where the experience went downhill. We ordered the large, one topping pizza, which tastes oddly of soap. This place is unbelievably annoying. I ordered cheesy bread. They sent chicken instead in a similar looking box. When I called to ask them to bring me the cheesy bread that I originally ordered, they said they could only send it back if I paid an additional $2 delivery charge. Are you kidding? I already paid the delivery charge. I received the WRONG food which I have in writing from my email confirmation. I asked for the manager and she said she was in charge. The only way she wouldn't charge me is if I came and picked it up. I called corporate and am waiting for a response. Will NEVER order from this location again and encourage you to skip it too.
