According to the website, the restaurant closed at 01:00am. I order ed pizza at 12:46 and the order went thru...even to my bank! Then 10 min later they cancelled my order and refunded my money. No one ever answered the phone. The employees who got paid to be there til 01:00 ripped off their manager big time. And I will never order from here again. I've been on hold for 20 minutes just waiting to speak to a manager, I had to hang up and redial just to get an answer. the manager was professional in hearing my complaint. However not only was I given the incorrect information on acceptable payment methods and was almost denied my delivery when it arrived at my door, but they got my order wrong and delivered me a pizza with NO SAUCE. On top of that I had already waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order to arrive. This isn't the first poor experience I've had with this location, I wanted to give the benefit of doubt that it was one time but they are just A MESS. I raved about this Dominoes 4 years ago. I write again to update my opinion. There should be an option for zero stars. My husband and I have ordered from here at least 4 times this year. The quality of the product is no longer what I'd come to love. Each time I've had to call back because the pizza has some issue or another: not enough cheese, wrong toppings, cold, hard crust, etc. Tonight my husband ordered a Large Chicken/spinach pizza. It was made with minimal chicken. He called to tell them about the small amount of chicken. They made him another. The second pizza looks worse than the first. Still not a lot of chicken and 2nd time looks like they forgot how to put cheese on the pizza. It's really disappointing and annoying when you have a taste for something, you pay for it and you continually get short-changed. We are done ordering pizza from here. EVER. Ordered kids a pep pizza n added some wings via the app, where I can track my order, it gave me the option to get text message with info on my order and the driver. Thats really cool. You have the option to pay your order online or when its delivered. Wanted to try the mango habanero wings but they were not my favorite. They are pretty sweet and have almost a tangy taste to it with a kick of spice. The pizza was pretty good, crust was soft with a little crunch on the crust topped with the garlic butter. Delivery was fast and Erin, delivery driver was very nice! Worst customer service ever! I ordered online and the wait was supposed to be 25-30 mins. When I called 45 mins later to check on my order and placed on hold for another 5 mins. A young man answers the phone and very rudely tells me oh yeah your orders ready but you have to wait another 25 mins cause we are short on drivers. Had a late order so they delivered it for free to me with $25 credit. They used to be pretty slow to deliver to NAS Lemoore but they seem to much faster now. Recommended if you're on base and too lazy to cook or go out. For the taste of the pizza itself, it's like every other Dominos. We ordered online. My wife paid and she noticed the cashier went right back to making pizzas without washing her hands or anything. She touched the register and the debit card. At they point my wife asked to cancel the order. Another person came to do it but didn't know how to do the refund so the manager came and did it. Come on Domino's, really?!? Get your act together before another large pizza chain who can actually deliver a pizza within a reasonable amount of time moves in. I ordered a couple pizzas tonight at 5:00 expecting to have them for dinner around 6:00. I believe an hour is a reasonable window for them to accomplish the mission. That's a big negative ghost rider! Pizza didn't show up until 7:40! Make matters worse, they forgot all 4 dipping sauces we paid for and the 2 liter of soda. Extremely frustrated, my girlfriend gets on the phone to complain and the person on the phone asks if they can drive the missing items to us "in about an hour". Pull your head out of your tail section lady! Moving up the food chain, we ask to speak to the manager (Chelsea) who decides to give us every excuse in the book: "3 delivery drivers called in sick, too many orders" and the always great "I'm sorry, it's not my fault, it's my employees fault". Got stationed here in Lemoore (for way too long - live in town) and this place is always to the place to go, have no complaints. They've always been okay with time and the driver's have always been friendly and nice. Tonight I tried ordering from the Dominos here in Lemoore, CA. I am currently stuck on base as I leave this weekend. I called at 1830, was told to call back at 1930. 1930 same thing, call back at 2030. Called back at 2030, only to find out they can't deliver to the base past 2100. Keep in mind both previous calls I made them aware I was on base. I understand being busy, but they couldn't be bothered to take my order and deliver it while delivering the other orders in my immediate area (also on NAS Lemoore). I'm incredibly disappointed, and honestly, not sure I want to order from this Domino's ever again for the remainder of time that I'm stationed here.
