After 90 minutes and 13 phone calls (2 answered) to the store - no order, no refund. Operational mistakes happen - TOTALLY fine. I offered to come down to the store to pickup the order myself. Being combative and making excuses isn't acceptable. With so many pizza chain options around here, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. UPDATE - I received an irate call from the same employee to continue defending their (lack) of delivery, and telling me I would not receive a refund.
